On Saturday 01.20.208 Attorney Orly Taitz, President of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, suddenly received a consent for production of information, which was requested 5 years ago. FOIA response re social security numbers For the past 10 years attorney Orly Taitz fought for transparency in the government and end to corruption.
In relation to Obamacare, Taitz provided the government with a 200 page file showing how individuals without a Social Security number or ones using a stolen Social Security number can get Obamacare health insurance, which is paid by the US taxpayers. This leads to increase in premiums and deductibles. Taitz was seeking documentary evidence showing how Social Security numbers of recipients are being verified in ACA Obamacare. Current release of documents, which will start within days, will help to clean up Obamacare fraud and will save the taxpayers billions of dollars.
Additionally, with the start of Obamacare, it was reported that Mr. Obama applied for Obamacare on line and his application was rejected. Subsequently, he dispatched his aide, who hand delivered the application to the Washington DC ACA exchange, where the rejection was manually overridden and Obamacare policy was issued for Barack Obama. Originally, the media claimed that this happened because the Social Security number of Barack Obama was sealed. Taitz submitted a FOIA request to the Washington DC ACA, requesting documentation which would show that the Social Security number of Barack Obama was sealed. Taitz got a response from Washington DC ACA, stating that Barack Obama’s Social Security number was not sealed. FOIA Response Washington DC Exchange. Taitz provided several government agencies with a 150 page file showing why the original application was rejected. The evidence included the unredacted tax returns, which Mr. Obama originally posted on White House.gov. (subsequently those tax returns were redacted). Those tax returns showed Barack Obama using a Connecticut Social Security number xxx-xx-4425. Since Obama was never a resident of Connecticut, there is no legitimate reason for him to have a CT SSN. Later, this number was traced to records of Harrison J. Bounel, who resided originally in Bronx, NY and later believed to have resided in the nearby Connecticut. Mr. Obama was repeatedly requested to explain to the public, why is he using a CT Social Security number, why doesn’t he have a valid Social Security number from the state of Hawaii, where he grew up. Mr. Obama never responded and never provided any explanation. This matter is still under investigation by a number of government agencies. As Obama appointees are being gradually replaced by Trump appointees, more information, more documentation to FOIA requests, more answers are expected.
Taitz will start releasing information to the media and to the public at large in batches, as the information will start arriving from the CMS HHS.

Different subject: Prop 13:
Dear Ms. Taiz Just to let you know the State of California has defrauded the voters and people regarding prop 13. California has two property tax procedures prop 13 only affects property bought and sold through a realtor. There are two property tax systems in California, property bought and sold using a realtor and property bought and sold without a realtor. These two ways of selling and buying property are taxed differently.
This is because California never repealed Section 110 of the Revenue and Taxation Code as was required to comply with the Constitution. California government has been aware of this for some time. Read the bottom of the second page.
The section 110 – 110.6 shows that it was repealed July 1, 1979 but never was. So the price paid is rebuttable and comps can now be used to establish value. Got me for $75,000.00 over what I paid for the house for a new tax base. The State ignores this directive so does the SBE, so do the assessors.
Please look at Dennis vs the County of Santa Clara. Mr Dennis tells me he never saw that document at trial because it was buried in the state archives within another 500 page document. So, essentially there are two property tax systems for the people of California.
My representative Jackie Irwin has said through her staff, :” we know how to deal with people like you! and if you ever call this office again we will report you to the Sargent’s office. The SBE advocates office manager Mark Sutter said, It doesn’t make any difference what you pay in taxes because your son will most likely get divorced and will have to sell the house so at the end of the day it doesn’t make any difference”. I have picketed my assembly member’s meetings and have had the police called, Sued them for $10,000.00 and won not $10,000.00 but I did get some damages and costs, A week after I picketed an open meeting with her, the next week I had rabbit guts and fur on my front porch. Just some of the highlights I have experienced with my government. I met for 3 hours with Jerome Horton Chair of the SBE he seemed to agree with me, the next week his personal attorney asked for property tax information so as to compute a refund now they will not even answer an email nor return a phone call. Just sharing! I have about 40 pounds of paper on this subject.

Orly, this is excellent. I hope President Trump is made aware of your extensive work on this and the resulting disclosure. I have hopes that the rest of your efforts will be fruitful as well, re: obama’s stolen SSN, its rejection e-Verify and his fake Selective Service Registration. I continue to pray for the safety of you and your family, as I do for President Trump and his family. There’s vicious corruption that has gone on and continues to this day with many heads at risk of rolling. You must remain very careful and alert. Bravo! And thank you for your tenacity in pursuing this issue. I sincerely hope this thawing of Fed Obama-era govmnt workers’ stone-walling re FOIA requests, by replacement of Obama appointees with Trump appointees, will lead to revelation of usurper-Obama’s ineligibility for President.
