Justice Anthony Kennedy in the Supreme Court of the United States is expected to rule any day now on Noonan, Judd, MacLeran, a case filed by several presidential candidates seeking to stay certification of 55 electoral votes for Barack Obama due to fraud committed by Obama, due to his use of forged IDs, forged short form birth certificate, forged long form birth certificate, forged Selective Service certificate and a fraudulently obtained Connecticut Social Scurity number, which Obama is using in his tax returns and which was never assigned to him according to e-verify and SSNVS. Additionally, a similar challenge was filed by Attorney Taitz on behalf of Presidential electors and Candidates against the Electoral College, Joseph Biden, in his capacity as a President of the Senate and against the U.S. Congress, seeking to enjoin those governmental bodies from certifying Obama due to his use of forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained Social Security number . This case Grinols et al v Electoral college et al is in front of the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of California Morrisson C. England (see docket below).
Additionally Attorney Taitz recently filed a notice of default in a case Taitz et al v Democratic Party et al 12-cv-280 Southern District of Mississippi. This is a RICO, Racketeering case related to Obama’s use of forged IDs. Commissioner of Social Security defaulted and Taitz is seeking a Default Judgment and post Judgment discovery, which includes a Motion to Compel release of a SS-5, application to CT SSN 042-68-4425, which was assigned to a resident of CT born in 1890, but which is being used by Obama.
Law abidding U.S. citizens are asked to support Attorney Orly Taitz and her clients in this David and Goliath battle to end the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency by a criminal with forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained Social Security number, as well as end corruption in the government and judiciary which allowed this crime of the Century to go on for four years.

Constitutional foundation for governance of the people of the U.S. has been cast aside by government, social and business elites and the minions of mindless, citizen parasites and “do gooder” hypocrites. They express and engage in a freedom of fascism, instead of the rule of law written into the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights. They refer to Constitutionalists as traitors.
So then, let them live by their code of governance, fascism, and those who prefer the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights shall abide the rule of law. Like minded folks gravitate to same geographical regions. The fascists will enjoy their big government nanny state which will dole goods and services to the masses as needed, and Constitutionalists will continue the freedom to self determination, anchored by the Bill Of Rights, most notably emphasizing the 2nd amendment.

As far as subpoena-ing Congress and the Electoral College all you have to do is put the subpoena(s) on your website or YouTube. If it’s good enough for the president’s birth certificate it should be good enough for your subpoena(s).

Logic would tell you that Justice Kennedy should rule in favor of the truth, but that has not been the results for the past four years in other court cases against Obama. I don’t expect any different in this case either.
I believe that I’ve already read that the court has refused to hear this case. On what grounds I do not know?
The fact that the courts will NOT pursue the truth only proves to me once again that we are in the last days ruled by Satan.
For whatever reason the courts are aiding and abetting this criminal who has been wrongfully “put” in the position of President, you can bet that it is backed by evil.
I wonder how they can sleep at night when they KNOW their actions are bringing down America?
