    Orly, it appears that Google believes Obama is guilty as charged.

    To test Google, after I read WND’s article to which the Washington Times introduction linked, I tried googling for various segments of text from it. Google could find those text segments in secondary sources, but did not bring up WND’s original.

    So then I tried Google’s ‘Advanced Search’ and specified that the text element be found at wnd.com.

    The search bar then looked like this:

    Obama Georgia “And the state should mind its own business anyway he argued” site:wnd.com

    Well, haha! This is what Google said after ‘searching’:

    === No results found for Obama Georgia “And the state should mind its own business anyway he argued” site:wnd.com.

    Results for Obama Georgia And the state should mind its own business anyway he argued site:wnd.com (without quotes): ===

    Somehow Google could find a WND forum about ‘Occupy Wall Street’, but not Bob Unruh’s WND article titled “OBAMA ARGUES AGAINST APPEARING AT ELIGIBILITY HEARING”!

    There is somebody who needs to be organization some time of mass protest for whatever happens on that date. If he doesn’t show up, we need to take to the streets in mass and protest this fraud committed on us. If he does show up, we need to make noise. We can’t sit iddle anymore people! Hell is about to break loose soon. Let’s start a boycott on Foxnews’s sponsors so they cover this issue. Don’t try the other networks; they are a waste.

    I think I was drunk when I wrote the above. This comment system is messed up too.

    First sentence should’ve read:

    You are truly an American Patriot. There are a great number of “natural born citizens” out here pulling for you and praying for you!!!

    Lets see if Obama submits the forged long form birth certificate to the court. To date as far as i know, Obama has never submitted a certified copy to any court. All he has done is post images online and have others hold up a forged copy. If he submits the forgetry to the court, Obama and his attorneys are asking for serious legal consequences.

    Certainly Obama will not direct the judge to the internet to see an image or produce a T-shirt or mug depicting the BC … or will he LMAO

    The days of Obama are numbered ! and he knows it

    If Obama had nothing to hide the order would have been given to the HI DOH to release all his birth information 3 years ago and there would not have been a dozen + legal actions.

    I stand corrected…. even if he were born in HI, he is still not NATURAL BORN !

    This is going to be a huge anticlimax. Some lawyer is going to show up and explain why Obama will not be coming. The judge will accept it and that will be the end of this episode.

I sure would not want to be in YOUR shoes — or, anywhere near the computer that you vomit your vitriol.

    This sort of meritless harassment by political enemies is exactly the sort of thing Executive Privilige is for. Judge Malihi clearly likes attention, and he doesn’t care if it’s good attention or bad attention.

    If this is the case why wasn’t it in his first motion to quash?

    “Presidential electors and Congress, not the state of Georgia, hold the constitutional responsibility for determining the qualifications of presidential candidates,” Obama’s lawyer argues in a motion to quash a subpoena for him to appear at the hearings Jan. 26.
