Please, tell WND we will donate to Arpaio only after we see a signed and stamped criminal complaint against Obama with “Received” stamp from the District Attorney and Attorney General

I received an e-mail today from WND asking for money for attorney Larry Klayman to defend Sheriff Arpaio. My point is:
1. Arpaio collected money for over a year and never filed a criminal complaint against Obama. Please, tell WND and Arpaio “we will not donate one cent until we see a criminal complaint signed by Arpaio and stamped by the office of the District Attorney of Maricopa county and the Attorney General of AZ.” Show us the filed and stamped complaint. Otherwise there will be an incentive to drag the matter. Moreover, people who want to get rid of Arpaio, recall him, are mostly afraid that he will file a complaint against Obama. After the complaint is already filed, they no longer have an incentive to get rid of Arpaio.
Please, see an attached report from the Board of Supervisors of the Maricopa county AZ. FY2013 Maricopa County and Special Districts Adopted Budget Summary Sheriff’s department receives nearly half a billion dollars a year, a total of $495,632,204 according to the report. This is more than enough to do any investigation, particularly since all the research was already done by me and others who forwarded it to Arpaio. Obama committed a crime in AZ, he committed elections fraud, he submitted his candidacy for president, claiming that he is eligible based on forged and fraudulently obtained IDs. Arpaio not only has a right to use the resources of the Sheriff’s Department, he has duty to bring this criminal complaint, as the crime was committed in his jurisdiction.
Attorneys like myself can be attacked by some corrupt judges and the department of Justice with sanctions, as we are civil attorneys, however Arpaio has prosecutorial immunity, it is much easier for him to bring the complaint. Moreover, it is not clear, why should people donate for Larry Klayman to defend Arpaio, as Klayman is not even licensed in the state of AZ.
WND states that Klayman was hired by a group defending Arpaio. Hired as what? If he is not licensed as an attorney there, what can he do for the group? It also says that Klayman is acting in his private capacity. If he is acting in his private capacity, then he was not hired to represent others.
Bottom line: WND raised money for over a year. It is time to demand answers. Where is the stamped criminal complaint against Obama? If I and others could file complaints, and we do not have any protection, Arpaio can surely file as well. Tell Arpaio and WND: No more donations until the criminal complaint is filed.

Thats what I do not get! They did all that work and finding and now knowing he has many other stolen social security cards and numerous bogus/fake ID’s. Why they have not filed criminal charges and they have enough evidence to convince any grand jury to hand out a criminal indictment against whoever he really is thats occupying the white house and force him to face a trial by jury. At that point and under the rules, Congress will have to impeach and remove the whole administration.

I have a feeling that a few organizations care mostly to profit on our national disaster (or even to deliberately distract) rather than to solve the crisis.
I receive multiple soliciting letters from Klayman, Corsi, phone calls from conservative organizations which under guise of some fight against Obama actually misdirect this fight.
Mr. Klayman asks for establishing a Grand Jury for indictment of the impostor, as though not knowing that already in 2010-2011 Mr. Campbell already did it, and two Grand Juries then had worked out and handed out the indictments – alas, all thrown out by the corrupted government prosecution agencies…
Others call for items of impeachment of the impostor – yet somehow miss the most important unconstitutional and criminal counts!
Worse, they misapply the very term, because impeachment is reserved for a legal tenant of the office. Applied to Obama, this word gives him legitimacy, which he does not have.
And even worse: in order to impeach, the Congress must have a majority voting for it. Yet since 2008 and until now we do not have even one – not ONE! – stinking elected representative which at least acknowledges the crimes and ineligibility of the impostor. They do not want to place a few check marks on the subpoena!
Who will raise this issue? Who will comprise the voting majority!…
We need completely different remedies now…

Yes, Orly, YES!
We have been saying this for over a year. It was true then, and it is true now.
Arpaio has REFUSED to file a criminal complaint. He has the means. He has the facts. He lacks the courage.
Instead, just like his collaborators and Josef Farah at WND, he simply uses the case to further his own ambitions, and to raise a lot of money, and to REFUSE to give you credit.
Arpaio has REFUSED for OVER A YEAR to file criminal charges. Soon, the statute of limitation will lapse — then he will say that he has “no authority” to file charges.
Why? Because it was all a RUSE by Arpaio in the first place. These are all delaying tactics by Arpaio so he can get off the hook. It is like Trump. Two years ago April he said he sent investigators to Hawaii, and promised to reveal their explosive findings. Two years later we are STILL WAITING FOR TRUMP to keep his word. Hah. He never will. He is just a narcissist with a weird wig.
You are SO RIGHT to tell us to send Arpaio no money. He refuses to do his job. We refuse to reward him.

I don’t get it either. There is NO AMOUNT OF MONEY that anyone could throw in my face, to support the loss of our Great Country, or the loss of our Freedoms.
If Communism takes over our Country, there is no where to go. I lived in the Island of Crete, Greece, for 1 1/2 years, and I can tell you that the poverty there was so great that the people had to pay the government, if they bought a car for $600.00, they would have to pay $600.00 in taxes to the government. We are talking extreme poverty, 110 degrees in the shade, and no heat in the homes, and NO AIRCONDITIONING, and freezing cold in the winter, with NO INSULATION in your house. BRRRR… they lived in tiny 2-room shacks, and had maybe 2 outfits of clothing to wear. And that doesn’t even touch the surface, of how difficult it was to live there.
I am a school teacher and I have studied the Holocaust. It took me quite a while, to even be able to handle, the devastation, and the things that happened to the Jews.
My husband thought there wasn’t so much going on, because of the Liberal Media, and today he was listening to a Christian Radio Station, in his van, and they were reporting how the drones are coming to America, and what problems they might cause, and how there could be 100’s of them flying in the skies. He was shocked, he just could not believe his ears. Anyone who is NOT UPSET about at least one thing that Obama has done, it is something that I cannot understand.
God help us!!! God Bless Orly, and all who are fighting this endeavor.

As long as Congress pretends Obama is legitimate, they can impeach him….and they should, but they won’t
They won’t because of Congress complicity in getting an ineligible, identity fraud con-artist elected in 2008. What members of Congress did then and continue to do with the cover-up of the usurper’s ineligibility is treason. Congress will never impeach or investigate Obama because they fear the process would reveal the truth about Obama and Congress would face charges for the treason they have and still are committing.
If Obama were to be impeached the process would quickly turn from legitimizing him to revealing the truth….which is why Congress will do NOTHING about Obama. They protect Obama to protect themselves.

Arpaio and Zullo have investigated this case for more than a year and a half. They already discovered the Social Security Fraud, the Selective Service Fraud, the Birth Certificte Fraud, and with the evidence they have already gathered, Arpiao should present charges, or stop this farce, by continuing to request more funds for more trips, and more payment of expenditures. With those three verifiable crimes that have been committed already, it should be sufficient to send Obama to jail, so either put up or shutup.

Absolutely right. I think Arpaio and Zullo are good guys, but their procrastination makes no sense. They claim there is something BIG coming in the next month or two. I will wait until the “BIG thing” comes before I send them more money. It appears they had enough evidence to file criminal complaint before Barry was “re-elected.” Why didn’t they do that?
