Law offices of Orly Taitz

Attorney Orly Taitz conducted legal challenges against Barack Obama on behalf of the former UN Ambassador and 2008 Presidential candidate Alan Keyes and on behalf of 2012 Presidential candidate Keith Judd.

In both cases the presiding judge was David O. Carter in the Central District of California. It was discovered recently that while presiding in both challenges Judge Carter worked for the State Department. This presumes conflict of interest, as it makes Judge Carter an employee of the executive branch, where the defendant Barack Obama as the U.S. President is the chief executive of this branch.

Judge Carter was obligated to disclose this conflict of interest and recuse himself from the case, which he did not do. Attorney Taitz continues with legal challenges against Obama. There are 7 ongoing cases in different courts. All of the work is done pro bono.     I thought Carter got promoted to a Federal Judge in D.C. after he sat on your case in Jan 2012, and his co-operation with Obama in your case led to that promotion. So much has gone on in the last 6 years, it is hard to keep track of all the corruption involved with your cases!

    Conflict of interests? You’re so kind. The communist new world order collaborator david o’carter has “inadvertently, and or just don’t care about his country”, proven himself; committing the criminal overt acts of comforting a criminal communist presidential usurper obama, both cold blooded treasonous traitors are slated for arrest and that’s a fact. Local Cops are now talking about arresting these communist infiltrators, just say when?

    Probably one of the reasons in Carter’s cases he is actually OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE. As scripture tells us “you cannot serve two masters” it’s either the LAW (Constitution) or the usurper.

    I cannot figure out why NO judges are taking this regime to task for the blatant disregard for the RULE OF LAW and the CONSTITUTION.

    You pass a LAW – obummercare – then you allow this joke to ‘modify’ the law on his whims (union exemptions etc.) Why hasn’t any
    of the supreme court justices spoken out about this abuse of power??? Obummer has NOT THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE AN ENACTED LAW

    This nation is doomed until we get rid of this usurper and get back to the CONSTITUTION.

    I say put them all on trial for treason ALL of them – the righteous ones will survive, and we can then execute the traitors.

    Rule of law in Afghanistan? Was that to make it easier to convict our soldiers of murder if they defend themselves against jihadists?

    Great work Orly.
    Re Carter, the Administration seems to have your cases allocated to trusted Judges.
    Would it not be worth emailing every US Judge, Sherrif, DA with your case on a reporting a crime basis (misprision of felony/treason). That way you may get an honest one, and they’ll all have been put on notice.
