   What I don’t understand is, how does a state verify a birth certificate’s authenticity?

   Isn’t releasing it by itself proof of birth, for the purposes of a court or obtaining a passport?

   Just what else can someone do to verify their birth?

   The state says it has verified that the president’s birth certificate is real.”

   Following this logic, if the state of HI says its real, then it must be Real. If that’s the case, why not allow an independent third party to examine the Birth Certificate for irregularities? Did the Judge also rule that the Birth Certificate cannot be viewed? It makes you wonder if that document is even in the state of HI’s vaults……

   This is quite the victory. Nishimura will now be subjectd to judicial review by an appealate court that will have a very difficult time with her extra-Constitutional ruling. You are getting to them and they are starting to dig themselves into a deeper hole than they will ever be able to climb out of.
   Now is the time for Arpaio to put-up or shut-up.

   Hawaii is making a mockery of its place in the Union. NYS has also sullied its reputation by changing Constitutional language on its Board of Elections website, replacing “natural Born” with “Born a citizen” as the requirement to be President. So a baby who was born to tourists in Hoboken can come back from a far flung corner of the world to run for president? Hawaii is starting to seem like a foreign land, uncommitted to Constitutional principles.

Not one of the Republicans running for president seems to want to touch the issue? Why not? Even Sarah Palin wouldn’t. All the evidence, factual evidence, points to him from being overseas.
    Americans have the right…THE DUTY…to check on their elected officials! Congress certainly isn’t doing it!

    The Torah Code strongly suggests what Obama is hiding is his true paternity. He was born in Hawaii but not to Obama Sr. S. Dunham is indicated as the mother and Malcolm Little (Malik Shabazz) as the father. He was recruited by the CIA during the Cold War as a Muslim and his records are classified. That is why the courts cave in. They are told it is in the interest of national security to keep this information from the public.

    It’s obvious why not. Dems don’t want the truth out because they are involved in the fraud. They knew what they were doing when they put the black fraud in office. They knew a black man could get away with pushing their agenda (they didn’t count on how far left he would go), and if there was any push-back or complaints, all he has to say is “racism” and everyone would back off and let him accomplish his agenda.
    As for the Repubs, why not, they don’t want the truth of Obama’s ineligibility to come out, because they want to use it to their advantage. For instance, they have a few “non-Natural Born Citizens” in the GOP that they want to put in the WH one day – Rubio, Jindal, maybe even Arnie. So, by the Repubs keeping quiet and letting the fraud go on, they think a precedent will be set that will benefit them one day.
    Both party politicians are thinking alike on this issue. They all are thinking only of how it benefits themselves and their party. Neither party gives a hoot about the Constitution.

Does Nagamine imply that someone else has made a determination? About what? About whether “the holder of the White House” is eligible to be Presient? That the “holder of the White House” is was born in Hawaii? That the “holder of the White House” is a natural born citizen? Who made that determination? Chiyome Fukino? Loretta Fuddy? Why was a determination necessary? Why not show the Dept. of Health documents and let the American people and perhaps a court of law examine the evidence and make a determination?

    The Truth, you are right. Nagamine let the cat out of the bag. They believe they are the official authorities given the power to “make a determination” and the rest of can go to h..l.

    Many judges are honest, but most are probably too intimidated to rule against the ruling administration. During the dictatorial Marcos administration in the Philippines, a judge himself did not show up in court rather than decide on a case against Marcos. Same thing is happening here. One call from Eric Holder and the judges are intimidated.

    To Sybil Earl: People from anywhere in the world can “file” their foreign B.C. with ANY state or County gov’t. in the U.S., and get a “Certification of Live Birth” just like Obama first showed to the world. Those “Certification of Live Birth” certificates DO NOT show WHERE that person was born! It only says that the Certification of Live Birth is a “whatever state” document! We use them (or did) in Colorado, as well. I’ve TRIED to make people aware of this for the past 3 years!!! My daughter-in-law was born and raised in Mexico. She recorded her Mexican B.C. with the state of Colorado. Her “Certification of Live Birth” says: STAT OF COLORADO, then her name and date of birth. It then shows her Father’s name and “where” HE was from, and her Mother and “where” SHE was from—but it DOES NOT say WHERE my daughter-in-law was born!!! It just says it’s a “State of Colorado Certification of Live Birth”.
