Dear Orly,
I believe in your cause. Why, oh, why did you say judge carter is going to hear your case in january??? That simply is not true as of the moment you made the TV interview. First, you have to wait from him to rule on the motion to dismiss by the DOJ. There is absolutely nothing unique or foretelling about confirming schedules in advance of motion rulings.
Orly, believe me, i want you to succeed. However, your righteous contempt of the usurper (until proven otherwise) is making you a zealot. It is blinding you to certain protocol and legal procedures. Can’t you get another lawyer to guide you?
I’m sure i can’t even imagine the kinds of evil people you have had to deal with and the great pressure you have been in. You have a righteous and just cause. I admire you for what you are trying to do in the face of so much adversity. Clearly there is something very large and very evil making obama happen.
Please, Please, I’m begging you to get some legal counsel to assist you. It simply does no good for you to say Judge Carter is going to hear your case in court UNTIL he has denied the DOJ motion to dismiss AND granted you discovery.

Orly more than held her own in that interview and made some points to a diverse, somewhat liberal audience. Joy was over her head and simply repeated the standard liberal arguments. Yeah, she did look worried. She was probably planning to mop up the floor with Orly and instead allowed some embarrassing facts to get out to a national audience, without really being able to effectively refute them

Notice every time one of these left-wing nuts has Orly on, they talk very fast and try to talk over her. They also waste precious time by first talking about all the evidence that shows he IS a NBC. And when Orly makes a good point that they cannot counter, they jump off of that subject, pronto, as when Orly explains the Annenberg connection to FactCheck. Good job, Orly, of holding up your end of the argument and not letting Joy drown you out! She can be especially nasty, not a very pleasant woman to watch or hear, much less talk to.

When Judge James Robertson threatened monetary sanctions against Attorney John D. Hemenway, John also had suggested that court rules would allow him to require the release of Obama’s birth information. As John noted in his brief to the judge:
“If the court persists in pressing Rule 11 procedures against Hemenway, then Hemenway should be allowed all of the discovery pertinent to the procedures as court precedents have permitted in the past,” he wrote to the judge.
Wouldn’t the same apply in your case? I would hope so.

Can we verify this?
Attorney General Eric Holder was in Columbus, Georgia, on 16JULY09, and he was observed going into and out of the courthouse via a side door hours before the hearing in Judge Land’s courtroom started.
He then settled in at a little cafe and nursed coffee until quite some time after the close of the hearing. Holder arrived and departed in a government owned black Ford Crown Victoria with dark windows – he was being driven and escorted by serious men in suits. Something is wrong – very, very, very wrong from every imaginable angle.

Good lord, Orly, you were up against the epitome of ignorance, which is, of course, the perfect description of the far left. It is impossible to argue a case against conceited ignorance, without someone controlling the discussion. And since she was in control, able to trample your ever point with a barrage of babble, she is able to create the illusion that she, indeed, had all the facts.
I guess you will need to bring along irrefutable proof of every little detail of your argument when facing someone of such conceited ignorance.
Thank you so much for the effort, Orly. Let’s pray the courts will be able to rise above baseless arguments from the far left and keep everything on a level playing field.

I know attorneys sometimes have petty squabbles or sometimes fight each other like alley cats, but why does Kreep, someone on “our side” sabotage the case by publicly announcing [paraphrased] “Obama’s parents are irrelevant, all that matters is the birth certificate and whether or not Obama was born on U.S. soil.”
LET’S expose CREEPY Gary Kreep and his U.S. “Justice” Foundation that solicits donations on WND, among other places, when his actions are actually sabotaging our efforts. (I have written to Joseph Farah about this).
And then there’s Phil “Frivolous Lawsuit” Berg wasting time and effort suing Orly instead of going after America’s Most Wanted, our illegal President.

When there is a pause tell them that you’ll answer if they’ll let you talk. And just stop talking every time they do that to you. It would probably cause them to give you a chance to say what you have to say.

I get so uptight with the b.s. on the View wit Barbara Wa-wa, Whoopi “not rape-rape” Goldberg, and Behar and the like, I only watch when an interesting personality is on. But Behar hides her ignorance in the group. One-on-one she showed just how ignorant of the issues she was. She was prepared — or ill-prepared to take Orly down with the same disproven arguments — and Orly did a good job to shoot her down. This wasn’t an interview…it was a set up. Orly congrats on doing an exemplary job without sucker shotting Behar in the chops for the open insults (did this have to do with Israel? etc.). Like all the rest of your fans, congrats on a good job.

If the President is not a legitimate citizen, the whole thing has to be a giant conspiracy. The CIA, The Justice Department, and any other government agency who has anything to do with the vetting process has to be in on the conspiracy.

It is interesting to note that no one in the studio was willing or able to recieve the facts that Obama is not a natural born citizen. They will be behooved the receive the truth as they are behooved to keep the laws esp. the Constitution, the United States still is a Constitutional Republic and as so must not only hear the cases against Barack Hussien Obama, but the courts are behooved to uphold the laws of the Land as a nessesary duty to God and man. The fall of the Republic lies in the courts ability to uphold the Constitutional requirements of the president. And God have mercy on the souls of those who though fearful people, participate (as criminals) in not bringing justice back to America, but will stand one day before Jesus Christ for lying to the American peoples.

Joy Behar was absolutely PITIFUL, and absolutely blown away by FACTS after FACTS. She could not produce one factual instance to support her claim that the usurper is really what he claims to be.
Her only recourse was to say “I feel that…” Well your feelings are not FACTS. So until you can produce the FACTS you might want to keep your mouth shut, Joy.

It is amazing that none of the media I have heard knows what a natural born citizen is and that also means most people don’t either. Also the same goes for the belief that a COLB is the same as a birth certificate.
Hopefully these pro-Obama media personalities who are confident that have the facts on the birth issue of Obama and want to have Orly on to try to shoot her down will wind up doing a service to their listeners when some of the truth gets carried on their shows.

Why not get the facts striaght. Obama has released NOT one but three different COLB’s. He has sealed all records concerning his past.
Your earpiece was working over-time as The State of Hawaii has NOT confirmed they issued a COLB to Barack Obama in either 2007 or 2008. I have the e-mails from the State of Hawaii that prove the FactCheck document IS a forgery.
Your anchor-baby example is another blantant example of your education level, concerning Citizenship, there is a difference between ‘native’ and ‘natural-born’ citizenship.

Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.
Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.

“It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race,” Ryan, 44, said in a statement. “What would take place, rather, is a brutal, scorched-earth campaign – the kind of campaign that has turned off so many voters, the kind of politics I refuse to play.”
Although Ryan disputed the allegations, saying he and his wife went to one ‘avant-garde’ club in Paris and left because they felt uncomfortable, lashed out at the media and said it was “truly outrageous” that the Chicago Tribune got a judge to unseal the records.
The Republican choice will become an instant underdog in the campaign for the seat of retiring Republican Senator Peter Fitzgerald, since Obama held a wide lead even before the scandal broke.
“I feel for him actually,” Obama told a Chicago TV station. “What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody.”
The Republican state committee must now choose a replacement for Ryan, who had won in the primaries against seven contenders. Its task is complicated by the fact that Obama holds a comfortable lead in the polls and is widely regarded as a rising Democratic star.
The chairwoman of the Illinois Republican Party, Judy Topinka, said at a news conference, after Ryan withdrew, that Republicans would probably take several weeks to settle on a new candidate.
“Obviously, this is a bad week for our party and our state,” she said.
As recently as Thursday, spokesmen for the Ryan campaign still insisted that Ryan would remain in the race. Ryan had defended himself saying, “There’s no breaking of any laws. There’s no breaking of any marriage laws. There’s no breaking of the Ten Commandments anywhere.”

It is looking increasingly likely that Barrack Obama will be elected in November as Senator of the State of Illinois. The number of prospective voters has increased after his presumptive opponent in the election was felled by accusations of sexual impropriety.
Simultaneous with Obama’s rising stature is the increasing desire by Kenyans to identify with him. Typical newspaper headlines and messages flying around the Internet tend to lead with the theme “Kenyan-linked”, or “Kenyan-American”, or even, erroneously, “Kenyan-born”.

Dr. Taitz, congratulations on maintaining your poise and composure while being so rudely and repeatedly interrupted.
Joy Behar should be fined $20,000 for advertising “an interview with Dr. Orly Taitz,” only to deny you the opportunity to explain the case, by speaking over your comments to keep you from being understood.
But if you demand a contract guaranteeing you a fair hearing and the opportunity to speak without being interrupted or maligned, they won’t have you on the show. Joseph Farah can tell you all about their tricks.
