I hate to be the only one so skeptical about what should be seen as something finally going in the right direction from a judge finally standing on the right side of the law, but as I understand it, he merely stalled matters until it receives congressional approval.
The gist of the argument lies in obama’s unsanctioned actions, criminal acts betraying our Constitution, betraying the true United States citizen, and most importantly, without the approval, or even consideration of the congress, which is the true authority in all matters of making law.
Does any one truly believe THIS congress will suddenly stand up and say NO after seven years now of silent complicity, or just the most meager of feigned opposition? They will give their go ahead just for the mere sake of allowing obama to claim approval and cooperation of Congress.
Only the ignorant, liars, or cowards, will refer to obama as president.

I heard a news biased commentator say “that the conservatives shopped around until they found a judge who would disagree with Obama” the absolute audacity is that Obama has appointed a myriad of judges who agree with his every step- political corruption runs rampant-especially in the DEMOCRATIC party-

Dear Orly,
The unsung hero in the District Court of Brownsville Texas’ decision to put Obama’s executive amnesty on hold is Orly Taitz, the California attorney who has tirelessly, valiantly and unceasingly tried to get just one judge in America to hear the evidence of President Obama’s criminal use of a stolen SSN,forged birth certificate and back-dated Selective Service registration. It was this brave woman who first filed the law suit against Obama’s immigration policy and which ended up being enjoined by 26 states. Nice going, Orly. America needs more of the likes of you.
