Please see if any presidential candidates, including small party candidates, want to challenge Kamala Harris as not a “Natural Born US citizen”, not entitled to be the US president.
Only Natural Born US Citizen is entitled to run for the US President. “Natural Born citizen” is different from citizen, as it means no allegiance to other nations. Kamala Harris is a child of two foreign nationals. When she was born, her mother was a citizen of India and her father was a citizen of Jamaica. They were in US on working visas. As such, upon her birth, she was a citizen of India and Jamaica, had allegiance to these 2 countries and cannot be the US President.
The courts dismissed these cases on standing, saying that regular citizens do not have standing to sue.
The courts said that only presidential candidates have direct standing. There were many Democrats who ran in the primary, who did not get any votes, but would have standing. Also, representatives of small parties, such as Green-Jill Stein, Libertarian candidate-Chase Oliver, as well as Robert Kennedy Jr. and Cornell West can be plaintiffs.
Please, contact them. Let me know if they want to bring a legal challenge to Kamala Harris to STAY her run for President as constitutionally not qualified.

The textual reading of the Constitution supports birth in the United States as the only requirement, with the only exception being the children of diplomats. So this will go nowhere and will be exploited by the Harris campaign as racist. Also, if the argument is correct then at least two of Trump’s children are ineligible.

Thank you very much, dear Orly, that you posed this question again. I too keep reminding about the “born to citizen parents on the soil” whenever possible. Unfortunately, all conservative writers known to me forgot and buried this issue complying with this “new reality” that both big “parties” and the entire criminal government have arbitrarily abandoned the original definition, reducing it to that of “anchor baby”. No, framers of the Constitution saw it as “jus sanguinis” not jus solis. Time for the Supreme Court to rule on the merits. PS Trump’s children are not running. If they would have plans to run, Trump would have picked someone older than JD Vance. He would have picked Carson

The text says no such thing and this has been confirmed subsequently in SCOTUS decisions. There will be no challenge to Harris on these grounds. And it’s not a matter of whether Trump children are running but that the older children has a foreign-born mother.

Gil Levin, words matter! Why then does the constitution differentiate the requirement to be a congressman and that to be President? Jefferson stated that when there were concerns as to what the constitution meant we must go back and read what the founders writings on the subject were and from there come to the proper conclusion as to the meaning. Sound pretty similar to what Thomas wrote about Text, History, and Tradition in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, 597 U.S. ___ (2022)
I suggest you read A DISSERTATION ON THE MANNER OF ACQUIRING THE CHARACTER AND PRIVILEGES OF A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, BY Dr. David Ramsey, one of the founding fathers and close friend of George Washington. To dispel any doubts about Dr. Ramsey’s qualifications, many on the left will point out that Ramsey’s dissertation was written because he was “a sore loser”, because he wasn’t elected to congress by South Carolina, when it was more accurate to say that he was not elected because he was an abolitionist. Dr. Ramsey’s definition on a Natural Born Citizen is almost the word for word definition found in the Law Of Nations. The same Law Of Nations that Benjamin Franklin admitted to be in use on a “constantly manner” when the constitution was written. The fact is that the Constitution is not what anyone thinks it means it is what the Founding Father’s meant it to be and for those who claim it’s too old remember that those “imbeciles” who wrote it gave us a way out if we didn’t like it by ammendment!

Ok. Did some research. Kamala Harris does not qualify to be President or hold any other public office. She was born in 1964 and her father, Donald Harris was a Jamaican citizen. Her mother was a citizen of India. They met each other at Berkeley in CA and were not US Citizens.
I assumed or thought that that would disqualify her for president but a good friend consulted with constitutional attorneys and said she was eligible as she had natural citizenship along with her parents. But here is where it gets muddy. Jamaica Law. Please read below.
Every non-US parent of a baby born in the U.S. has natural citizenship rights for himself and his child based upon the citizenship laws of his home country. Those rights cannot be usurped just because a citizen is a student in America.
In Donald Jasper Harris’ case, that is Jamaica. Jamaican law is very clear about Kamala’s citizenship at birth.
This is Kamala Harris parents we are talking about. So she doesn’t even qualify as an anchor baby in this case. So no she is not qualified to hold office and would literally be breaking the law.

Indeed, the most appropriate presidential candidate to challenge Kamala Harris as not a “Natural Born US citizen” is President Trump! Especially in this fateful and particularly shameful historic moment! Especially after he miraculously survived the assassination due to God’s intervention!
Pres. Trump must do it now – even though so late: 16 years late, to be exact! Pres. Trump must find an excuse for his timidity of not doing it timely in 2008. However, better late, than never – the saying particularly appropriate for this fateful moment!
Will President Trump do it?
On December 15, 2016, Pres. Trump feared to follow after even purely criminal aspects of Obama/Soetoro imposture, reported by Sheriff Arpaio – and this timidity doomed the rest of Trump’s presidency! As a commentator noted then, that crime by Obama and the entire government was too big to be ever acknowledged! Too big! Too big for this shameless nation always evading Repentance while boasting “In God we trust!” So Pres. Trump feared to touch it then.
And now this crime and the Act 3 of the coup got even bigger. NOW THE BULLETS FLY NEAR TRUMP’S HEAD – yet he courageously keeps his public appearances! He is a brave man! Yet will he have enough courage to expose that entire crime – too big to mention it, at least now?! Kamala’s parents committed immigration fraud,
including violation of Section 202 of the 1952 Immigration Act requiring registration of births to parents of “Asia Pacific Triangle” national descent, and covered up her “alien” birth status with a “revised” birth certificate.

Jamaican law is irrelevant is US. She is simply not constitutionally eligible because her parents were not US citizens at the time of her birth. She was a citizen, but not a natural born citizen.
