Motion to compel scheduled

Taitz v Fuddy, Onaka, judge Nishimura

Please, see the printout of the order for motion to compel in federal court for the District of HI, judge Puglisi

Also, I filed a state court case, Petition for the Writ of Mandamus, agency appeal, Judge Rhonda Nishimura. the pleadings and exhibits are 48 pages. The court was closing at 4:15.I was done and in the court house by 4:05. I just scanned the first page for the readers of this blog, I will be going to the airport shortly, I will scan and post remaining 47 pages, when I am in CA tomorrow. I wanted to make sure I achieve maximum, that I can, while I am here in HI.

At this time there are 2 cases going in HI: one in Federal Court against the director of Health Loretta Fudy and one in the state court against both Fuddy and registrar Alvin T. Onaka.

There are 2 cases going in DC: one against the commissioner of the Social Security administration, Michael astrue and one against the White House counsel Kathy Ruemmler.  

Lastly, we are waiting for the decision in the 9th circuit court of appeals, judges Berzon, Pregerson and Fisher in Barnett, Keyes et al v Obama et al

Please, help me by attending any public meetings with state and federal officials and applying pressure  on them to hear the case and make sure Obama is removed from the White House and criminally prosecuted for elections fraud, for uttering a forged birth certificate and fraudulently obtained social security number.

    What public meetings are you referring to? If you tell us we will attend if we are nearby.

    Needs to be vetted but ORYR is reporting:

    Person in Hawaii claims he obtained PAN AM flight logs that show Obama flew with parents from Kenya to Hawaii at 5 months old.

    Sounds like you have had no time to enjoy those lovely evenings and sunsets along Kalakau Blvd. What a shame. I loved just strolling the Blvd in the evenings when I visited my brother there on Oahu before his death. At one time he lived in Kaneohe, and I would catch the last bus through the mountains, get off in the dark at a cemetery, cross the highway and walk a winding road to his house. I loved the evenings there. Maybe when this is all over, we can all get together there and celebrate, and you can enjoy the night air, filled with the aroma of plumerias, and walk on the beach while the sun sets. You shall have truly earned a relaxing vacation when you win this battle soon. God Bless, Orly!!

    Caution Orly. The law generally doesn’t like identical or similar cases pending in two different courts due to the risk of inconsistent decisions (you now have similar cases pending in both Hawaii state AND federal court). There are various legal doctrines addressing this issue. Might it be better to pick the court in which you suspect you will get the fairest shake, and dismiss the other case?

    Based on diversity of citizenship since you are a citizen of California suing an agency of the State of Hawaii in the state court, the defendant will file a Notice of Removal to federal court.

    28 U.S.C. 1441 which governs removal of actioins provides in relevant part;

    1441. Actions removable generally
    (a) Except as otherwise expressly provided by Act of Congress, any civil action brought in a State court of which the district courts of the United States have original jurisdiction, may be removed by the defendant or the defendants, to the district court of the United States for the district and division embracing the place where such action is pending. For purposes of removal under this chapter, the citizenship of defendants sued under fictitious names shall be disregarded.

    And massive corruption — yes, there is massive corruption in the birther world of things… because they keep paying for lawyers who get ZERO wins… nice free vacations where the lawyers and experts can see more butts in thongs — but no real wins!

    Atticus. Wouldn’t that mean yet another stalling by BHO to not show the original documents? What ever happens from here on in will just prove, there is no original birth certificate from Ha for Barack Obama. We don’t need much more if all of this fails. We just have to get the word out, that there is no , none, nada, bc from HA for BHO and this willhave proved we were right all along. The next step is citizens arrest. Period,

    Why are Obama’s birth documents or social security and draft numbers even relevant? He’s not eligible because he didn’t have a citizen father.

    Can that be stressed?

    And should be call Judge Puglissi? Maybe we can convince her to issue some kind of an order saying Obama is just not constitutionally qualified.

    (By the way, I watched the Republican debate on Fox tonight and was very disappointed that none of the candidates mentioned the Usurper’s ineligibility. Why was that?)

    AND DON’T GO CALLING JUDGES. PEOPLE WHO CALLED JUDGE CARTER IN CALIFORNIA ONLY MADE MATTERS WORSE, HIM HAVING THOUGHT ORLY ASKED HER SUPPORTERS TO DO THAT. IF ORLY WANTS YOU TO CALL ANYBODY, OR DO ANYTHING, SHE WILL TELL YOU. RIGHT NOW SHE IS ASKING YOU TO ATTEND PUBLIC MEETINGS IN YOUR AREA AND PUT PRESSURE ON YOUR REPRESENTATIVES TO ADDRESS OBAMA’S CRIMES.

    AND ORLY NOW ASKS: I need my supporters to be there in the US district court in HAWAII on Spt 14, 10am. Please, contact TRUMP and THE MEDIA,and ask them to bring this issue to the forefront. Get the word out!!
