My response to Yahoo article about the recent case against Trump

Every time we take a loan, banks bring in their own appraisers. I am sure the banks brought in their own appraisers before giving the loans. The state is not a proper party. The case should have been filed by the banks if they were defrauded and suffered damages, however I am sure that the banks used their own appraisers and Trump did not default, so there are no damages. This is a politically motivated vendetta by AG who ran on a platform of suing “illegitimate” Trump. I believe that Trump’s attorneys will file a motion shortly to dismiss based on lack of standing to sue and failure to state a claim for relief. Desperate Dems are suing right before the election as the polls show them on track to lose both the house and the senate. They are trying to demoralize Trump so that he does not campaign, does not whip up the vote. Shameless use of the office of AG for political gain. I hope, when GOP takes the WH, they sue for bribery, violation of oath of office and so on based on evidence of bribes given to Hunter and James Biden for Joe, as well as for treason and racketeering for opening the border to 3 million illegals in a year and a half, which came with human trafficking and drugs that killed 103,000 Americans.
