I believe it is time for a New Contract with America for Congress and Senate

We will kick out of office every elected and appointed official who:

1. does not raise the issue of Obama’s illegitimacy for presidency with the appropriate judicial committee or a court of law

2. every one who doesn’t stop this idiocy of free trade, and doesn’t vote to limit imports to essentials only,ones  that cannot be produced in US. We need to return manufacturing  and jobs to US

3. who doesn’t vote for balanced budget. Our corrupt congress and senate are aiding and abetting usurper Obama in destruction of US economy. Bottom line: you don’t spend what you don’t have.

    4. Let’s alsso include those who want to give amnesty to illegals and who encourage the immigration of Muslims into this country. It is time we acknowledge that we are at war and recognize who the enemy is.

    This is a good start but should include any legislator who approves of government-supported abortion or who approves of reducing Medicare benefits to pay for a public option or who rejects an audit of the Federal Reserve.

    • We recognize that current Senators and Representatives have acted as enemies of the US Constitution.
    • We will commit our hearts and souls in prayer to defeat the unprincipled politicians of any party who have broken their oath of office.
    • We will develop grass roots groups in each state that will speak and act with one voice to elect conservative and principled servants of the people and the Constitution.
    • We will focus our efforts on the House of Representatives, knowing the impact that will have on other elective offices. A secondary target will be senators who have violated their oath of office.
    • We will encourage opposition to current conservative representatives in order to hold them accountable and to spread the message of restoration of the Constitution.
    • We will not personally attack individuals.
    • We will aggressively oppose government policies, decisions and mandates that are anti-American, socialist, communist, or not within the bounds of the Constitution.
    • We will analyze particular districts to determine when it may be advisable to support incumbents who have demonstrated unequivocal commitment to the Constitution.
    • We will develop a plan for the wholesale removal of House of Representatives members knowing that it will take a creative, courageous, committed, mass effort at the grass roots level.
    • We will ask each candidate to take an oath to conservative and constitutional government before receiving our support.

    All good ideas.

    Of interest, JagHunter (Walt Fitzpatrick, ret. Naval Cmdr) is taking his case of Obama treason to Grand Jury in TN on Dec. 1st (this Tuesday). I don’t have all the details but perhaps there’s more on his site. Also, you can check out American Grand Jury site for a longer report on this case.

    So many of us are in awe of all those who work so hard (in this site and the others) to get at the truth and remove this usurper. Thanks to Orly and all of the plaintiffs here. Thanks to Kerchner and Fitzpatrick and perhaps others that I don’t know about who are seeking the truth and standing up for our Constitution and Country. God Bless all of you.

    Other than the 20 people who still follow the eligibility issue here, no one cares about a new contract with America. And while Martin Pinsky writes tough stuff, does he send money?

    How much is PayPal bringing in these days, Dr. Orly?

    Losing lawsuits doesn’t help the fund raising, does it?

    How is the Barnett motion for reconsideration going?

    Maybe this would be a way to tie/cut their fancy health and retirement package to something reasonable/social security.

    In my perusing the net, I can come across dozens of sites and blogs that offer much of the same strategy that this “Patriots for America” offer. While every effort is commendable, I think what is needed at this time is a concentrated effort by many millions in just a few groups.

    The Tea Party groups started this effort by organizing against the Obaminations’ policies. Now, every group needs to join forces to beat back the oppressors of liberty. Our liberties, our guns, our military, our nation, our health, our finances, our faith, our very lives are under attack by this administration.

    Folks, Satan knows he doesn’t have a lot of time. Things are coming to a head at a faster rate than at any time in history. He’s using the Obamination to hearld the creation of the NWO, perhaps even making the Obamination the Head of the NWO in the not to distant future.

    WorldNetDaily has quoted Henry Kissinger as saying, “Obama Primed to Head the NWO!”. While the people behind the scenes, such as the Bilderbergs and the Trilateral Commission are playing “PuppetMaster” to the Obamination, we still have to concentrate on the things we can change, while there is still time.

    But, let us not lose sight of the goal of getting the Obamination removed from office, legally, of course. REMEMBER, everything else is a distraction.

    #5 (I won’t repeat your trollish nic), How do you know how many read and follow the eligibility issue on this site? The number of posters is a fraction of those who read without posting. It always is.

    What’s it your business what PayPal is paying? Besides there are Oothers (like me) who choose to donate, anonymously, by money order.

    Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Losing lawsuits seems to only strengthen Dr. Taitz’s resolve, doesn’t it? Or hadn’t you noticed.

    When there is something to report on Barnett I’m sure you’ll read it here first.

    See? That wasn’t so difficult.

    Agree on voting out ALL incumbents – of both parties.
    However, there’s one incumbent we MUST re-elect in order to stop Obama in 2012 (as a back-up in the event we can’t find an honest judge). That incumbent’s name is Rep. Bill Posey (R-FL). He has introduced a bill that requires all candidates for pres and vp to attach their proof of eligibility docs to their app for candidacy – to be effective in 2012. He can’t get it passed now, because of the Dem Congress. And if he’s not re-elected in 2010, that bill will die a quiet death. He must be re-elected in order to get this bill passed with, hopefully, a more conservative Congress elected in 2010.
