   I just emailed this to my local newspaper’s editorial office, as I was surprised by their opinion piece last week, which supported Obama’s lawless actions. They downplayed Judge Hanen’s decision, without explaining why he ruled the way he did.

   Judge Hanen has temporarily stopped Obama’s illegal amnesty orders. Judge has stated one of the reasons for his decision: “It is preferable to have the legality of these actions determined before the fates of over four million individuals are decided…”

   Judge Hanen has already found illegality in the administration’s actions: He cited the Obama administration’s failure to comply with the Administrative Procedure Act and the illegality of the extent Jeh Johnson claims for the overarching scope of his discretion in overseeing the dictates of Congress.

   Judge wants a full picture of illegality in Obama’s administration decisions concerning illegal immigrants.

   While the Judge has already seen plenty of illegality in the administration decision and actions,he may have not had a chance to see an important area of illegality involved in the Administration’s decision.

   This area concerns constitutional requirements imposed on anyone in the position of US President. That is Mr. Obama is unique among the US presidents for the past 50 years and longer, who does not satisfy these requirements.

   Dr. Taitz has pointed out in the past that Judge Hanen has no opportunity to visit websites such as hers as well as many other websites which address the issue of current POTUS lacking the constitutional grounds for filling the highest position in the US Government.

   However, the issue of illegality of current POTUS are addressed in the books widely available from amazon.

   These include the following:

   1. Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., Where is Your Birth Certificate?, 392 pages, documents and research, 2011
   2. Edward Klein and John LeBoutillier, The Obama Identity, 336 pages, a novel. 2010.

   4. Books by investigative journalist Aaron Klein and Brenda elliot on Obama’s background. 2 books: A.The Manchurian President, 339 pages, 2010. B. Red Army, 485 pages, 2011.

   What is the point of this? The man responsible for the decisions and actions regarding illegal emigration in US is constitutionally ineligible to make and implement these decisions as POTUS.

   The judge has to brieffed on this matter among all other illegalities the plaintiffs are concerned with.

   That’s good that Judge Hanen gave them serious pause to reflect upon how they have been breaking the law…

   For the first time, a good judge kicked them right between the legs!!! Bravo, Judge Hanen!

   And I also have tried to post on a Public Forum Column, in the past, but our establishment rag is a little too left to suit me!

   They seem to get diarrhea every time I want to post something about Dr Orlys Site/work!
