On 08.13 2012 committee on Oversight and Government Reform of the US Congress filed a legal action against Attorney
General of the U.S. Eric Holder. Case 12-cv-01332 USDC DC. It has been nearly a year and presiding judge Amy Berman-Jackson is simply sitting on this case and not ruling and by doing so is aiding and abetting in the cover up of one of the most serious crimes committed by the high ranking employees of the Federal government.
The case stems from the investigation by the Oversight Committee of the US House of Representatives of the information provided by the ATF whistle blowers, showing that DOJ under Eric Holder ran a program, where they sent some 2,000 assault weapons to drug cartels in Mexico. DOJ claimed that they did it as a sting operation, but lost track of an unbelievable number of 2,000 assault weapons. One US border patrol agent, Brian Terry, was killed by one of those weapons. It is reported that some 70,000 citizens of Mexico were killed in drug cartel violence, much of it due to assault weapons.
When Attorney General Holder was subpoenaed by the Chairman of the committee, Darrell Issa, Holder refused to testify, claiming Presidential immunity.
Holder had no right to claim Presidential immunity. Only President can claim it. Holder had to appear and state that the President forbids him to provide documents, at which time Obama had to be subpoenaed. Obama had to provide information, what exactly he believes to be covered by the immunity. As we know from Watergate, immunity does not cover crimes, there is no absolute immunity. Moreover, why is Obama claiming immunity. Logically it means that Obama was the one who gave Holder the green light for this gun trafficking to the cartels, which are known to be connected to terrorist organizations. Such actions by the US President represent an impeachable offence. So it is logical to believe that Obama is using immunity as a cover up.
Issa, on behalf of the oversight committee filed a legal action, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief from the U.S. District court to declare that Holder has to testify and order Holder to testify. The case was assigned to Obama appointee judge Amy Berman-Jackson, who simply sits on this case for a year and does nothing. She sat through the November election and did not rule, allowing Obama to get re-elected without any impediment, and she continues to sit on this. Meanwhile hundreds of Mexicans are crossing the US border and claiming that they are seeking asylum because they are escaping from drug cartel violence. So Obama regime was largely responsible for this violence, and now this violence is used as an excuse for amnesty and grant of US citizenship for anyone from Mexico, which furthers the anti-American goals of the North American Union proponents. Moreover, the same trick was played in Syria, as US supplied weapons to rebels, many of whom are al Qaeda members, Chechens, most vicious terrorists, and now this violence is being used by Obama regime to give asylum and the US citizenship to thousands of Muslims from Syria.
Firstly, we have 90 million Americans out of work force and estimated 18 million on unemployment. We cannot grant asylum to such a large number of refugees, when only 1 in every 4 American citizens is working and paying taxes and carrying on his back the other three.
Secondly, other nations do not allow thousands of refugees to just flood the country. They open refugee camps somewhere at the border. The same has to be done by the US. We have a large military base on Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It should be used as a refuge camp, we should draw financial assistance from the United Nations to feed those refugees, tell UN to put their money, where their mouth is. US can ask Cuba, if they wish to give Cuban citizenship to these refugees. When the refugees will find out that they are going to a refugee camp on Cuba, the flood of refugee applications will end immediately.
Further it is time to hold judges accountable.
Bob Goodlatte, Chair of the House Committee on the Judiciary has to subpoena US District Court Judge, Obama appointee Amy Berman-Jackson and demand an answer from her, why for a period of one year she did not issue a ruling on one simple subpoena. Watergate ended with Nixon resignation, when one judge, Joseph sirica, showed integrity, which we are yet to see from the judges of today. If Judge Berman-Jackson cannot stand the case load of a Federal Judge, in spite of several Attorney-Law Clerks, who do all the research and write the opinions for her, she needs to resign from the bench. If she cannot prioritize, and hear first the case of national importance, maybe she is not the right person to sit on the bench as a judge.
She should be asked by the Judiciary committee, whether she understands the importance of this case on National Security. If she does understand, why didn’t she rule yet? Maybe the case should be re-assigned to another judge.
Until now judges, particularly Federal judges acted, as if they are not accountable to anyone. It is time to hold them accountable. Please, write and call chairman Bob Goodlatte and every congressman on the House Committee for the Judiciary and demand they call Judge Berman-Jackson to testify.
Additionally there is no ruling in Taitz-v Astrue as well. It has not been a year, it has been only 40 days, however this is a case of National importance, it deals with Obama using a stolen Ct Social Security number 042-68-4425 of Harry Bounel. We are hoping the decision by Judge Lamberth is coming soon.

Great idea, Orly! And I also remember how Col. North, at the Iran-Contra Hearings in the ’80’s, told America that these FEMA CAMPS were here to handle any overload of illegals from our southern border. (Yeah, right! in all 50 states???)
But they could begin to use these camps in Tx, N.Mex., Az, etc., which would give us close proximity to sending them back to Mexico!

How could anyone possibly believe allowing guns to be smuggled to mexican drug cartels was going to aid any investagation or lead to any sort of arrests. Logic would have to dictate it could only result in stiffer resistance in any confrontation because of better arms; if they could trace the arms to their destination. It would take a small army to recover these arms now. That is assuming they were not in league to start with.
The only rational behind such an operation would be to build some sort of fraudulent case against American firearms retailers and/or manufacturers.

The Hussein Rogue Regime has now been classified as a fully recognized Terrorist Organization by the World Community. Growing up I never thought it would come to this here in the formerly Good Ole USA but it has. It’s sad times indeed.
