Quo warranto: judges refuse to allow citizens bring quo warranto

I was asked time and again about Quo Warranto
I brought Quo warranto in Ca, Judge Carter found an excuse, stating: you have to go to DC, even though CA statutes allow using out of state statutes in conjunction with CA statutes.
When I went to DC, Judge Lambert refused to allow me to proceed, claiming only AG or US attorney can bring it, even though the statute does not limit it to AG or US attorney. Quo Warranto exists on the books, the problem is that corrupt judges deprived us of Quo Warranto or any decensy in the System of Justice
What we have, is a Judicial tyranny. Corrupt judges usurped our 7th amendment right right to have a jury trial in civil cases. They do whatever they want, they made a mockery of law and system of justice, they do not follow the law, twist the law the way it is convenient for the ruling regime, because they know that higher courts are equally or even more corrupt. We are in the same situation, as people in Arab World when they started Arab Spring, massive revolt against their corrupt regimes and their corrupt judges. Don’t forget the Arab Spring started with a revolt, when a man was deprived of his posessions, he complained to the authorities and a judge, and was sent away, he set himself on fire and the whole region was set on fire. It took one spark to start a revolt.
At this point I really no longer believe in the System of Justice. We are talking to the walls. The pleadings at this point are a testiment of corruption in the system and systemic deprivaton of any rights. Even though I am trying peaceful means, I honestly don’t believe we have any honest official we can talk to. What Judge Reid, Judge Malihi, Judge Carter, Judge Land, Judge Lambeth, Judge Lind (in Lakin case) did, was beyond despicable. It is a vicious circle: we have a totally corrupt elections system and officials and judges, who are the product of this system, defend it. We are beyond the level of the Soviet Union, we are fast approaching the level of Tyranny of Nazi Germany.

I would like to get a list of the elected judges who denied this matter justice.
We need to make that list and distribute it to those areas that vote. I believe the people will vote them out.
