Dear Governor Abercrombie,
Congratulations on your election. Recently I went to your web site and found the following annuncement:
Governor Abercrombie is committed to closing the communication gap between Hawai`i’s people and their government. Using this section, you may: send your questions, comments, concerns, or messages of aloha; request a meeting; request a special message, commendation, or proclamation; and sign up to receive email updates from Governor Abercrombie.
As such, Aloha Governor! I am most eagerly trying to close the communication gap by raising the following concern:
Recently in the interview to Honolulu Star-Advertiser you most eloquently stated that Mr. Obama’s eligibility needs to be resolved in the near future, so that the office of the U.S. presidency will get due respect and so that this issue does not remain a nagging problem for the next elections cycle. I could not agree with you more. I currently represent over 200 members of the U.S. military, multiple State Representatives from all over the country and former U.N. Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes, whom you no doubt know and respect. All of my clients demand an answer to the issue of presidential eligibility.
As you may know, recently a U.S. army decorated officer and a flight surgeon Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Lakin question M, Obama’s eligibility. He did not get any answers from his superiors in the military and he was court marshaled. Presiding judge Denise Lind refused to let him testify about the issue of eligibility, she also refused to let two decorated generals: Major General Paul Vallely and Brig. General Tomas McInerney testify at his trial and consequently Lt. Col Lakin was sentenced to six months incarceration in the military prison. Even though predominantly left leaning media refused to repost on this event, the news spread as a wild fire and is currently causing great discontent among members of the U.S. military. Members of the military are questioning whether they can take orders from the Commander-in-Chief, who would send an innocent man and a war hero to prison rather than show his vital records. I am sure you would agree that such state of affairs is unacceptable and will lead to a revolt sooner or later. Such revolt might have unintended consequences. Recently you stated that you found archive information relating to Mr. Obama’s birth. As such under the 5 USC §552 I request for myself and my forensic document expert access to the archives, that contain Mr. Obama’s vital records or vital information.
I respectfully request such access and information within 20 days as provided for FOIA requests.

In his face is just the right way for a true AMERICAN CITIZEN!!! obama’s ineligibility will NEVER go away. The 2008 election should fall back to the eligible runners in the race – McCain and Palin, between now and the next election. That’s the way the Olympic races are run – and the prize (gold medal v. Presidency) will taken away from any disqualified participant! May our military get fed up with such nonsense and act ever bit as bold as the Hondurans! After all, we AMERICANS (that does NOT include obama) made America the land of the FREE and the home of the BRAVE! Call me on my cell and I will give you updated information.

We all know there were 4 official ways one could get a Hawaiian Birth Certification in 1961, 2 of which did not require the birth parent or child to be in the state, much less the country at the time of certification. When will the Gov. look where he needs to look…Kenya? Why doesn’t anyone want to admit the truth…the obvious.
Michelle Obama admitted herself, twice in public, Barak’s home country was Kenya.
This is all a charade. The checks and balances of the media are a joke. There are no checkers!
There is no balance.
WHen will this criminal act end? We The People are not being represented by ANYONE. Well, there are a small few, as Mrs. Taitz, but very few are standing up…very few that make a difference.

I agree Totally, why/how can he be afforded any credibility or authority as the Commander in Chief when he will not/can not prove that he is elgible.
I truly believe that he should be removed and prosecuted for treason. How can he hold a Top Secret Clearance to fulfill the position of president with his socialist friends and enemies of the United States ?

You might also say that because Obama has publicly posted a COLB, this makes the backup document, the full signed certificate, legally accessible by his own release of the COLB, since as a legal document it is prima facie, and can be back up with the full document upon request. Obama has publicly release his confidential birth information, so whatever is in the vault, he has declared accessible, by his own behavior. If Obama resists in any way, the simple response is what he has used before, that the public’s need to know is greater than his need to conceal, and had he not wanted this to happen, he should never have put the COLB in the public domain, and put out a prima facie document that by its nature can be backed up by anybody’s request, to verify.

Abercrombie is digging to the bottom of the barrel and coming out empty.
Pressure was mounting on Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie today amid increasing confusion over whether President Obama was born there.
Abercrombie said on Tuesday that an investigation had unearthed papers proving Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.
He told Honolulu’s Star-Advertiser: ‘It actually exists in the archives, written down,’ he said.
But it became apparent that what had been discovered was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama’s birth that someone had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate.
And in the same interview Abercrombie suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.
He said efforts were still being made to track down definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii.
