New Idea, call for action

Posted on | September 19, 2009 | 22 Comments

You might have seen recently a program by Sean Hannity about the complete idiocy of this administration and their brain dead, corrupt wacko envirnmentalist  Federal Judges in deciding to shut off water to numerous farms in Central California, due to the fact that tiny fish Mino gets trapped in the water pumps.

As a result, the bread basket of the country is turned into a dust ball, there is 40% unemployment in Central Ca, threat of food shortages all over the country, higher deficit, since the food will need to be bought  from abroad, and once successful proud CA farmers are becoming bankrupt, destitute, awaiting for handouts and food stamps.

We need to do something about this continued planned destruction of the US economy. Our forefathers dumped tea in the Boston harbor. CA farmers need and should dump roting  vegetables and fruit and CA dirt by the White House, offices of Nanci Pelosi, Harry Read, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein and all the other dumbocrats, who are either too dumb or too corrupt to see how they are destroying the country. Let’s have CA fruit and vegi party!!!

    Hi Orly,
Hope this helps: Challenge Filed on Behalf of State Department Foreign Service officer — Court Hearing Set for September 16, 2009
    Contact Information:
    Press Office 202-646-5172, ext 305

    Washington, DC — September 14, 2009
Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that a lawsuit challenging the constitutional eligibility of Hillary Clinton to be Secretary of State (Rodearmel v. Clinton, et al., (D. District of Columbia)) will be heard by a special three-judge panel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia:

    Date: Wednesday, September 16
    Time: 9:30 AM ET
    Location: Courtroom 22A
The E. Barrett Prettyman Federal Courthouse
    333 Constitution Avenue, N.W.
    Washington, D.C. 20001

At issue is Hillary Clinton’s constitutional ineligibility to serve as Secretary of State. Article I, section 6 of the U.S. Constitution provides:

“No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time.”

This provision, known as the “Emoluments” or “Ineligibility” clause is an absolute prohibition and does not allow for any exceptions. The “Ineligibility Clause” is interpreted by most as designed by our Founding Fathers to protect against corruption, limit the size of government, and ensure the separation of powers among the three branches of government.

On January 29, 2009, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit on the grounds that Mrs. Clinton is constitutionally ineligible to serve as Secretary of State under the Ineligibility Clause. The “emoluments” or salary of the U.S. Secretary of State increased at least three times during Mrs. Clinton’s most recent U.S. Senate term. That term, which began on January 4, 2007, does not expire until January 2013, regardless of Mrs. Clinton’s resignation.

The Judicial Watch lawsuit is on behalf of Foreign Service Officer and State Department employee David Rodearmel. The lawsuit maintains that Mr. Rodearmel cannot serve under Secretary of State Clinton as it would force him to violate an oath he took as a Foreign Service Officer in 1991 to “support and defend” and “bear true faith and allegiance” to the Constitution of the United States.

“Our goal is to vindicate the U.S. Constitution,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Constitution clearly prohibits Hillary Clinton from serving as Secretary of State until 2013. We hope the court puts a stop to this attempt to do an end-run around the Constitution in the name of political expediency.”

Here’s a couple of ideas: Get yourself a 5th grade english textbook and practice grammar before you call to many people dumb! Then take a trip to the Central Valley and observe how the “proud California farmers” whose “40% unemployment” you so generously decry are 95% hispanic migrant laborers, i.e. the same people you wingnuts want to deport!

Doesn’t any one have enough sense to wrap the water pump intakes with wire screen to keep tiny fish out?

I live in the San Joaquin Valley, near Firebaugh. Anything others could do to help with better distribution of water would be a Godsend.

However, this is a problem that dates back to the early Bush years, the court rulings occurred during his time in office. He could not help. Arnold S cannot help. They tried.

It weakens the position of the citizens here when outsiders don’t know the history and attempt to lay the fault at the feet of politicians.

We have a judicial problem, plain and simple. Presidents, Governors and elected officials are powerless, they have all tried.

Again I say please help, but educate yourselves first so as not to make the problem worse. Courts will not be swayed by demonstrations.

Something as simple as putting a screen before the pumps would save this minnow and allow the water to pass through to the farmland as well as to the ocean. The screens should be placed far enough back from the pumps that the minnows can escape the strong flow. Seems to me, though, that I heard the minnow dilemna is a cover for the gov’t just aquiring the land after the farmers are forced to sell out or just abandon to use for a solar energy facility.

Seems to me that if Judge Land fines Orly $10,000 for a frivolus lawsuit, as being reported on WND, then that’s the best thing that could happen because then isn’t the judge going to have to allow her discovery? The only way Orly’s lawsuit can be considered frivolus is if it’s proven that Obama was a natural born citizen! If nobody can prove that Obama is a natural born citizen then the judge has no proof that the lawsiut is frivolus. Makes sense to me, but then again I’m no lawyer!

It is dust bowl. Part of the problem is that the rivers are tapped out. There is not enough water to go round. The last river in the west with any water to give is located in the Northwest. My family lives there. No Northwesterner will give California a drop of water until they empty their swimming pools, begin to grow decorative plants native to a dryer region and give up the idea they are entitled to any water they want. In case you do not know Dr. Taitz, the Columbia does not border California therefore California has no right to any of it. You people are running out of water because you refuse to recognize that you cannnot have fountains in a desert. Maybe in Israel but not here because the people who border the river make that choice. By the way, the decision about who was entitled to the water was made by the Supreme Court when Ronald Regan was governor of California and Daniel Evans was governor of Washington State. Oh, we grow vegetables where I live and other places. Please don’t blame ecologists, blame self -centered southern Californians like yourself who take more of a precisous resourse than they deserve. Drain the pools, grow native plants, ration your water and YOU give some back to Central California.

Read S 787. Obama now controls ALL the water in the US, including creeks, streams, ponds, and puddles in your backyard. And why do you suppose he did that? The sooner he brings this country to its knees the sooner he can fully implement his own agenda. The US today, the UN next week, and the world next month. Chilling, isn’t it? But it is happening.

The American people need to get off their butts out from behind computers and march in every city in the U.S. demanding Obama’s proof of citizenship and while we are it march in every city demand California turn the farmer’s water back on their crops are gone and the fruit and nut trees destroy the people in this California valley always known as the bread basket of the world stand in line to get food that is being shipped in from China, wake up Americans the hour is dark.

    Dear Orly,
I have an idea that is guaranteed to work. We call another march on DC, just like last weekend….2 million plus patriots. Everyone goes and peacefully protests, but it has to be when Congress is in session, when EVERYONE is there…can’t be during a holiday. We surround the Capitol, the Mall, the WH and stay in the streets….crowds and people all over the streets and stay there protesting peacefully. It would absolutely paralyze the city of Washington. The politicians would be unable to go ANYWHERE…they can’t go home, they can’t go to the store they can’t even drive their cars and they can’t hide. We stay there until they turn the water back on in California. It’s such a small little area and easy to do, but we need the American people to step up and be brave. I swear to you it would work.

No criticism, but I don’t think that’s such a good idea.
If these California farmers are bankrupt, flying to Washington DC with a bunch of fruits and veggies won’t be cheap.
Then there will be additional costs for bail when the demonstrators are fined or arrested for littering. In short, not a wise use of money.
If you want to make a point that will be seen by many, have a small short video professionally produced that explains in simple terms what the fight is all about. Have it done well in a studio with proper sets, lighting, sound and editing. Perhaps a professional actor to say the piece. Then submit it to the media. They will more quickly play such a segment since they won’t have to provide the production costs themselves and you get to say your piece without interruption, embarrassing questions or ridicule. Put simply, use the same methods the candidates did and make a slick infomercial or two.
Even if you have to pay for late night slots, the donations will easily exceed the cost to run the spots. If it worked for Obama and Shamwow towels, it can work for you.

I am just sick over the situation in CA and those poor farmers. Instead of fruit & vegie tea party, lets call it a ‘food fight for America’. This will force our country to import our food from China. It is being done intentionally to cause a food shortage and to drive the cost of living through the roof. Soon, all American farms will be shut down for one reason or another. Just like every other industry that is being destroyed by design. They want to send any wealth and industry we still have to other countries to spread fairness. They want everybody to be totally dependent on Big Brother. I hope you are prepared.

Orly, keep your eye on the ball. We’ll take care of this. I think you will find what you need in the case against Hillary for standing. Great thinking. The guy that told you to save that for later just doesn’t get it!

    Fellow Americans!

Here is another suggestion – everyone in DC and surrounding area of MD/VA should at a certain time, during the day, lift your telephone off the hook, at office or home, during 30 minutes. That will block the entire telephone system of the DC area.

Let see if Senators and State Rep will not listen to this!

Next, get organized and out vote, EVERY ONE of present Senators and House Rep, the same with state Governors.

KEEP PUSHING. KEEP UP THE PRESSURE> Make these bastard learn a sour defeat!!!!! Kick their butts.

The Marxists use EPA endangered species laws to throw property owners off their land, force them into bankruptcy. After they leave, the govt will take over ownership of the land, engage in collective farming, make food scarce and expensive in the USA while shipping it to foreign countries. Control health care is one step. Next, control the water, food, oil, energy.

think the suggestion of going again to washington is great, I can’t walk, but can and do pray for this to happen. diane feinstein was so horrible on tv, saying water was so scarce to be used, the food is more important and God gave man dominion over all animals, fish, fowl etc. We should honor what God said, he is coming and He won’t be nice, as He has a way of discipling(sp) his children as all fathers do. Obama is the cause of most all of this, the churches gave the farmers food, Obama gave Israel and USA away to the dictators at UN, he is our dictator and the others are gleeful that somebody has taken USA on and he will succed, if Americans do not stand up TALL and kick him out. NOW

Ahhhh bummer I just wrote you my most passionate ideas and accidentally closed the page!!! I am very much wanting to know if there will be anything organized for these precious hard working American farmers. We need to rally to help those whose lives have been and will be ruined by this tyrannical takeover and motives of this fascist regime that puts out people out of work and takes away our rights to be protected from a powerful and vindictitive government. I can see the future will bring more taking away of our health care, the means to keep what is ours and not have the government take over of our financial gain. We are a caring people and we want others to succeed. We can help on level that our government will not. Is it possible to get some tanks of water in tanker trucks or even in containers on flat bed trucks out to these farmers??? Even if this is not enough to make a lush growing valley as it was, this would be a start and send a message to the bureaucrats who are using environmental terror that we can fight back with grass roots volunteering. Would this not be a way of showing strength instead of fear of loosing our God given rights to the changes that this hateful man and his puppets are forcing on us?

I have hope because I love God and He has informed us of wolves in sheep’s clothing. We can see the truth, thank God.

Where is the out cry we heard for the people in New Orleans who lost so much. Water, food, rebuilding was brought to them as well as ATM cards with money to spend.

And will someone check out if those huge pumps down there are smashing to death billions of these 2″ Delta smelt minnows. Since their pumps are right in the habitat of the fish. What is going on there to save those fish for the elite and highly educated environmental wackos. Yes I have a Graduate degree from the University of Michigan. Which is a mecca for such lunatic thinkers.

I observed Sen. Finestein bloviate today how wonderful the defeat of the bill was since she has such a love for the water. They had a chance to give back the farmers their water to grow wonderful fruits nuts and veg’s and the Senate voted to keep it a dusty wasteland. How’s that for protecting the environment!

Thank you Dr Orly for your strength and courage and I pray for you as well as the farmers and I believe in prayer and faith.
Thank you for your comments on the issues.

We should work together as Americans and make sure these people have water and there is plenty of it if they open up the system. The government wants the area dried up and the farmers to sell out as they want to make it a solar field so the government can rip the people off on solar energy and provice jobs to unemployed to maintain it. (Probably ACORN) people to work at high income.
