I will be filing the Government’s response to your amended complaint later today. It looks like it will be over 20 pages, and I was wondering if you would again agree to not oppose extra pages. In return, I will of course agree to extra pages for your reply brief, if you need them (if you choose to file one.)

Good Morning Mr. Kisor,
I am in receipt of your request. Your answer is due today. It is too late for you to file a motion for a leave of court to file an oversized brief.
Please, recall that Judge Hanen gave me only 2 weeks to file my amended complaint, he gave you 3 weeks to respond. You had plenty of time to figure how many extra pages you need and file a timely motion seeking a leave of court for an oversized brief. I am sorry, I oppose, it is too late I do not know how big is your brief and whether I will have enough time to investigate everything you write and respond timely to it by my due date of October 17th. .   I am afraid that it would be overwhelming. Additionally, please, keep in mind that you have unlimited financial and human resources of the Department of Justice, while I am just one person working pro se without any help or resources. Also, due to public health concerns, I do not want to delay the matter with additional motions and responses to these motions.
 I am sorry, but I oppose your request.

    Dr. Taitz, Your response to Mr. Kisor was ‘spot on’!!! Polite but firm and just!!!

    I presume the issue is now in the hands of the judge. When might he be expected to rule on whether the government can continue to delay, distract and obfuscate????

    Good for you Orly. These Obamaites are the most devious, unscrupulous of public officials that were ever involved with/in USA government. I hold fast to my belief that until my information is definitely proven wrong Obama’s presidency is one of the biggest hoaxes ever put on a nation.

    Latest news on RedFlag is
    that Larry Klayman is suing
    for deportation of Barry Soetero
    back to his roots, and lists
    all of the discrepancies in
    the usurper’s paperwork,

    including the badly forged
    ‘birth certificate’ and
    the lack of time spent in
    this country by his mother,
    lack of citizenshp of his father.

    On top of that, he cites the
    allegiance Obama has to the
    enemy, Muslims, rather than to
    this oountry.

    This would be a blessing,
    deportation,
    though the crook really
    should be given the sentence
    granted to a treasonous
    loon. It was how traitors
    were rewarded back in the day.

    This impostor takes the cake.
    He fooled most of the people
    all of the time.

    so far it is not a law suit, it is a letter/petition, which was sent to some DHS officials, who will probably throw this letter in the garbage.
