I wanted to thank my friend Miki Booth for sending to me this letter that she got from Senator Coburn. All of the US Congressmen act like zombies on baths salts and copy the same script. They are saying that Alvin Onaka, registrar from HI sent to Secretary of State of AZ Bennett a letter saying that he has Obama’s docs on file and this is enough.
Are they complete idiots? What did they expect from a corrupt bureaucrat, who is complicit in this forgery? I went to HI Health Department with a federal subpoena and 2 experts, demanding to see the original birth certificate on file and the original microfilm. I paid from my own pocket thousands of dollars. Alvin T. Onaka, (Mr. Smiley face signature ) refused to cooperated and refused to show any original documents on file, so did the Director of Health Loretta Fuddy. The whole world is laughing at us, how dumb are our congressmen and judges in accepting a letter ” I have something on file” as a legal document and proof of anything.
Please, tell your sheriffs, your congressmen and your DAs and your AGs. We are not dumb. A letter form a crook is not an original document. We demand to see original documents on file or sooner or later we will ty all of you for treason. Statutory penalty for treason is life in prison or death penalty. Please, remind it to them. Keep their feet to the fire, don’t let them move until we see all of the original papers for BO.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Booth:
Thank you for your message regarding Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation of President Obama’s birth certificate. It is good to hear from you.
I disagree with most of President Obama’s policy positions, but I believe he is a natural-born citizen and eligible to be President of the United States. My belief is based upon the factual evidence that he was born in Hawaii, as the release of his long-form birth certificate proves. His mother is a U.S. citizen, further proving his citizenship. My staff has not found any evidence that contradicts these facts beyond conspiracy theories. Also, Sheriff Arpaio has stated that his investigation does not prove that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible for office or that he personally committed fraud.
I also believe this issue was solved in the 2008 election, when each of the 50 states placed candidate Obama on its ballot and certified its election results. Individual states are responsible for determining the eligibility of their federal candidates, and all 50 states legitimized candidate Obama’s presidency in this way.
You may be interested to know that, according to the Associated Press, Hawaii recently released President Obama’s certified birth records to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett. This request was made by the state of Arizona in order to certify that President Obama can appear on the Arizona’s presidential ballot in November. The state of Arizona has officially accepted these documents and will put his name on the ballot.

This letter from the congresscritter should be refuted point by point back to him with a demand that he address each SPECIFIC point where he is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.
Don’t miss this opportunity (since he has at least responded with something other than a form letter) to educate one of them. As Orly has pointed out, it is STUPIFYING how ignorant most of the country (politicians, judges, media morons) is on these issues due to the fakestream media’s complicity in the coverup.

Imagine, if every time we had to show our VITAL RECORDS we showed a letter from our mother saying that see has seen them, and she has them on filed.

This official letter of Coburn must enter into the future historic chronicles as an example of outright ignorance and deliberate lies from the US elected official.
1) This US Congressman acknowledges the natural born citizenship of a person, who declared himself of being born to a foreigner (Kenyan), and being raised by another foreigner (Indonesian), with available documents proving his Indonesian citizenshp. The US Congressman does not know the civics – as almost the entire nation after more than 200 year of having president elections!
2) This US Congressman dares to refer to the copy of the “birth certificate” produced in April 2011 as though it were a valid document. He deliberately ignores the well reported facts of forgery of this and other basic documents of Obama/Soetoro.
3) He – as the rest of them – visibly struggles between not replying at all, or replying with deliberate and stupefying lies, as he did. No paper exchange with them can succeed.
Only a direct confrontation of groups of the constituents against their “elected official” may possibly have an effect. The confrontation, video-recorded, with presence of witnesses and the proofs in the hand. Perhaps picketing and blocking the offices of these “elected official”.

There was an article and comments on THE POST EMAIL website recently with a plethora of Congresspeople and Senators who had been contacted by constituents on BOTH sides of the aisle,with barely a yawn for a response from any of them.
It is quite indicative of the “laissez-faire” attitude in DC. Perhaps they are ill informed about the Constitution and their sworn duty to protect it or JUST PLAIN LAZY!

Here is the letter I received back from Senator Rand Paul on my inquiry about Obama not being a US citizen which in my letter to his office included a photo ID card from Columbia University for Barry Soetoro Foreign Student from 1981.
Senator Rand Paul replied by saying:
Thank you for taking the time to contact me regarding the Constitutional requirements to be President of the United States. I appreciate hearing your thoughts on this issue.
As you may know, the Constitution in Article II, section 1 states the requirements needed for the president to take the oath of office. Specifically Article II Section 1 states a person must be at least 35 years old, have been a resident within the United States for 14 years and be a natural born citizen.
During the 111th Congress, Representative Bill Posey (R-FL) introduced legislation, H.R. 1503, to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require a presidential candidate to present their birth certificate and all other documentation necessary to meet the qualifications for eligibility of the presidency under the Constitution. H.R. 1503 was referred to the House Administration Committee, but did not pass through the committee process before President Obama presented his long form Birth Certificate on April 27, 2011.
As a newly elected Senator of the 112th Congress, I was unable to participate in the committee process for this piece of legislation. Rest assured as this issue continues to be debated in the Senate, I will keep your thoughts in mind.

Well, it may interest you to know, Sen. Coburn, that Hawaii did no such thing. In fact, they even refused to verify his date of birth when specifically asked to do so.
Also, Sen. Coburn, Sheriff Arpaios investigation is NOT ON ELIGIBILITY, so your saying Sheriff Arpaio has stated that his investigation does not prove that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible is disingenuous. His investigation is on CRIMINAL FRAUD. He HAS DETERMINED that CRIMINAL FRAUD HAS taken place. He has said that the White House is complicit in it, by releasing the forgery on their web site. A fraud has been committed with his selective service registration and with that possible tampering with federal records. Surely fraud committed by the White House and tampering with federal records would be of interest to a sitting US Senator who his supposed to be representing his constituents.
So Sen. Coburn, instead of hiding behind your ignorance on this matter, why don’t you do the right thing and uphold your oath to the Constitution and your duty as a United States Senator and call for an investigation into this matter? At the very least, since you seem to support Sheriff Arpaios efforts, why not help him out a bit and send a request to the Selective Service Administration to have them release the records to him that he requested but that they are refusing to give to him ( not to him personally, but to an official law enforcement investigation ).
Just because he can’t at this point say Obama was personally involved ( that is what an investigation into government records would determine ), doesn’t negate the fact that a crime has been committed. I am sure I don’t need to remind you that Watergate started out with the arrest of some low level burglars.
