    It appears that the State of Texas together with the remainder of the 25 or so plaintiff states have produced a motion.

    That is, these plaintiff States have requested the Court to accomplish something. What the States want is condensed as: to stop Merits Proceedings. This is dependent on the Resolution of the Supreme Court. This resolution will come from the Supreme Court Review (of the lawsuit?.

    Judge Hanen has set a date and time to hear that motion of the plaintiff States. It is likely that defendants (United States Administration representatives) will be (and are required to be?) present at the hearing before Judge Hanen. The date and time is December 15, 2015 at 1:30PM.

    What is the essence of this motion “to Stay Merits Proceedings”?
    What do the plaintiff States want to stop?

    I think the clearer are the people about what is going on in quite plain language, the more bang they would get from this lawsuit and this Court. This clarity will also produce clearer news reporting on this lawsuit. It will be also harder for the Media to mud up the water, i.e. obfuscate, the lawsuit, the motions of the parties, and the Court decisions.

    It would be also easier to talk to News People like Joy Behar about the lawsuits or legal matters. So that they cannot indulge in the stray talk, but stick to the topic and not air their own believes on the matters which already have well established meanings.

    I wonder if I can join the Lawsuit… Due to The Fact The South Dakota Elections Committee Dismissed My HAVA Complaint Against Obama/Soetoro back in 2012 ? He Is NOT A Natural Born Citizen which was the Heart of My Complaint.
