California Governor race latest Rasmussen polling: Brown 43%, Poizner 42%
Democratic State Attorney General Jerry Brown’s post-convention bounce appears to be over, and he now posts narrow leads over both his Republican challengers in California’s gubernatorial race.

In the same poll Meg Whitman polled 41% to 45% for Jerry Brown
4% difference.
Keep in mind that Whitman is heavily supported by the old establishment and Mitt Romney. Poizner seems to have more support among grass root organizations. Whitman has outspent Poizner. She already spent 70 million of her own money, and the primary is not over yet.
I believe that the legal action charging Jerry Brown -currently attorney General of Ca, and Debra Bowen (D)-currently Secretary of state of CA with aiding and abetting fraud by my Republican primary opponent Damon Dunn, in keeping him on the ballot after he did not provide mandatory disclosure on his CA voter Registration Card of the fact that he registered in two other states: TX and FL, and that he registered as a Democrat, tried to have his record deleted in FL, while not providing disclosure in CA, ends up not helping Jerry Brown and Debra Bowen. Many independents see it as a sign of corruption by Atty Gen Brown and Sec of State Bowen, in not taking action against Dunn, who Bowen sees as a weaker opponent. (see attached flier). This legal action might spill into other races, including the senatorial race against Barbara Boxer (D). I have 10 days after June 8 to contest the results, if Dunn wins. It means that I will file by June 18th. They will have 30 days to respond, by July 18th. Final determination will not be available until the November election.
In regards to GA eligibility case, I have 90 days to file with the Supreme Court.
New date for filing in the 9th circuit court of Appeals in San Francisco in July 12th. This is the case where I represent a large group of 40 plaintiffs, that includes Ambassador Alan Keyes, members of the military and state Representatives from around the country.
My Motion for Reconsideration in 10-151 Taitz v Obama et al in front of the Chief Judge for the US District Court for the District of Columbia is still under consideration. This motion includes, transcripts from March 25th session of assmbly of Kenya, where Minister of Lands, James Orengo clearly states that Obama was born in Kenya, it includes the issue of Obama’s use of multiple social security numbers, none of which was issued in HI and the fact that solicitor General and Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan was put on notice by me, but she has chosen to stay silent on the matter. If Judge Lambert grants my motion for reconsideration, we will go to discovery and trial. If he will not grant it, I will go to the court of Appeals.
