New World Net Daily Article Below Makes Reference In 3rd Paragraph To Arizona “Just Miss” Last Year On Presidential Eligibility Legislation.  Arizona’s chances of getting it done in the coming legislative session (Jan-April 2011) look even considerably better this year (Judy Burges will again be sponsoring it).  Some of the reasons for the optimism include:  1) although it is not really just a partisan issue, the number of Republicans in the Az. House is up from 34 last year to 40 this year out of a total of 60 and 2) the number of Republicans in the Az Senate is up from 18 last year to 21 this year out of at total of 30.  And Russell Pearce (author of SB 1070) is the new Senate President.  More information to come next week after a scheduled meeting with Secretary of State Ken Bennett (who would be the one under the new law to require the proof that a Presidential candidate qualifies as to age, residency, and natural born citizenship) which is designed to get his active support for the new bill.  He was “neutral” on the bill last year.    PS.  Forward this to everyone in Arizona you know who you anticipate will be supportive of this legislation !  Thanks.  AND PLEASE KEEP LT. COL TERRY LAKIN IN YOUR PRAYERS (WWW.SAFEGUARDOURCONSTITUTION.COM) AND THINK ABOUT WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP HIM.

Billboard on Highway 93 near Kingman, Ariz.
Arizona isn’t exactly a state where Washington’s status quo is wholly supported.
Just look at the state’s fight over the right to protect its own citizens from a literal invasion of foreigners from south of the border – a fight prompted because the federal government doesn’t want the state to enforce the laws that already exist.
And then there’s the state law that bans the teaching of school courses that promote the overthrow of the United States, another lawsuit target because it prompted the cancellation of some “La Raza” classes.
And don’t forget that Arizona was very close to becoming the first state to impose a requirement on presidential candidates that they document their constitutional eligibility before they are allowed on the state ballot.
But will the question that’s popped up on billboards in dozens of states already, in a move into Arizona, make a difference? Remains to be seen, say officials with the program that posted the newest campaign image along Highway 93 (mile marker 65) near Kingman, Ariz.

Just days earlier, a new sign had appeared in Pennsylvania, on Route 61 northbound just before the I-78 intersection at Cabela’s in Hamburg.

And if it seems that there are more and more of these appearing, that’s no one’s imagination.
“If it seems like we are posting more billboards than ever, the perception is correct,” said Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officers of WND, and the mastermind behind the campaign.
“With a new Congress coming to power and more Americans realizing every day that lingering questions about Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility have not been answered, we are making a concerted effort to step up the pressure. Of course, we need continued financial support for this campaign from the American people to keep it up,” he said.

Arizona SOS Ken Bennett was not “neutral.” He opposed the bill.

Orly:…I can see why Bennett doesn’t like the bill. He doesn’t want to be forced to (Vett) Obama next time around!

Also, I contacted every S.O.S. in the Continental USA, prior to the election, to let them know that Obama will be vetted next time! We have (D) S.O.S.’s in the “hot-spot” states out west: Ca., Nv., and Az., among others. And they do not want to “do their job,” as it were! So I’m guessing that Soros has pulled on their “collars” with his leash, and they have to “obey” like good “puppies”!

“Elections fraud” was rampant! Which did include Colorado. Where a judge threw out about 5000 names that didn’t function with the law! Good for that judge! And Az is riddled with “illegals,” so I do support Gov Jan Brewer and all those brave leaders out there! I hope that they can change that (“not required to show a birth certificate, to get elected”) in their state!

So let’s all support Bill Posey and his bill in the House (1503), to correct this “loophole”! This way, every S.O.S., nationwide, will be required to vett (all) candidates in the next election! Boy, is this bill needed! And one of the S.O.S.’s that Soros was promoting in Iowa, was defeated by his (R) challenger, Matt Schultz …! Good job, Matt!

    Davey Crockett…

H.B. 1503 died in the House Committee on House Administration. There will be no vote on it.
