Please, note that federal defendants have 2 months to respond. I filed Taitz v Sebelius on July 5th. It was sent from Santa Ana division to Los Angeles division and assigned to judge Dolly Gee, Obama’s appointee. I filed a motion to recuse. Hearing is on August 10, 9 am. This nmotion was referred to another federal judge, Judge Kronstadt, to hear. The irony is that Judge Kronstadt is also Obama’s appointee and he needs to rule, whether to recuse another Obama appointee from the case dealing with Obama’s lack of eligibility to sign the Obamacare, due to the fact that he was not eligible, as he used all forged IDs to get in the WH.

Later I filed a second motion, to issue a stay/injunction against the Obamacare, but the judge ruled that the defendants did not have enough time to respond to the second motion and it will be heard on another day.

It is my understanding that the motion to recuse judge Gee will be heard by judge Kronstadt in his courtroom. This is a win/win situation for us. If he rules to recuse, its is good, if he rules not to recuse her, it is even better, as we will have a strong argument of conflict of interests and bias on appeal.

Second, I did not want people to get euphoric and stop the fight in regards to the Indiana ruling. Keep in mind, we only won a battle, we did not win the war.

It was great that the judge reversed her prior ruling and allowed me to proceed on the causes of action of Fraud, Breach of Fiduciary duties and Negligence against the Secretary of State and the Elections Commission. However keep in mind we did not win on those causes of action yet, we are only proceeding on these causes of action.

Please, remember, I am facing the most powerful person on the planet, who sits in the position of the US president. He has billions and trillions of dollars at his disposal. He has the FBI files and the CIA files and any other files you can imagine at his disposal. So, don’t get overly confident, don’t relax. We still have a number of tough battles ahead of us.     I will advise of the date of the next hearing in IN and other states. I need help with frequent flier miles and donations. We need to bring the next wave of challenges for the general elections. Everyone has to be mobilised.

    If you are successful, what happens to all the laws and appointments made by Obama? Do they stay in effect or are they null and void?
