The proverbial s**t is gonna hit the fan Monday.

Dr. Taitz
If for some reason the Judge decides not to hear the case based on its merits, what will the Military do? Will they then try this case because the DOJ has blocked justice?

obama is so concerned with infridgement of the 2nd? there’s gonna be something more important is in his world to worry about now!Excellent Job Orly!!!!!!

I think the judge will just ignore the retired officers like he ignores the evidence and any pretense of being unbiased.
He is an Obama lackey protecting one of “his people”……like Eric Holder of the Department of Injustice.

It is disconcerting, as well as encouraging
that the letters are from mostly retired officers,
(although they have a lot of clout),
and not a peep out of active military
officers.
(unless I missed one or two)
Can it be that those still in service
are fearing losing their pensions/jobs/
rank?
Can it be that all the active officers
are now only those allowed to remain,
due to their loyalty to Obamanation?
I hope that is not so. It would put
a dark stain upon the integrity of
our ranking VIP’s.
There was an article that he was discarding those who opposed his beliefs and installing
those who will kowtow to him.
If Obama has now instilled
his agenda to destroy America into
a majority of our active military
and gained their acceptance,
the citizens are on their own, for the
most part.
From reading the Petition to Congress,
it would seem that the citizens are not
to be reckoned with, when the chips are
down.

If the proverbial S**T doesn’t hit the fan Monday morning then all the military Officers who signed that letter need to return to Active Duty status and effect a regime change in America ASAP.

I think returning to some kind of active duty would be fitting. But, who knows, maybe all those others (700 Spec opps) and others could do some good?
And maybe the active members of our Patriotic Military could just be waiting for the “right moment” to avenge America…as I remember how their voting ballots were NEVER COUNTED!!! NEVER GIVE UP, AMERICA! And keep praying!
