Shocking new revelations
AP reported today that phone records of millions of innocent U.S. citizens were seized from phone providers and forwarded to NSA . The order was signed by Judge Roger Vinson, the same judge who presided in State of FL v United States Department of Health and Human Services.Secret court order requires VERIZON to hand over ALL CALL DATA...
Attorney Orly Taitz filed an intervener motion in this case on 04.14.2010. In this and a subsequent motion Taitz advised Judge Vinson that she filed a Quo Warranto legal action in Washington DC with the Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth. Taitz sought to link these cases through the Panel for Multidistrict Litigation in Washington DC. Taitz argued that she provided with Quo Warranto in DC and in the case at hand evidence that the person who signed the new Healhtcare bill, which concerned every health provider, every state in the union and every U. S. citizen, did so fraudulently. Taitz provided Vinson with evidence, which was also provided to Judge Lamberth, showing that Obama is using a stolen Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which failed SSNVS and E-Verify, forged birth certificate, forged Selective Service Certificate and that he was stricken/removed from his mother’s U.S. Passport due to foreign allegiance. In his order Vinson ruled that all of this is “Irrelevant”. See link to the order by Judge Vinson below.
S,o the same judge who signed an order to subject millions of innocent Americans to a search and seizure of their private phone records without any probable cause, ruled that it is irrelevant whether a criminal is occupying a position of the U.S. President and Commander in Chief, with his finger on the red button of nuclear arsenal, is doing so while asserting his U.S. citizenship and his whole persona and identity based on forged and stolen IDs.
Do you believe this judge is really tough on crime or tough on innocent Americans? If Judge Vinson were to allow Taitz as an intervener and were to seek an answer from Obama, Obamacare would have never become law, it would never have reached the Supreme Court, Obama would have been out of the White House and in prison long time ago.
Judge Vinson should sua sponte reconsider his ruling. Judge Lamberth should reconsider his ruling as well.

The National Security Agency and the FBI are tapping directly into the central servers of nine leading U.S. Internet companies, extracting audio, video, photographs, e-mails, documents and connection logs that enable analysts to track a person’s movements and contacts over time.
The highly classified program, code-named PRISM, has not been disclosed publicly before. Its establishment in 2007 and six years of exponential growth took place beneath the surface of a roiling debate over the boundaries of surveillance and privacy. Even late last year, when critics of the foreign intelligence statute argued for changes, the only members of Congress who know about PRISM were bound by oaths of office to hold their tongues.
An internal presentation on the Silicon Valley operation, intended for senior analysts in the NSA’s Signals Intelligence Directorate, described the new tool as the most prolific contributor to the President’s Daily Brief, which cited PRISM data in 1,477 articles last year. According to the briefing slides, obtained by The Washington Post, “NSA reporting increasingly relies on PRISM” as its leading source of raw material, accounting for nearly 1 in 7 intelligence reports.
That is a remarkable figure in an agency that measures annual intake in the trillions of communications. It is all the more striking because the NSA, whose lawful mission is foreign intelligence, is reaching deep inside the machinery of American companies that host hundreds of millions of American-held accounts on American soil.
The technology companies, which participate knowingly in PRISM operations, include most of the dominant global players of Silicon Valley. They are listed on a roster that bears their logos in order of entry into the program: “Microsoft, Yahoo, Google, Facebook, PalTalk, AOL, Skype, YouTube, Apple.” PalTalk, although much smaller, has hosted significant traffic during the Arab Spring and in the ongoing Syrian civil war.

New York Times Editorial Board: “The administration has now lost all credibility.”
This is quite stunning, when you think about it. The American Pravda has now officially, and quite dramatically (for what it is: a lapdog megaphone for gov’t), rebuked Obama in this just-released Op-Ed by the Editorial Board itself:
Within hours of the disclosure that the federal authorities routinely collect data on phone calls Americans make, regardless of whether they have any bearing on a counterterrorism investigation, the Obama administration issued the same platitude it has offered every time President Obama has been caught overreaching in the use of his powers: Terrorists are a real menace and you should just trust us to deal with them because we have internal mechanisms (that we are not going to tell you about) to make sure we do not violate your rights.
Those reassurances have never been persuasive — whether on secret warrants to scoop up a news agency’s phone records or secret orders to kill an American suspected of terrorism — especially coming from a president who once promised transparency and accountability. The administration has now lost all credibility. Mr. Obama is proving the truism that the executive will use any power it is given and very likely abuse it. That is one reason we have long argued that the Patriot Act, enacted in the heat of fear after the 9/11 attacks by members of Congress who mostly had not even read it, was reckless in its assignment of unnecessary and overbroad surveillance powers.
Based on an article in The Guardian published Wednesday night, we now know the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National Security Agency used the Patriot Act to obtain a secret warrant to compel Verizon’s business services division to turn over data on every single call that went through its system. We know that this particular order was a routine extension of surveillance that has been going on for years, and it seems very likely that it extends beyond Verizon’s business division. There is every reason to believe the federal government has been collecting every bit of information about every American’s phone calls except the words actually exchanged in those calls…

Judge Lamberth was the third judge who gave permission to Holder to tape Jack Rosens and his parents . Yes Holder tried with 2 previous judges and Lamberth signed the warrants to investigate Rosen of Fox news. That says it all about Judge Lamberth doesn’t it.

Lamberth and Vinson have likely both been blackmailed or fear for their lives. Maybe, they’ve been bribed with a promotion for supporting the Executive. I think it’s way past high time to investigate the judges who have defied justice in the 130 or so Birther cases. Surely, there have got to be some BRAVE relatives, ex-wives, or mistresses of these judges who have heard the judges talk about these cases in private who can come forward and shed some light on what’s going on with some confidential information. We know the CFR put the kibosh on the Birther stuff, which explains why Faux Noise canned it because both Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch are CFR members along with virtually all of the Propaganda media CEO’s, but not all of these lower federal District Court and State and Superior Court judges are CFR members. Many may however be Masons. Lamberth, being directly located in the District of Criminals might even be a 33rd degree Mason like Newt Gingrich and George H.W. Bush. In a perfect world, you would be able to subpoena NSA for any matches related to the Obama coverup, frauds, bribery of judges, etc. In a perfect world, you would be able to turn this data mining scheme against the criminals using it for their own corruption.
The COMPLETE records exist of the details of each of these scams and coverups hidden deep in the NSA data banks. Why can’t our military seize these and use them as evidence to remove the criminals from office? That’s what I call a smoking gun!! Oops, I wrote the word “gun”. Well; we all now know that THAT it was recorded by NSA.

Perhaps with all of this scandal surrounding the WH, the Judiciary Committee might be more willing to look at the corruption of the Judges. These representatives were elected to safeguard the constitution. So if the Judges are going against the Constitution, perhaps this is the time to call out our Representatives on this. Perhaps it is time for our Representatives to take action on this and even legislate and enforce actions that will safeguard the American people. And in doing so, your case will be allowed to receive the justice that it so deserves.

Yoel, hey why can’t you admit that the higher 33rd degree Masons believe that Lucifer is the “good” god. I am referring of course to the 33rd degree Masons exclusively in Washington, District of Criminals, who have permeated our entire government. This Luciferian stuff is hidden from the lower ranks and those in the hinterlands. Everyone knows Masons are a brotherhood who do business and favors with each other. In courtrooms, it is common knowledge that Mason judges have preferential rulings for Mason lawyers and even for Mason defendants.

Look at the businesses he is involved with, the names in the group, all lead to businesses and other connections including a couple on Marco Island. You will find medical and credit card record companies set up, mortgage companies, all designed to collect personal information. Gives the most recent scandal a new view, doesn’t it?
