PETITION TO LIMIT DRIVERS LICENSES FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS UNDER DEFERRAL FROM DEPORTATION TO TEMPORARY LICENSES ONLY, EXPIRING ON THE LAST DATE OF DEFERRAL
(Response to recent federal court ruling, forcing the state of AZ to grant drivers licenses to illegal aliens with deferral from deportation)
Honorable Governor Brewer,
I am writing to you as the President of Defend our Freedoms foundation. Many of foundation members reside in the Great State of Arizona.
Recently, many of the members of the foundation were saddened by seemingly unconscionable decisions by a few federal judges limiting state rights.
Case in point, recent decision by the federal court, throwing away AZ law, which prevented illegal aliens from obtaining AZ drivers licenses. The court argued, that since Obama granted these individuals’ deferral from deportation, they are entitled to receive AZ state drivers licenses.
Well, the federal government can state that it is unconstitutional for the states not to issue drivers licenses to ones who got Obama’s deferrals, however, the federal government cannot dictate the states, what licenses to grant.
With that in mind, I am petitioning you to limit only to temporary drivers licenses, any licenses granted to illegal aliens under deferral, which expire on the date when the written deferral expires. I urge you not to grant permanent licenses.
The state is allowed to grant a temporary drivers license, for example, a number of states provide temporary driving permits to young drivers.
I petition you to direct the Department of Motor Vehicles of AZ to grant, illegal aliens under deferral, licenses, which would state:
“Temporary Drivers License valid until ……………………
Illegal alien under deportation deferral until ………….
Not eligible to vote”
It is essential for the states to grant such temporary licenses, as under National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) (42 U.S.C. §§ 1973gg–1973gg-10), also known as The Motor Voter Act, any individual, who receives a drivers license, automatically receives a voter registration.
Issuance of temporary licensees for non citizens will allow DMV to keep those licenses in a separate database where recipients do not get voter registration.
This move will significantly curb elections fraud, where non-citizens are voting.
Furthermore, I petition you to issue such temporary drivers licenses to other non-citizens. For example, a person residing in AZ based on a student visa, would have a temporary license with an expiration date, when such student visa expires.
A person in US on Green Card, would have a temporary license with the expiration date corresponding with the expiration date of his green card. It would state:
“Temporary Drivers license
Resident under Green Card
Valid until………………..
Not eligible to vote”
Such temporary drivers licenses will not only help fight elections fraud, they will help employers to identify the dates until when those temporary workers are allowed to work in the US.
Lastly, I petition you to direct the Secretary of State of Arizona to remove from the voting rolls all individuals who are non-citizens and who are using such temporary drivers licenses for non-citizens.
Respectfully,
/s/ Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

There can be only one appropriate response. That is to ignore the federal court “ruling”, as it is itself an illegal act that only enhances the criminal intent of this rogue administration.

This sort of retard crap is of course why the Founding Fathers didn’t actually trust what you call “We The People”, and made sure that you didn’t have any real influence. Ignoring court rulings is what you fuckwits always criticize other countries for doing.

Rogue is the right word for these democrats. All the natural born citizens of this country no longer have any rights under this administration. Law abiding straight God fearing citizens are being murdered, and discriminated against and they have “no standing” to get relief from any court of law from the SCOTUS on down to a local bureaucrat. They are obviously trying to create wide spread disorder so they can declare martial law in order to avoid being held accountable for the mess they have made of this country.

Ningun estado de los EEUU tiene ninguna obligacion de colaborar con tirania…or does Obama need to hear it in Indonesian?

Arizona should issue specially designed drivers license that look much different than those of the citizens. That way, if or when the cops pull them over they will know their legal status without having to ask the question!

Purchased the Kincad dining set, it was the worst decision I’d made. Two times they tried to bring me a table that didn’t have gaps in the leaf. THey told me they would make sure the second table sent was better. What a joke! My side table had gaps in the drawers which is lower then the other drawer. Very disgusted by their customer service and I can’t seem to get my new drawer so now I’m going to to finance team! Would never do business with them ever again. Poor craftsman ship and even worse customer service.

Hey, poster #2: the Founders were referring to the clucks on the left-side…not Patriots!
You come on here and can’t post with any civilized decorum? How come? Are you one of the left-side little darlings?
Such a public display of “babbling buffoonery!”
