U.S. district Judge Ellen L. Hollander granted the request of the Department of Justice, who on behalf of their client, United States of America, asked for additional time to respond to a 2 page motion for summary judgment filed by Attorney Orly Taitz in a case Taitz v Colvin. What’s interesting is that the request for additional time was received by Attorney Taitz today on September 26, however it was already granted by the judge on September 23. The request was granted 3 days before it was even seen by the Plaintiff, before plaintiff had any opportunity to oppose it.
The request relates to the Appeal of the denial by the SSA to release the SS-5, application for the CT SSN 042-68-4425 of Harry Bounel, which Obama fraudulently used in his 2009 tax returns. US attorney on behalf for the SSA claimed that they do not have such application for the Social Security number. This statement was filed by the US Attorney Rod Rosenstein and contained the sworn affidavit by FOIA officer Dawn Wiggins.
Taitz responded by providing a prior letter by the same Dawn Wiggins, where Wiggins admitted that she has the required document, however she claimed that she cannot release it due to concerns of privacy and she needs a consent of Bounel. Taitz provided census information showing that Bounel was born in 1890, 123 years ago, and provided SSA rules and regulations, showing that SSA has to release documents of “extremely aged” individuals who were born over 120 years ago. As such SSA had to release the SSN application of Harry Bounel for CT SSN 042-68-4425, which Obama is fraudulently using.
Based on the latest order the response is due on September 16.

Another two weeks is going to do Obama No Good.
Obama will probably launch an attack on Syria to suck up all the news when SSA releases Bounel’s info.
The fact that they are not claiming privacy rights of Obama over the SSN is itself an admission that the number doesn’t belong to Obama.

Also, if they do not have an application form for such a SSN, you should respectfully ask that the number be cancelled! And the person(s) using it be investigated for fraud….

A senior Obama administration official has told the Associated Press that there is “very little doubt” that chemical weapons were used in Syria late last week. That senior administration official went on to claim that there is very little doubt about who used them.
Senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham are insisting that President Obama act now against the Syrian government. In a joint statement they say:

It would be nice if we could find a judge who would just hold the democratic party in contempt.
We should start suing the democratic party for all the money they are currently stealing from us by the laws they have created and the laws they have broken.
The SCOTUS should be abolished or those sitting on it that are allowing this should be impeached and replaced who read and understand English and don’t change the meaning to fit their evil purposes.

There is a very simple way to fix these criminals and expose their cover game. Find a deceased individual who was born over 120 yrs ago who would also fall under the “120 year rule.” Submit the FOIA request and watch them grant it without citing these bogus privacy rights.

Orly you have really uncovered a pile of dirt with all this SSN corruption. Looks like it has been going on a long time. It explains why Secretary of States do not verify voters with SSN’s and have no problem allowing anyone who is breathing to walk in and vote if they are a registered democrat or don’t have a SSN. Yet they spend a lot of research finding ways to not count conservative votes or they just don’t send them a ballot until it is too late to process them like the military.

I don’t think the Obama administration knows what to do. Orly has Check Mated them.
How can they claim the Application doesn’t exist or is lost ? Of the hundreds of millions of applications, what they claim is Obama’s is missing ? This along with immigration flight records for the week of his birth also missing ? The odds of that are greater than a DNA match.
If SSA admits the SSN belongs to someone 120+ years old – it’s not Obama’s !

Everybody come up with a deceased individual you know of who was born over 120 years ago and submit an FOIA request to the SSA. You will find out that unlike Harry Bounels request, yours will be granted.

As per suggestion by Ron Riddle #25, above, I have ordered a certified copy of my grandmother’s SS-5 card. She was born in 1888, 125 years ago.

Once again Orly is having to do battle with the attorney representing the fraudulant president and the judge who by law, oath, occupation, and history is suppose to be impartial. Reminds me of Romney having to do debate battle with Obama and the mediator, Candy (I screwed up on purpose) Crawley. This judge will rule after Obama tells her what to do. Another puppet on a string judge. Perhaps this judge can prove me wrong. Time will soon tell.
