Dear Mr. Obama,
I listened to your speech in Arizona yesterday and took it to heart. I would like to work with you in restoring empathy, civility and honesty in this country.
So, let’s start!
Civility starts with respect. Since you are occupying the position of the Commander- in- Chief, how about you starting with giving respect to the members of the U.S. military.
You talk about “Honesty”. Please, provide some honesty and respect and civility to the members of our military.
Your next suggestion was “Empathy”
What a great idea. I am with you on that.
How about you starting with honesty and civility and empathy for a war hero, decorated U.S. army officer, veteran of operations in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Honduras, army surgeon Dr. LTC Lakin. Lieutenant colonel Lakin filed proper UCMJ Article 138 grievances and went to the highest ranks of the military and Congress with a simple question “How can I follow orders of Barack Hussein Obama, as a Commander in Chief, when he never offered any proper documents to show his legitimacy to US presidency, he never showed his original long form U.S. birth certificate with the name of the doctor and hospital and signatures.” LTC Lakin is a doctor with nearly 20 years of experience. He knows that a baby cannot be born in this county without having a proper hospital birth certificate. You spent over a million dollars fighting me and other attorneys in court, keeping your original long form birth Certificate sealed. What honest person will behave in such a manner? What is there to hide? The state of HI was willing to provide the original birth certificate, as long as you sighed the consent. Why didn’t you sign the consent? The state of HI statute 338-5 allows you to get a birth certificate based on a statement of one relative only, like your grandmother , who could have been lying and claiming that you were born here, while you were born in Kenya. Clearly, then your grandmother did not think that one day you will run for presidency. Lying and getting a phony HI birth certificate was simply a way to quickly get welfare benefits for you and your mother.
Senior Deportation officer John Sampson provided a sworn affidavit, that the Social Security number you are using today in the White House 042-68-4425 is a Connecticut social security number, that you could not legally obtain in HI. Multiple databases show that it was issued in 1977 to an elderly individual, born in 1890 in CT. At the time you resided in HI, nowhere near CT. Why are you instructing U.S. attorneys’ office to spend hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ dollars in courts fighting me, instead of unsealing your Social Security application.? Why don’t you explain to American people, why you do not have a valid Social Security number of your own from HI, why are you sitting in our White House, using someone else’s social security number?
All evidence points to massive fraud committed by you against American citizens and members of the U.S. military. Because of your fraud, your regime threw LTC Dr. Lakin into Fort Leavenworth military prison, while you arrogantly stand on the stage and lecture us about honesty and civility and empathy.
Where was your empathy when Lakin was stripped of his rank, stripped of nearly 2 million dollars of military pension he earned over the years and thrown into prison. Did you show empathy to Lakin’s wife and 3 children”?
Lakin’s family are Democrats, they voted for you, they asked you to disclose your records, if you are really telling the truth, if you are an honest man, but alas… They never heard from you or anyone else in this regime.
I was persecuted by your regime and fined $20,000 for daring to represent active members of the U.S. military, challenging your legitimacy and exercising their Constitutional right for redress of grievances.
It is a testament to utter corruption in our government, Congress and Judiciary, that such massive fraud can go on for two years and nobody in the position of power has shown integrity and honesty and civility in saying enough is enough, let’s get to the bottom of it. If Obama is legitimate, he can serve and lecture us, if he is not, he needs to pack his bags and go, and the Nation will go to a SPECIAL ELECTION.
I submit to you sir, that this nation was never torn like this before. We never saw such discourse. The reason is not in Sarah Palin or Rush Limbaugh. The reason is you and your pathological lying. Every time you open your mouth and start speaking, you make most of this nation extremely angry, our collective blood pressure is going through the roof and even an army of cardiologist will not cure it. A Pantheon full of preachers will not pacify us. Legions of crooked judges and crooked U.S. attorneys will not subdue us.
When something of value is taken from you, you can’t just forget about it and move on, until this valuable thing is returned. U.S. presidency was taken away from American people by virtue of fraud. Our right for redress of grievances was taken away by your abusive regime.
So, if you really want civility, empathy and honest dialog, why don’t you start with a drop of honesty in an ocean of your pathological lying.. Unseal all your records: your long form birth certificate, your Connecticut Social Security application, you claim you legally obtained, while residing in HI, your 1980-1981 passport, your Columbia University records, provide information on your Kenyan, British and Indonesian citizenship and so on. You lead the way and we will follow you.

Dear Dr. Orly Taitz:
Your letter to the President of the US is very timely, and I am daily, asking each and every question you are. If you would have told me 3 years ago we would have a sitting a president that was not properly vetted, and had all these questions unanswered, I would tell you this could not happen in the Republic I love.
Dr. Mark Levin, a Constitutional Attorney has said on his nationally syndicated radio show he and his group will prepare impeachment documents for some of the same items you state in your open letter to the President. As a disabled adult I fear his destruction of the health care we now know will leave me without the care I need. So I have a personal stake in repealing this law that will hurt many and cost all more money and drive America to a 1929 crash!
God bless you and I wish you good luck! As a resident of Navada I can’t help your CA political persutes but I pray you are able to help in a state with $25 billion of debt.

I find this letter to be right to the point and what most if not all the Citizans of the USA Would like to know.And i agree Lt Lakin followed protacall when he asked his question.And i feel that he was railroaded by obama and this legion of crooked gov ,Crooked Judges,and crooked attorneys.This Regeime has done NOT one thing that has not had the stamp of corruption all over it.I would like to ask Dr Orly Taitz esq to forward a copy of this letter to Speaker of the house Rep Boehoner As he seems to think that obama was born in the USA. which pretty much says he will not challenge it. If you want to get President Obama’s respect, you need to address him properly. YOU should have began the letter with President Obama. He’s your daddy, Orly.
But it is good to know just how you feel about your daddy. If he gets your blood pressure up high enough, and I hope he does, maybe you’ll have a stroke or a heart attack and die. That would be something good for us Americans.

First I want to thank you for you’re love for America. Thank you for the work that you are doing.
I read your letter to our illegal in the White House, I agree with everything that you said. I am a disable Viet Nam combat veteran, and I think that the railroading that LTC Larkin got was sicking. I can identify with LTC Larkin being sent to prison by the government for standing up for what is right. When I returned from vietnam in 1970 I had completed my tour in the military. Instead of receiving a discharge, I was told to go home and they would contact me with seperation papers. Almost 3 months later I received orders for Germany and of couarse I refused to go. To make a long story short I was put on trial and received 5 months hard labor, I was awarded the bronze star with V device, purple heart CIB, b ut this in no way meant anything to them as far as my receiving justice. It meant nothing to them. After the five months hard labor and the threat of a lawsuit I received an honorable discharge, but they still stole my back pay, they never did clear my record or reinstate my rank. And I ask what was 5 months of the life of a 21 year old that had just returned from a war worth? These people in the federal government are nothing but a bunch of son of bitches and nothing more, don’t ever forget that. Thank you for your courage.

This is an EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT letter!
You express such common sense, explaining the fraud so well, and ‘hoist Obama on his own petard’: his calling for empathy, civility and honesty, expecially honesty which he does not practice by hiding his long-form birth certificate and other documents.
Will the WH send you a form letter thanking you for your interest, your concerns, your support, and etc, or will Obama actually write you a real reply with a believable explanation for his actions of concealment and justify the spending of taxpayers money for all his justice dept lawyers to keep his past hidden?

With this recent tragedy, I hope you have tape of Chris Mathews asking you to be burnt as a witch, and the ensuing e-mail threats and letters. You would have an easy case against him and MSNBC (? is that what he is on) for hate speech, slander, and physical endangerment. I hope they are all re-thinking their nastiness and playground speech, and I also hope you take them to court with the help of some pro-bono proven media lawyers, because what the media has done to the Truth and to you is inexcusable. You could subpoena Obama’s records, as proof that you were legitimate in your concerns, and Mathews was smearing and endangering you, in his efforts to protect the fraudulent president.

Great letter, Orly. I have printed out a copy, signing it as well, and putting it in an envelope with a survey and request for money from Boehner on behalf of the GOP. I already sealed it, after saying they get no money from me until Obama is vetted and all his sealed documents released for all of America to see, and until LTC Terrence Lakin is freed, reinstated, and given all his back pay. Regarding those who say you should have addressed Obama as ‘president’, he is not my pres until he shows proof, and, if you watch FOX, you will note that most of them refer to him as MR Obama, not Pres Obama.
Keep up the fight, Orly. I will support you as best I can from my SS check each month. I hope others will do as much.

Orly:…That was a great letter! A letter from the heart! I loved it!
Now, in the Jan. issue of Newswatch Magazine that I just received on Thursday, this entire issue deals with the Beginnings of American trials and tribulations, in respect to the “outlandish” treatment that King George III leveled at the Colonies!
His methods are almost identical to that used by Obama-nation! I called it: “Tyranny 101!” In this issue, it not only gives the the entire list of the Articles of the Constitution, but discusses the comparisons of: King George III to Obama (yo mama!!)!
And the Colonists had no choice, but to address their greivances in the “last resort” to them: “The Revolutionary War!”
“Obama-Vader” is nothing more than a entity that should be “living in a cave,” and “hanging upside down!” Along with Soros and all the other C.E.T.s!
Reason cannot be used on a psycho-path! The only thing this “V” understands is “insanity,” due to the pagan moon-doggie, “allah-ballah, hear him holla”!!! And I’m real surprised to hear that LTC Lakin voted for him!
This is the “reward” for the other 60+ “million meatheads” received for their precious vote! Does this not reveal the ignorance they used, to show the nation just what they got? While those of us used “reason” and “investigation” to find out just who should be in the WH?
This guy is like the “phantom of the opera!” He wears a “mask” to conceal his “real-self!” He’s never tried to do most anything in his life, that would be construed as “constructive!”

I have no problem producing a certified true copy of my original birth certificate, why does he have problems disclosing it?

I had to register to vote(so I could show a valid address)and produce my long form Birth Certificate just to get a Drivers license here in Florida.
The BS document that Usurper(whatever the hell his name is)would never be accepted here. Thank god! We don’t want you here in Florida, or the uSA, for that matter. Go back to Kenya where you belong, and don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Dear HDOH Director,
Please be advised that this is a formal request for government records under the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA).
I am an individual researching President Obama, the 44th President of the United States, and also member of the public – based on these qualifications, I request the following records per the UIPA:
• An electronic copy [&/or physical copy] of President Obama’s vital records including copies of supplementary material
Disclosure is authorized under the following laws:
1. Disclosure is authorized under HRS§338-18(a) per the phrase/words, “or by rules adopted by the department of health,” which give the Department of Health’s agency administrative rules and regulations authorizing disclosure of vital records copies and vital record information the ‘force of law’ that is not in conflict with HRS338-18(b), hence the emphasized word, “or”:
“HRS§338-18 Disclosure of records. (a) To protect the integrity of vital statistics records, to ensure their proper use, and to ensure the efficient and proper administration of the vital statistics system, it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of any such record, except as authorized by this part or by rules adopted by the department of health.”
The administrative rule authorizing disclosure to me as an individual researching the President of the United States and having the force of statute/law is Administrative Rule 2.1(D)(1.) from ‘Access to Vital Records,’ under Chapter 8B, in the Public Health Regulations for the Department of Health for the State of Hawaii. This rule says, in part:
“Vital Statistics Registration and Records
Data from vital records, including copies of part or all of such records, may be released to government agencies, hospitals, foundations, schools, social agencies and other similar organizations or individuals for statistical or research purposes.”
I am an individual researching the President, therefore I qualify for disclosure and uniform practices require that you disclose to me the requested records without prejudice to my rights for political reasons or otherwise.
Furthermore, and for your information, I am aware that OIP Opinion Letter 04-05 and the general rule of the UIPA, state that administrative rules which restrict or limit access to government records do not apply to records requested under the UIPA :
“[HRS§92F-11] Affirmative agency disclosure responsibilities. (a) All government records are open to public inspection unless access is restricted or closed by law.”
Because HRS§338-18(a) gives Chapter 8B, Administrative Rule 2.1(D)(1) the effect of statute, the records I request must be disclosed per HRS§92F-12(b)(2) from the UIPA:
“HRS§92F-12 Disclosure required.
(b) Any provision to the contrary notwithstanding, each agency shall also disclose:
(2) Government records which, pursuant to federal law or a statute of this State, are expressly authorized to be disclosed to the person requesting access;”
Again, I ask that you please disclose the requested government records in accordance with the UIPA and HRS§338-18(a) along with Administrative Rule 2.1(D)(1) as outlined above.
2. Disclosure is authorized to me as a member of the public under HRS§92F(12)(15) which says disclosure is required for:
“Information collected and maintained for the purpose of making information available to the general public;”
I refer, in particular, to the press release and public statement issued by Dr. Fukino on 7/27/2009. I draw your attention to the UIPA Guideline Manual which indicates, on page 15, that the information collected for the purpose of making information available to the public is not required to be maintained for that reason, too, in order for disclosure to be authorized by this law. The public has an interest in understanding the U.S. Constitution and the HDOH told the general public that President Obama is a “natural-born American citizen.” There is absolutely no doubt that it is in the public’s legal interest to disclose the information that went into making that statement to the “general public.”
3. While there is no precedent case, I argue that disclosure is also authorized to me as a member of the public under HRS§92F-12(b)(3), which says disclosure is required for:
“Government records pursuant to a showing of compelling circumstances affecting the health or safety of any individual;”
I support this argument with the fact that the President is the Commander of the U.S. Military and enlisted military are subject to being put in ‘harm’s way’ through an order to deploy under the President’s authority. Because a legal oath of office to the President of the United States requires through the U.S. Constitution that the President be at least thirty-five years old and a natural born citizen, President Obama’s vital records have a direct affect on the health and safety of enlisted military subject to deployment or under orders to deploy.
In fact, given the far-reaching powers granted to the Office of the President of the U.S. – from declaring martial law to declaring war – I would argue that every living person on this earth has a health and safety stake in ensuring that a Constitutionally legal oath to the Office of the President of the U.S. backs this authority.
Again, in closing, please be sure to include, at a minimum, all three statutes under which this UIPA request was made in your deliberations and final decision: HRS§92F-12(b)(3), HRS§92F-12(15), HRS§338-18(a), along with the regulation I cited from Chapter 8B, 2.1(D)(1).
Lastly, in addition to this request, I also request that you provide me a citation for the “provision” that was referenced by OIP Staff Attorney, Linden Joesting, in her September 17, 2009 letter to an individual going by the alias ‘Terri K.’ Ms. Joesting stated that the HDOH denied her request for records by referring to a ‘provision of the Uniform Information Practices Act.’ To what statute did Ms. Joesting refer? Please provide me the specific legal citation. That letter is labeled (APPEAL 10-10) for reference and can be downloaded here. The relevant text is underlined.

Hippbiker, you may have used a long form BC to get a FL driver’s license, but you didn’t have to. From the FL DMV site:
Primary Identification
An Original or Certified of One of the Following Primary Identication Documents
Certified United States birth certificate, including territories and District of Columbia
Valid United States Passport or Passport Card
Consular Report of Birth Abroad
Certificate of Naturalization, Form N-550 or Form N-570
Certificate of Citizenship, Form N-560 or Form N-561
Any certified copy or original birth certificate (i.e, one that has a registrar’s raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar’s signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar’s office, which must be within 1 year of birth) is sufficient proof of US citizenship for any purpose.
The certified short form copy that President Obama made public would absolutely ben sufficient for the purpose of obtaining a FL driver’s license. You shouldn’t talk about things that you know nothing about.

If Mr. Obama carries a forged Soc Sec Card, this tells me that he never even applied for citizenship. Hell, all he needed to get an honest to goodness SS card is a birth certificate. Now what would you do, if you had no birth certificate? You could not obtain a SS card, unless of course you are an illegal alien. Then with the help of corruption in the SS administration, you could get one of their cards. Believe it or not, Obama is an illegal alien, so he went about getting a SS card the wrong way. Why is he an illegal alien? He came into the U.S. the first time with another name and possibly a student visa. If someone who read this letter by Dr. Taitz, does not understand Obama, then that someone should refuse to call himself or herself an American.
None of us have to understand this man, nobody can. But now you know some truth about him, eh?

I suggest that you begin a letter writing campaign to the news papers of the world that are notafraid to print the case against the man who would be King. If you make the citizens and leaders of foreign nations aware that they may not be negotiating with a legimate authority and that treaties and promises made by this administration are in question, perhapps one of them will call for the congress of the United States to do its job and investigate. But, then, again, this was in early 2010! Things may have changed now! And someone sent me an email for the “newspapers” of the US…so will see if I can find it and post this, if I can find a site for this?

Hippy – no. I’m absoluely right. The law in FL is clear, and it conforms to model law throughout the US. Any certified copy of a birth certificate is proof of citizenship. Period. If an RMV clerk told you otherwise, that clerk was misinformed, as are you.

Regarding the Amendment process, I’m not sure I see your point. You are correct in saying that if you wanted to change the eligibility requirements specified in Article 2 clause 5, you would need to amend the Constitution. This requires a supermajority of both houses on Congress, as well as ratification by the legislatures of 38 states within a defined period of time. The likelihood of this actually happening is miscule – there have been more than 10,000 amendments proposed in one way or the other since 1800, and only 27 have been actually ratified. In this case, the process works fine, so as they say – if in ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
