Here is another idea.

Citizens of AZ can start a petition to the effect of the following:

Citizens of AZ have enacted a law, which mirrors the Federal law. Now they are being harassed and intimidated by Obama administration  and Attorney General Holder with impending legal action.

 1. Citizens of AZ are entitled to have this matter heard by the jury of their  piers.

2. Federal government cannot sue them, as federal government was not injured by AZ law and cannot show any injury.

3. Federal government cannot even show a hypothetical, conjectural injury, since AZ law mirrors Federal law, and statutes of other states (CA one of them)  and includes only transfer of illegal aliens to ICE.

4. As such filing of such legal action is frivolous and is done with the purpose of harassment and intimidation, and people of the state of AZ will be entitled to damages and court fees.

Such petition can be forwarded to governor Brewer and state representatives and senators.
