Recent Message: Lt. Col. Lakin, Thank you, and God bless. If you were truly guilty, they would have allowed your counsel to present a defense. As I said to my Congressman Mike Coffman (R-CO6), “Lt. Col.. Lakin will go to jail for trying to discharge his duty because so many others had ignored theirs. That we would knowingly and willingly sacrifice one good man to deny the truth and so save America from embarrassment is a measure of how far this country has fallen. The truth shall set us, especially Lt. Col. Lakin, free.”

LTC Lakin faces lengthy prison term for refusing to deploy to Afghanistan

Obama Administration unleashes Army lawyers instead of releasing birth certificate

A vigorous communications effort may help Americans finally learn whether their president lawfully holds office. MAKE A TAX DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTION TO THE FOUNDATION NOW.

Terry Lakin has now been officially charged in writing with two crimes.

  • The first is “Missing Movement” a serious crime in the nature of a felony for failing to deploy to Afghanistan.
  • The second is disobeying a direct order, and there are four specifications (separate instances) of this charge. Any soldier convicted on all charges and specifications would expect to be sentenced to years at “hard labor” in the penitentiary.

In facing court-martial, LTC Lakin is just the latest victim of the determined effort of the President not to provide simple proof of his eligibility under the constitution to hold office.

    When writting to Mr. Lakins superiors, PLEASE REMIND THEM : They SWORE an Oath, An Oath to uphold THE CONSTITUTION! Not an Oath to The Commander in Chief…
    It is The Constitution that the Men and Women are laying in Arlington… Remind them of this, The Constitution IS OUR TRUTH!

    You are contradicting yourself and Lakin. If Lakin swore an oath to the Constitution and not the CIC, then uneligibility of the CIC does not permit him to disobey orders as he still needs to obey them because of the Constitution.
