For the past several months Arpaio was sending letters to donors asking for money to fight a recall. People were saying that Arpaio cannot file a criminal complaint against Obama, as he is facing a recall.

Today it was announced on FOX  that Arpaio’s opponents failed to collect needed 350,000 signatures for recall. So, there are no more excuses. Arpaio has 485 million, nearly half  a billion dollars to run his sheriff’s department, he no longer faces a recall, there are no more excuses. Sheriff Joe Arpaio, you have no more excuses, file the criminal complaint!

As donors are now pressuring Mike Zullo, director of the CCP foundation, to file the criminal complaint against Obama together with Arpaio or refund all the donations, Zullo is trying to calm down the donors and he is in essence  saying: see,  I am doing staff, I am doing something, I appear on the PPSimmons show and I will speak at the meeting organized by sheriff Mack. Leave me alone, do not pressure me, do not ask for a refund.

All of this would not hurt, but it would not make a difference either. Carl Gallops/PPSimmons show is a small radio show, which is heard in Southern FL and on blog talk. People, who listen to this show, have known for the past 5 years that Obama is using forged IDs and a stolen SSN. There is nothing new for them. As I stated, Sheriff Mack has endorsed me when I ran for the Secretary of State of CA back in 2010, he forwarded all the info of Obama’s forged IDs to this group of 12 retired and active sheriffs, who will attend the meeting, all the information was in front of them 5 years ago. There is nothing new there for this small group. What Zullo is doing,  is singing to the choir.

The only thing that needs to be done and sheriff Arpaio is obligated to do, he is not doing, he is not filing a criminal complaint as he is supposed to as a sheriff.

Zullo is saying that US Congress has to do it, but Congress cannot bring criminal charges. Members of Congress knew about Obama’s forged IDs for  5 years now, but they did not want to stick their necks out. Judges and Congressmen were passing the buck, kicking the can. The only difference between corrupt congressmen, corrupt judges and Arpaio and Zullo is in that Congressmen and Judges were just kicking the can. Arpaio, Zullo, Carl Gallops from PPSimmons, Joseph Farah and Jerome Corsi from WND engaged in two years of heavy fundraising and now they are kicking the can. This is worse.

From last November for months Carl Gallops from PPSimmons was making a lot of noise about VIPs. Something was supposed to happen in January. Nothing happened. Then there was a lot of noise in relation to CPAC-nothing happened. Two weeks ago Carl Gallops and Mike Zullo made a big announcement about big VIPs and big donors and something is going to happen which will make people eat their words: so now we know what it is : Zullo is going to appear for 20 minutes before a group of 12 retired and active sheriffs and one congressmen, all of whom had all the information about Obama’s forged IDs for the last 5 years. I do not know how many of these sheriffs are retired and how many are active. Retired sheriffs have no power to do anything. Let’s say there is a handful of active sheriffs at this meeting. What do you think they will tell Mike Zulllo or what will they think to themselves? They will probably think or say” Mike, do you think we are stupid? You spent over 2 years together with Sheriff Arpaio, Carl Gallops, Joseph Farah and Jerome Corsi raising money for your criminal investigation, you proved that Obama ran for office in your county and used forged IDs and you do not want to stick your neck out and you do not want to file a criminal complaint. Your donors are pressuring you and you came here to us. What do you want from us? Do you want us to stick our necks out? Do you want us to do the heavy lifting after you spent 2 years collecting money? Where is your credibility? Show us a signed and stamped criminal complaint filed by Arpaio with the District Attorney of Maricopa county and Attorney General of Arizona. If you believe that the feds should be involved, show  us a criminal complaint filed with the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona. After we see your official filed complaint, we can forward it to our District Attorney, our Attorney General of the state, our US attorney. Show us the results of the actual investigation done by the Sheriff. Where is the E-verify and SSNVS generated on Obama in the Sheriff’s department? Did Arpaio submit to the judge a request to sign a warrant or subpoena to run Obama’s E-Verify or SSNVS?  Did he request his SS-5 application to the Social Security number, warrant for the original selective service application, warrant for the original wet ink birth certificate?  If Sheriff Arpaio did not request a judge for a warrant to obtain this basic information, what was he doing during two years of investigation of this criminal complaint?  Show us the actual stamped criminal complaint. If you do not have it, it is just regurgitation of the evidence that was given to you, it is just an empty talk, fundraising, passing the buck and kicking the  can”

Hello Orly:At the Sheriffs meeting this weekend it looks like Sheriff Zullo will be presenting all the evidence we already know and “encouraging” the sheriffs there to bring about a congressional investigation instead of filing a criminal evidence case with the courts.  Still looks like I will have to write a letter to him and Joe regarding a demand for a refund.

   CCP investigator Don Jeffries said on Gallups show today that there is no evidence that any crime has been committed by Obama using the SS# of Harrison J. Bounel. I am sure they are doing this to discredit you and they are acting as Obama operatives. Who the hell his Don Jeffries? What is his background?

   Well Jeffries doesnt know what the hell he is talking about, it most certainly is a crime. That would be no different than me taking your credit card number using it and signing my name to the reciept. Then saying when i get caught i didnt sign the owner of the cards name.
   Cant wait myself to see the CCP get charge backs on all those donation’s, now thats gonna be funny.

   Yeah, I’ll bet (later) that Arpaio will wish he’d gotten recalled, after he sees the nightmare he’s about to be involved with…as it relates to all those credit card people asking for refunds!

   Oh, man, I wouldn’t want to be in his shoes any time! 🙂
