Questions for the court
1. Can a foreign national be allowed to usurp the position of the U.S. President and Commander in Chief by virtue of fraud and by using forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number
2. Do judges and bureaucrats commit high treason, when they cover up forgery and fraud in IDs of a foreign national Barack Hussein Obama usurping the U.S. Presidency?
3. Does usurpation of the U.S. presidency by a foreign national with forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number means occupation and suspension of the U.S. laws and deprivation of civil rights of the U.S. citizens? If U.S. laws are suspended, which laws are we following?
4. Are US citizens required to follow any U.S. laws, such as paying taxes and risking lives in the military, when the U.S. presidency is usurped by a foreign national with forged IDs and a stolen SSN and high ranking officials and judges are committing treason by covering it up?
5. How do the U.S. citizens know that high ranked judges of the Supreme Court of CA and the Supreme Court of the U.S. actually made any rulings on their cases, or even read one single word of the pleadings, when the clerks and court employees routinely lose documents, manipulate the dockets, misrepresent the rules of the court and type the names of the judges on the rulings, while there are no actual signatures of judges anywhere?
6. Are U.S. citizens justified in revolting against the regime, where the position of the U.S. President and commander in chief is usurped by a foreign national using forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number and corrupt and treasonous governmental officials are committing treason and covering it up?

7. Given the fraud and treason which has been committed in the US Supreme Court, should Supreme Court Justices recuse themselves and refer this matter to an independent citizens’ grand jury to decide Obama’s eligibility?

Can a foreign agent (spy) use a ghost-written biography and forged, altered, and substituted documents to set his genealogy background without any Government agency or US court examining the legitimacy?
Obama has just visited his father in Thailand without the US media saying a word. Only one Obama document is legit, the UK document listing foreign students from Kenya circa 1960. The spelling of his alleged father however is BaRRack thus ruling out a parental connection.
Chief Justice John Roberts speaks broken English so what foreign country is he from. Bush another broken English speaker elevated Roberts after serving ONLY three years as his sole judicial experience on a DC appellate court. America has been infiltrated with Nazi spies and destroyed.

9. What is the penalty for high treason and who should decide if those responsible for the punishment are also guilty of it? Under the Constitution of the United States the power of punishing the crime of treason against the United States is exclusive in Congress; and the trial of the offence belongs exclusively to the Federal tribunals.
Therefore, it is hereby requested that the Supreme Court declare that any trials and punishments for high treason be decided by citizens who have shown their understanding of the usurpation of the Presidency of the United States.

Since it has more to do tan just the birth certificate, SSN, Selective Service and others, I believe the term “Birthers ” is an understatement. I, for one, believe the Best terminology to be used, if you wish, would be to use one that encapsulates all those who believe in Justice to be done under our Constitution. That term, that I prefer to use is – “Truthers.” Those who tell the truth have nothing to hide nor anything about which to lie, can seek it and respond immediately to questioning. The Opposite of “Truthers” are “Liars or Deceptionists” Any person who wishes to tell a falsehood – hesitates; unless . . . they are so adept, skilled and accustomed to it and those my friends are dangerous persons. They wish to hurt those who follow them, making it obviously not apparent, and then the submission to their schemes. Too many examples to cite; however, the last century had millions of people be greatly harmed by them who came to power through deceptive tactics. If Dr. Taitz can open more eyes, as she seems to be doing, and make the other side blink, as it seems more and more often; then, the moment of truth will win out. If you are reading this, then it is my hope that you do have your eyes open, even for a moment. On whose side are you? Are you a “Truther” or . . . , if you are starting to raise objections, then you must be on the other side. The question is how adept, skilled and convincing are you? When a man opens his mouth then he may betray himself as to who he truly is.

I agree with Anthony, and have
always said the terminology that
was tossed at us who believe in
truth versus lies, was erroneous.
Truthers.. may not be a legitimate
word, but it works for us patriots.

Too late. The term ‘Truthers’ has already been assigned to another group.
“Truther” is short for “9/11 Truther”. It refers to those people who believe that 9/11 was an “inside job”. They believe that the attack on the Twin Towers on 9/11/2001 was actually done by the US government and then falsely blamed on Muslim Terrorists. I believe this idea was first introduced by Muslims who did not want to admit that their fellow Muslims would perpetrate such a horrible massacre in the name of Islam. They preferred to blame it on someone else and they chose to blame President G.W. Bush.
It’s a really stupid movement, and I don’t want to be associated with the “truthers”.
I don’t mind the term “birther”, because it allows me to distinquish and distance myself from the “truthers”.

In my sometimes humble opinion,
most of the intelligent people in
the world, KNOW that the 9/11 travesty
was NOT an ‘inside job’ so it stands
to reason that their labeling themselves
as ‘truthers’ is a misnomer.
Therefore, they hopelessly depict
themselves as a not- too- bright-
cult-of fools.
