NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION
Plaintiff Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, hereinafter “Taitz” is submitting this motion for Clarification to be decided based on the memorandum of points and authorities attached herein and oral argument, if the court finds, that the oral argument is required.
MEMORANDUM OF POINTS AND AUTHORITIES
Defendant filed Motion to strike, requesting to seal the complaint, first amended complaint and all the exhibits or alternatively redact social security numbers.
Plaintiff thanks the court for allowing the documents not to be sealed, and only requesting refilling with redaction. Plaintiff believes that this case is of the outmost National importance and sealing the complaint and the exhibits will deprive the public of their right to know the truth.
Plaintiff, however, is requesting clarification from the court and the defense, as to what do they want redacted, if anything. Clarification is needed for following reasons:
1. There is a requirement of redaction of VALID social security numbers. Individuals should have only one social security number.
2. Affidavit of investigator Sankey, attached as an exhibit to the complaint, shows that national databases, such as Lexis Nexis and Choice Point, showed over a hundred bogus units of bogus social security numbers and addresses, which included some 39 different social security numbers, none of which were issued in HI, where Obama resided, when he started using a social security number. As one individual is supposed to have only one social security number, and there are N numbers in the databases, it means that at least (N-1 ) numbers are not valid and do not need to be redacted or all N numbers are invalid and do not need to be redacted. There was high probability, that all 39 numbers are invalid, as none were issued in HI. Affidavits of investigator Susan Daniels and recently retired senior deportation officer of the Department of Homeland Security, John Sampson, confirm, that Obama could not possibly obtain Connecticut social security number, while residing in HI. (Exhibits to first amended complaint)
3. Searching through those numbers Taitz found that Connecticut number 042-68-4425, is most commonly used.
4. Obama’s selective service certificate shows him using this number.( Exhibit 1)
5. Social Security Verification systems (Exhibit 2) shows, however, that this number 042-68-4425 was never issued to Obama. This means that none of the numbers used by Obama during his life and used today in the White House, are valid numbers . Those are either numbers, that were never assigned or numbers, that were assigned to deceased individuals, whose death was not reported to the Social Security administration. Mr. Obama’s lifelong friend, domestic terrorist William Ayers, aka Mr. “Guilty as sin, free as a bird”, described in his memoirs, Fugitive Days, how he and his wife, Ms. domestic terrorist Bernadette Dohrn, searched through the cemeteries for graves of children, got their birth certificates and applied for the social security numbers under the names of the deceased. “After the Baltimore fiasco, stealing ID was forbidden. Instead we began to build ID sets around documents as flimsy as a fishing license or a laminated card available in a Times Square novelty shop called “Official ID.” We soon figured out that the deepest and most foolproof ID had a government-issued Social Security card at its heart, and the best source of those were dead-baby birth certificates. I spent impious days over the next several months tramping through rural cemeteries in Iowa and Wisconsin, Illinois and North Dakota, searching for those sad little markers of people born between 1940 and 1950 who had died between 1945 and 1955. The numbers were surprising: two in one graveyard, a cluster of fourteen in another. Those poor souls had typically been issued birth certificates—available to us at any county courthouse for a couple of bucks and a simple form with information I could copy from the death announcement at the archive of the local paper—but they had never applied for a Social Security card.
Collecting those birth certificates became a small industry, and within a year we had over a hundred. For years I was a paper-made Joseph Brown, and then an Anthony Lee, remarkably durable identities. My on-paper official residences: a transient hotel in San Francisco and a warehouse in New York.” Bill Ayers, Fugitive Days. Ayers had a whole business of forged social security card making. It is unfortunate, that the person, occupying the position of the U.S. president, was using and is using a bogus social security number.
Clearly Mr. Obama cannot suffer any losses, due to his use of an invalid number, however there is a great benefit to the public at large, to ascertain the loopholes and malfunction within the Social Security Administration and make sure, that not only Mr. Obama is ultimately prosecuted, but also to make sure, that proper measures are taken to prevent such occurrence in the future. Great public interest and great significance of this most important matter of the national security outweigh minor inconveniences for the defendant commissioner of the Social Security administration and for Mr. Obama.
6. Since NONE of the numbers used by Mr. Obama represent a valid social security number, assigned to him, Taitz needs clarification from the court and the defendant, commissioner of the Social Security Administration, what exactly do they want her to redact? Do they want her to redact numerical gibberish, numbers that are invalid and were never assigned or the numbers, that were stolen from the deceased individuals? Please advise.

Hi Orly,
I really hope for your success in this process. Your document was well founded and well researched. However, I think you would be better received by the court without unproven slander such as:
“Ms. domestic terrorist Bernadette Dohrn”
in your document. This prejudicial statement can serve no purpose and only tends to anger judges against your side.
My opinion.

Dr. Taitz here’s an interview with Stphen Piegon and his documentation of Obama changing his name amoung many other crimes that he amy be quilty of about 56 minutes long.One thing he mentions is friends business dinner in Russia some years ago and the hostess speaks of the young black communist that one day will become our Presaident…seems I remember reading thta here first from some one who posted that incident.Most likelysome where in your archives

This will never be prosecuted until we get a Republican in the WH and in both chambers of Congress. Eric Holder will do nothing as he is in bed with Obamawoncanobee. Neither will Harry Reid as far as impeachment.

Imminent means it could happen at any moment. That’s clearly isn’t what he meant.
What Carville said, and meant, was that civil unrest is entirely (eminently) possible in 2012.
But his accent made eminently sound like imminently.

Thomas Nickelsen: After 2+ years in fighting all of this, I think Orly has Dorhn pegged. I remember reading about her and that other psychotic, Ayers! Two peas in a pod!
I think he received his degree from “Ashley-Tech” and they have a new vedio out called: “Terrorists Gone Wild!”
Also, now, one must remember to understand how much Orly has gone through. Such abuse would make anyone somewhat testy! The judges are the ones, moreover, that need to maintain their “objective opinion” in court!
Personally, I can’t figure out why the FBI (way back when) let these 2 miscreants continue to bomb and propagandize America all along? But this just shows how complicit the FBI has been.
I mean: they got Tim McVeigh, but they can’t stop 2 weirdos who were all over the place? And having known alynski ties…these 2 should have been aborted!!! And…guess who wrote: “Nightmares of My Father?”
And these 2 are still roaming around! What’s up with that? They were also trying to help Hammas deliver “weapons” to the Gaza Strip-? so the Israelis had to intercept them and take ’em down! They’re just the violent, white version of “O-doctorillegal”!
If Orly had just begun this fight, I’m sure she would have filed “objective” arguments, minus the hell she’s been through!
But, IMO, at this point, I think she has done an excellent job…considering she tackled this Crisis “head-on”! Orly is NOT the problem!
But now, it appears that she is making progress with the various judges. So everyone keep praying for Orly and America…and these judges too!

Please always remember that your fight is the PEOPLES fight.It makes me angry to see the law, and the media treating you like they have been.This corrupt government is ignoring all facts that are presented to them, and we the people want to know WHY? We are very afraid of what is happening to our way of life and I personally am in great fear of losing our freedom to a dictator. Sometimes, I wish that I was smart enough to figure a way to bring this all out in the open. I do believe that the only way to get results on this USERPER,is to go to war with our own government. A legal war does not seem to work. Whatever it takes, we are behind you. Sooner or later we will be pushed into a corner and we will come out fighting. Keep on doing wht you are doing,for you are the only one that the law is listning to whether you get results or not.

During the period of roughly February 1992 to mid 1994, I was making frequent trips to Moscow, Russia, in the process of starting a software development joint-venture company with some people from the Russian scientific community. One of the men in charge on the Russian side was named V. M.; he had a wife named T.M.
V. was a level-headed scientist while his wife was rather deeply committed to the losing Communist cause – a cause she obviously was not abandoning.
One evening, during a trip early in 1992, the American half of our venture were invited to V. & T.’s Moscow flat as we were about to return to the States. The party went well and we had the normal dinner discussions.
As the evening wore on, T. developed a decidedly rough anti-American edge – one her husband tried to quietly rein in.
The bottom line of the tirade she started against the United States went something like this:
“You Americans always like to think that you have the perfect government and your people are always so perfect. Well then, why haven’t you had a woman president by now? You had a chance to vote for a woman vice-president and you didn’t do it.”
The general response went something along the lines that you don’t vote for someone just because of their sex. Besides, you don’t vote for vice-president, but the president and vice-president as a ticket.
“Well, I think you are going to be surprised when you get a black president very soon.”
The consensus we expressed was that we didn’t think there was anything innately barring that. The right person at the right time and sure, America would try to vote for the right person, be he or she black or not.
“What if I told you that you will have a black president very soon and he will be a Communist?”
The out-of-the-blue remark was met by our stares. She continued, “Well, you will; and he will be a Communist.”
It was then that the husband unsuccessfully tried to change the subject; but she was on a roll and would have nothing of it. One of us asked, “It sounds like you know something we don’t know.”
“Yes, it is true. This is not some idle talk. He is already born and he is educated and being groomed to be president right now. You will be impressed to know that he has gone to the best schools of Presidents. He is what you call “Ivy League”. You don’t believe me, but he is real and I even know his name. His name is Barack. His mother is white and American and his father is black from Africa. That’s right, a chocolate baby! And he’s going to be your President.”
She became more and more smug as she presented her stream of detailed knowledge and predictions so matter-of-factly – as though all were foregone conclusions. “It’s all been thought out. His father is not an American black so he won’t have that social slave stigma. He is intelligent and he is half white and has been raised from the cradle to be an atheist and a Communist. He’s gone to the finest schools. He is being guided every step of the way and he will be irresistible to America.”
We sat there not knowing what to say. She was obviously very happy that the Communists were doing this and that it would somehow be a thumbing of their collective noses at America: they would give us a black president and he’d be a Communist to boot. She made it quite obvious that she thought that this was going to breathe new life into world Communism. From this and other conversations with her, she always asserted that Communism was far from dead.
She was full of little details about him that she was eager to relate. I thought that maybe she was trying to show off that this truly was a real person and not just hot air.
She rattled off a complete litany. He was from Hawaii. He went to school in California. He lived in Chicago. He was soon to be elected to the legislature. “Have no doubt: he is one of us, a Soviet.”
At one point, she related some sort of San Francisco connection, but I didn’t understand what the point was and don’t recall much about that. I was just left with the notion that she considered the city to be some sort of a center for their activity here.
Since I had dabbled in languages, I knew a smattering of Arabic. I made a comment: “If I remember correctly, ‘Barack’ comes from the Arabic word for ‘Blessing.’ That seems to be an odd name for an American.” She replied quickly, “Yes. It is ‘African'”, she insisted, “and he will be a blessing for world Communism. We will regain our strength and become the number one power in the world.”
She continued with something to the effect that America was at the same time the great hope and the great obstacle for Communism. America would have to be converted to Communism and Barack was going to pave the way.
So, what does this conversation from 1992 prove?
Well, it’s definitely anecdotal. It doesn’t prove that Obama has had Soviet Communist training nor that he was groomed to be the first black American president, but it does show one thing that I think is very important. It shows that Soviet Russian Communists knew of Barack from a very early date. It also shows that they truly believed among themselves that he was raised and groomed Communist to pave the way for their future. This report on Barack came personally to me from one of them long before America knew he existed.
Although I had never before heard of him, at the time of this conversation Obama was 30+ years old and was obviously tested enough that he was their anticipated rising star.
