Please, check the rules of the Supreme Court, which are available on line, if you are writing an amicus Brief for my case, scheduled to be heard by the Supreme Court on January 7.

Not sure if my message went through.

Have Orly direct you to the Supreme Court rules, and follow all of the instructions shuch as: brief length (for an amicus you have a max of 6000 words), when it is to be filed (within 30 days after docketing), and other things such as filing a motion for leave to file brief, filing in forma pauperis (to avoid making 40 copies by a professional brief publisher using correct colors, typeset, etc).

Orly should be able to direct you to all of this rules. Failure to follow any rule generally gets the brief ignored. You will need a very good argument for why you should be able to file so late in the game.
