People are starting to notice that these supposedly conservative politicians are all openly evading this extremely significant question.
Soon they will be asking themselves why they are being so evasive.
They will be wondering why these supposedly conservative politicians seem to be helping Obama to avoid the issue of his eligibility?
Don’t these Tea Party friendly candidates want Obama to be removed from Office if he is found to be ineligible?
Why are they afraid to approach this subject?

To my interpretation, Mr. Gingrich clearly acknowledged the validity of the evidence against Obama. Sounded to me like he gave you a big thumbs up Orly! Mr. Gingrich is a smart man who picks his words very carefully. It is no accident that he encouraged you to “pursue” the case against Obama.

I think I remember seeing that Orly has endorsed Mitt Romney. I also think she said that he is a Natural Born Citizen. Orly did you know that when Mitt’s father ran for president he admitted that he was not naturalized and later withdrew from the race?
I think you should include in your fight against fraud and ineligible presidential candidates, a demand that the Republicans ask for proof of both Romney’s and Santorum’s eligibility to be President. Santorum’s parents were from Italy and Romnety’s father was born in Mexico and never naturalized as a U.S. citizen.
So you realize that if it should be found to be true that neither Romney or Santorum are not Natural Born Citizens, that we will have the same thing happen again as happened in the 2008 election. McCain was a compromised candidate, because he himself was not a NBC. Lets be sure we are not going to nominate another compromised candidate.

There was not Hector Maldonado “case,” as in a ballot challenge. There was a hearing in committee in the legislature related to another attempt to pass a so-called “birther bill.”
The “ought to pass” vote failed in committee.

This is to the GRACE that questioned above Mitt Romney citizenship.
Mitt Romney is a “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN”. There is no question, or doubt about it. Both Mitt’s parents were born NATURAL BORN CITIZENS, and Mitt was born in Michigan. Why do you have any doubt about Mitt Romney’s BEING A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN? Is it because Mitt’s father, George was born in Mexico. Both of George Romney’s parent were NATURAL BORN CITIZENS all their lives. There is law that says any CHILD, who’s BOTH PARENTS are American Citizen at that childs birth, that child is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN no matter what country that birth took place in. So George Romney was an American Citizen from the moment he was born. GRACE if you are still in double look it up. Its been the law since the late 1700’s. GRACE it only took me a couple of minutes to look it up.
Why are people trying to muddy the water on whether Obama has a right to be our President or run for re-election. Orly Taitz, Esq has made it very clear that Obama has no right to run for anything. Anybody who wants to take a minute or two and study what Orly Taitz, Esq. has uncovererd, will see that Obama doesn’t even have the legal right to wash dishes with the documentation he has provided. So please do what ever you can to help Orly Taitz,Esq.

Orly is more of an American citizen than Obama’s father was and this is about parentage. And since there is no proof that Obama filed citizenship papers, when he came back from Indonesia, he is only an American citizen because he married Michelle. AND….. That does not make him a Natural Born Citizen, either. (as Orly is not a Natural Born Citizen) Orly also knows what it is to appreciate living in a country without communism. THAT is only going to last a while, though, unless we get that mess of thugs out of the White House and Washington, because they like communism, socialism, marxism, etc. on the ism’s.

Just check the “Naturalization Act of 1790”. Its really that easy.

mylie1313: As for Santorum’s eligibility, his father came to this country at the age of 7 (according to Wikipedia) so we can assume that his father became a U.S. citizen at some time before Rick was born. I could not find information on the internet saying that Santorum’s father was a U.S. citizen. Therefore, Rick Santorum is a natural born citizen because both his parents were citizens at the time of his birth. You are correct that ALL candidates should show their eligibility because we don’t want another fiasco like we have with Obama. If you have proof that Obama is a citizen of the U.S., please provide the proof. We need closure.

Shouldn’t you be addressing all the alleged criminal acts, and there is a lot of them, that Orly Taitz, Esq. has claimed Obama has done, and it appears like most of her evidence is unrefuted evidence, and back up with a lot of solid facts. Explain to us where Orly Taitz, Esq. is wrong on her charges against Obama, and quit attacking her personally. By the way did you read my list of things wrong with Obama’s qualifications to be President and to for re-election. I put my list out a couple of days ago, and up to this point nobody has proven a thing I said was in error in anyway. Most of the people living in the United States, their parents, grand parents, or Great Grand Parents came from a foreign country. The thing is that we all working to help making this country great. We have some thing difference than the foreign countries have, so why try and tear this country down, it’s the greatest. It’s the ass holes that is trying to live here and have what they have left behind their ancestor. Let’s work together and get rid of those people that don’t want to live in peace in this great country. We don’t need the people like Obama.
