Dear Mr. Lincoln,   Is there any truth to the rumor spread by AXJ.com that Orly is in possession of the missing page 11 of the Dunham-Obama divorce decree, and this page contains proof that Obama Jr. was born in Kenya?   Also, please put my email on your list of contacts for any press releases in your cases.   Dear Mr. Charlton: This is more properly a question for Orly because I have only been working on the case since June, so I’m forwarding this question to her.  I appreciated the very favorable review you gave our Sur-Reply brief, and wanted to thank you personally.  It means a great deal to know that somebody reads and likes what we’re doing…. I just hope and pray that Judge David O. Carter is one of them.  Orly is fighting a foreign takeover of this country just as surely as did Jeanne d’Arc and Boadicea, but I’m hoping she’ll have more lasting success than either of those heroines.  Imperishable fame is nice, but winning is better (or so I hear, I don’t have a lot of recent practical experience to prove that point…always being on the side of the underdog one gets used to losing, and being happy or proud that, “at least they didn’t kill us all/finish us off.”  As for “press releases” Orly’s blog (even while under attack) is the nearest thing I’m aware of to any “press releases” we do, but in case you need them, I’m attaching the documents that were filed yesterday and today in the California and Georgia cases.  Thanks again for your thorough and thoughtful review…. We look for God’s vindication in our struggles…..

    Dr. Taitz,
    I beleive that Amendment 10 to the Constitution gives to the people , power
    to ask Obama to prove he is qualified to be President under the Constistution article 2 sect 1.

    Amendment 10 – Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note

    The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States,
    are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

    The constitution sates what the qualifications are to be president, but it does not specify what or who has the
    power to require verification.

    Therefore the people have the power to require verification, because of the 10th amendment .

    The argument over standing is invalidated by Amendment 10 to the Constitution

    Therefore You win Obama loses!

    The Tenth Amendment is similar to an earlier provision of the Articles of Confederation: “Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.”[1] After the Constitution was ratified, some wanted to add a similar amendment limiting the federal government to powers “expressly” delegated, which would have denied implied powers.[2] However, the word “expressly” ultimately did not appear in the Tenth Amendment as ratified, and therefore the Tenth Amendment did not amend the Necessary and Proper Clause.

    The Tenth Amendment, which makes explicit the idea that the federal government is limited only to the powers granted in the Constitution, is generally recognized to be a truism. In United States v. Sprague (1931) the Supreme Court noted that the amendment “added nothing to the [Constitution] as originally ratified.”

    From time to time states and local governments have attempted to assert exemption from various federal regulations, especially in the areas of labor and environmental controls, using the Tenth Amendment as a basis for their claim. An often-repeated quote, from United States v. Darby, 312 U.S. 100, 124 (1941), reads as follows:

    The amendment states but a truism that all is retained which has not been surrendered. There is nothing in the history of its adoption to suggest that it was more than declaratory of the relationship between the national and state governments as it had been established by the Constitution before the amendment or that its purpose was other than to allay fears that the new national government might seek to exercise powers not granted, and that the states might not be able to exercise fully their reserved powers…..

    Orly…I am hoping that you are in possession of that missing page 11 of the divorce decree that would be the documentation of the birth of a child between Stanley Ann and Obama SR. Please say it is so!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 God speed your success on Monday…..we love you!!!

    Dear Mr. Lincoln and Dr. Orly of course. Thank you for all the fine work that you are doing. This is the first day many of us have been able to get through since they attacked the web-site for the 4 th 5 th time. You guys must be touching some nerves. God Bless and Thank you again.

    I tried downloading and viewing the six files/documents filed on 10/01 – 10/02. Each time I click on a link, it says Page is not Available. Not sure if these have been taken down or messed with by hackers.

    I also want to mention how grateful I am for Orly. God Bless her and her work, and may the truth prevail.

    Please pray for Judge Clark that he has the strength to do what is right no matter what type of pushback he might be receiving.
