Night Lights w/ James Lambert, San Diego’s only conservative talk TV, interviews Dr. Orly Taitz, outspoken ‘eligibility’ lawyer regarding AKA Obama’s illegitimate and unConstitutional position as President of the United States and Commander in Chief.
In addition to his being Constitutionally ineligible for the office of the Presidency, Dr. Taitz outlines many of the criminal actions by both Mr. and Mrs. Obama that would cause their immediate removal from our White House, so the Nation can get on with the business of restoring our Constitutional Republic.

This 1/2 hour interview was done in April, 2009 at a studio in Vista, CA. It is both eye-opening and motivational, as we hear this plea from a naturalized Russian-American citizen telling us that she was raised under a totalitarian system, and wants to make sure that her family does not suffer the same fate here.

    Three simple questions: to be answered ‘truthfully’ and without doubt by:
    Barry Soetoro aka Barak Hussein Obama.

    1) Are you a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ as required by the US Constitution? To be: POTUS? (first and foremost to be answered)

    2) Are you ‘At Least 35 Years of Age’? (questions 2 & 3 become mute if question 1 cannot be answered in the affirmative)

    3) Have ‘You Resided Legally in the US for at Least 14 Years’? (legal residency may not be a requirement, it should be and I want to know)

    Under the 1955 law, the “State of Hawaii” (should this not state ‘Territory of Hawaii’?) could issue Hawaiian birth certificates in cases in which the birth was not independently confirmed by an attending physician or midwife. (amended 1961

    Friday, August 21, 1959. Hawaii became a state.

    In 1961, if a person was born in Hawaii but not attended by a physician or mid wife, then, up to the first birthday of the child, an adult could, upon testimony, file a “Delayed Certificate”, which required endorsement on the Delayed Certificate of a summary statement of the evidence submitted in support of the acceptance for delayed filing, which evidence must be kept in a special permanent file. The statute provided that the probative value of the Delayed Certificate must be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence. (See Section 57-18, 19 & 20 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii which was in effect in 1961).

    [§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State.
    (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

    (b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

    (c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]

    Hawaiian Statute 338-17.8, Certificates for children born out of State, allowed Hawaiian birth certificates to be issued to foreign-born children of Hawaii-resident parents. But Statute 338-17.8 was not enacted until 1982, well after Barack Obama was born.

    How do we know that BS aka BHO did not apply for such a certificate after 1982. Assume if we may that, as reported, BHO’s UK/Kenya citizenship as bestowed upon him through his farther expired on his 21st birthday, 4 August 1982 and that BS aka BHO applied for a ‘Certificate of Hawaiian Birth’ under Hawaiian Statute 338-17.8 Once granted, it’s locked up forever, sealed by Hawaiian law.

    In 1961, the State of Hawaii would not have issued a birth certificate to Barack Obama unless the State believed he was born in Hawaii. Barack Obama’s original 1961 typewritten birth certificate undoubtedly says he was born in Hawaii.

    Fact is there is NO ‘public’ record of when a ‘Birth Certificate’ was issued for BS aka BHO! There are to many possibilities to over look the probability of each.
