Subject: Please Join OAK’s Sign-On Letter to the U.N.
Please visit NFOJA’s Meet Up message board for details. It links you to a letter to be emailed on October 28, 2010 to various U.N. and U.S. representatives regarding the upcoming Universal Periodic Review of America’s human rights record. Our recipients include the troika that will facilitate review of the United States.

The “troika” is a group of three (3) rapporteurs. Those reviewing the United States are from Cameroon, France, and Japan respectively.

You can sign our letter as a group leader or individual. We will accept signatures until midnight (ET) on Tuesday – October 26, 2010.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We look forward to your participation.
