5 in Georgia oppose Barack Obama’s inclusion on ballot, in country club

Ledger-Enquirer

Think birtherism is dead because Barack Obama released his long form birth certificate? Whatever.

Obviously you haven’t seen this story about five Georgia men challenging Obama’s ability to be on the ballot. Check out this paragraph from the linked story:

“(Mark) Hatfield says he believes the United States’ founders intended not only for presidents to be born in the U.S. but for their parents to also have been U.S. citizens. Obama was born to an American mother and Kenyan father.”

A strong argument. Unfortunately for Hatfield, an attorney and state rep, this challenge should have happened in 2007 or 2008. It kind of seems silly to argue this near the end of the president’s first term.

As local U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land stated in a ruling against Orly Taitz, nobody in any state challenged Obama’s legitimacy when he ran for office the first time. It was only once he was elected that people really started climbing aboard the birther bus.

And now that Obama’s shown the world his birth certificate, what avenue do his detractors have except to challenge his candidacy by claiming both parents have to be U.S. citizens?

Of course, if they prevail, that means George Washington wasn’t really president. We always suspected his parents weren’t American.

DISQUS...

Mr. Riquelmy

I am attorney Orly Taitz, I represent 5 clients in GA: Registered voter from GA David Farrar and 4 presidential candidates, pretrial order issued and trial is set for January 16-18. There isn’t a word of truth in your hit piece. Readers of Ledger Enquirer  are urged to read the actual complaint and exhibits on my web site OrlyTaitzESQ.com. Not only Obama is not eligible constitutionally, he does not have valid identification papers, the man is a complete fraud. He is using in his tax returns and Selective Service certificate a CT Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS, and the alleged copy of his  birth certificate posted on line by him, represents a computer generated forgery, while authorities in HI are engaged in obstruction of justice and are refusing to show the original document. Not only Obama cannot be on the ballot, he needs to be criminally prosecuted for elections fraud and Social Security fraud

The Legder Enquirer stated, “As local U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land stated in a ruling against Orly Taitz, nobody in any state challenged Obama’s legitimacy when he ran for office the first time.”

About a week after the 2008 election, Obama through his spokeswoman said that all of the lawsuits that had been filed before the election against his eligibility and/or requesting a stay to prohibit Obama’s name on the ballot and/or challenging his birth certificate were “pure garbage.”

So if Obama knew he was being sued in August, September, October, and November 2008 in 16 or more states, why didn’t this stupid federal judge know it?

Liars are not stupid. They are sometimes very clever.

But they lack wisdom. They just lie.

To refute Mr. Riquelmy, I posted a comment that was nearly four times the length of his article.

    I have posted there too.

We need as many people as possible posting to comments to get the truth out about the liar and fraud that is Obama.
