Now Bloomberg reports, what Taitz reported yesterday: Boehner was elected with less than half of the members of Congress, 216, not 220 as Drudge and other media outlets reported yesterday. 30 Republicans, not 25 did not vote for him. Democrats put him into speakership by not showing up for vote. With only 216 votes of support he is vulnerable and can be thrown out on a simple motion from the floor to remove speaker

Anti-corruption (anti ruling mafia) fraction of the House of Representatives did, what they set out to do. 28 Republicans were supposed not to vote for Boehner in order to force the re-vote. Anti-corruption caucus gathered 30 Republicans: 25 voted for others and 5 did not vote at all. Boehner got a total of 216 votes, less than half of 435. (there are currently 434 as Grimm resigned, but half of 434 is 217, not 216.) The only reason Boehner was reelected as a Speaker was due to to 22 Democrats, who put him there by not showing up for vote. Anti-ruling mafia caucus can remove Boehner any day on a simple motion to remove the Speaker from the floor of the House. with 216 votes of support Boehner does not have a majority and can still be kicked out. Moreover, as now other GOP members see that 30 did not vote for Boehner, they might be less afraid to vote against him.

Fox News (on The Five) reported last night that even John Boehner did not show up to vote for himself – such was his confidence that he would be re-elected speaker. In light of what Orly Taitz is reporting, that was yet another terribly dumb move by Boehner. I’d like to see him replaced with a much more conservative speaker.

Lester Jackson’s had a piece in the American Thinker that lays out a practically RISK PROOF PLAN of last resort whereby 30 Conservative Representative’s can both get rid of Boehner as Speaker and send the RINO Establishment a strong message they are no longer in control by voting for a Speaker Pelosi instead. This is something the RINO’s cannot defeat by going to the democrats to support Boehner because no democrat will not vote or vote for a Republican if Pelosi is expected to be ahead in the voting. I know it sounds somewhat off the wall at first but you will see at the end of the article it is practically risk proof. Sounds good but don’t know if it is true.

It sounds like ti was staged to keep Boehner in the speakership.
