Subject: Registration is Public Record
Dear Sir:
May we know the party affiliation of a certain Damon J. Dunn. He was
known as a Democrat, but he claimed to have switched to Republican.
Do we have any record that he changed to Republican? If we, when did he
do it?
Thanks for any information.
Very truly yours,
Felicito Papa

Good morning,
In further response to your questions Mr. Dunn was registered as a
Democrat and we do not show any change of party.
Thank you,
Jerry Holland
I was asked to explain yet again the issue of Damon Dunn’s ineligibility.
Mr. Dunn was supposed to be not affiliated with another party prior to November 5 2009, when he filed his declaration of candidacy. He filed his voter card in Ca on March 13 2009, less then 8 month prior to his declaration of candidacy and he has never
written to the Duval County FL to change party affiliation (see e-mail above from county official Jerry Holland)
.
Moreover, he committed voter fraud according to statutes 18203 and 18500 by intentionally not entering in his voter registration card information about the fact that he registered somewhere before and that he registered as a democrat.
I called the office of the Sec of State. Chief of the elections division is Cathy Mitchells. I talked to an investigator by name Darlene, she did not disclose her last name. I asked, why Damon Dunn was not removed from the ballot in light of the fact that he did not qualify, and what penalties will be assessed in regards to his voter fraud, in relation to the fact that he didn’t disclose his prior voter registration as a Democrat. She stated that she will relate this to her superior and one of two attorneys working in the department. Someone will call me back. I have to say, that when I reported Obama ineligible a year and a half ago they were supposed to call me back and schedule an administrative hearing. It was never done.
Please call the office of the Secretary of State and demand immediate action. I should not be spending so much time, efford and money running against a candidate, who never qualified.
