   the network must retract the story,

   claiming it

   deliberately misquoted him

   and continues to ignore his repeated requests.

   Jean Claude Tremblay told WND that that

   none of his comments

   would permit the conclusion that the Obama birth certificate is an authentic document.

   “I no longer trust Fox News,” he said,

   expressing anger verging on distain for the way he feels the network treated him.

   “Despite my protests, Fox News will not allow me to correct their story.”

   I showed my wife(smart attorney) the Donofrio document. She picked holes in it, in less than 30 minutes. I don’t really understand what she said, dang it. She hates this issue, but I am going to beg her to write something so I can send it to Leo.

   I wanted to post this comment on the HI atty general letter, but for some reason could not. That section was not open to comments.

   The HI Atty. Gen. enumerates 13 reasons for viewing the original BC.

   Item #9 is your ticket to busting this case wide open. Get the Hon. Judge Royce to issue a FEDERAL COURT ORDER for the real BC.

   Do that, and it’s game over.

   I can’t, because it is a limited FOIA case and they are in a different state and they are state government. I will continue the fight in HI, though. I will have to do it in a different way. So, far Lamberth is not responding to any of my motions and that worries me. I am sure, there is a lot of pressure on him to dismiss my case. He was supposed to rule on Vaughn motion by now, but he didn’t. He ruled on the motion by the gov. right away, within one week, yet he sits and does not rule on my Vaughn motion for 3 weeks now.
   What thread was not open? Someone might have hacked into my web site. I did not close any threats for comments, all of them should be open. Please, let me know, if you see any closed threats. By the way, I filed complaints with FBI about cyber attacks,death threats, but nothing was ever done, which tells you that Mueller and Holder, as most of our establishment elite, are the puppets of the same globalist mafia, which is destroying this nation, it’s economy, it’s elections and it’s rule of law.

   I went to Astrue’s gov site and under the Suggestions posted the following:

   Suggestion to Michael J. Astrue-I am following taitz v astrue for which a motion to strike was docketed today. Must I remind you, that you work for We the People. Note the gov in this URL; government has no money of its own…it gets its money by taking it from taxpayers..We the People. And We the People are getting very disgruntled by the fact that you who work for us continue to refuse to co-operate with those who have evidence to expose Obama for the felonious fraud that he is; stealing the SS numbers of numerous persons; filing a selective service application supposedly in 1980 on SSA form 3B (May07) which did not exist in 1980; who let a highly decorated military officer, Terry Lakin, go to prison because Obama would not show him documentation proving he was eligible to give orders as CIC that put Lakin and all our young men and women in harms way; and on April 27, Obama put a document on his gov website, and proclaimed it was a copy of his original B.C. which 10 out of 10 experts now say is nothing but a photoshopped forgery. If any other American citizen was guilty of this, they would be arrested and put on trial. THAT IS WHAT WE THE PEOPLE WANT DONE WITH BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA/SOETORO/SOEBARKAH or whatever the hell his name is. Orly Taitz has requested info from you under the FOIA and We the People are watching what you do about it. Obama WILL be exposed and dealt with, along with all those who are complicit in the cover up of this outrageous assault on the Constitution of the United States of America and We the People!!
   I am suggesting that, if you are not a part of this cover up, you will do your utmost to co-operate with Orly Taitz and any requests she might have in her efforts as she fights for We the People! Thank You!
