Recently I caught  the owner of the website therightsideoflife.com spreading disinformation about me. When I stated that the actual final orders by judge Lazzara are secret, Phil, the owner of the rightsideoflife posted a copy of an earlier order from July 27, trying to discredit me, to make me look untruthful.

I responded by pointing out that he posted orders from July 27 instead of final orders #10, 11 from August 6, that remain secret to this day.

Phil responded by claiming that because the judge thought that the motion to recuse him and the motion to rehear the law suit are frivolous, he doesn’t need to sign an actual order.

 From what I  understand, Phil is not an attorney and didn’t study law a day in his life and has no clue what he is talking about. The judge has to sign an actual order.  When you click on #10 and #11 on pacer, there has to be an actual order, dated and signed by judge Lazzara. It is non-existent. Major Cook, the plaintiff asked for it and was refused. I, as an attorney for major Cook, was supposed to get it in the mail, and I didn’t get it. I need to present it as a final order to the court of appeals, I can’t present it, as it is secret. We can’t even be sure that Lazzara has actually ever signed this order, without having his signature.

Let’s say somebody is leaving inheritance to you, you would need an actual will signed by the testator. Let’s say the judge gives somebody a death penalty, you would expect to see an actual decision signed by the judge.

We need patriots and decent reporters demanding    the actual order signed by Lazzara, so I can go to the court of appeals asap.

Until now Phil claimed to be my supporter, I was totally shocked by what he did. In future, if he has questions about my cases, he should call or e-mail me first and get a response and find out what really happened instead of rushing to post defamatory articles.       

I spend a lot of time working on these issues; legal actions and travel to hearings cost me a fortune. I need supporters, who donate to keep the cases going, who stand with the signs, protesting corrupt judges, corrupt US attorneys and corrupt congressmen and senators. I don’t need supporters, who don’t donate a cent, but waste my time and effort posting disinformation.

    The organization behind BO’s usurpation of the White House is huge, and in fact BO is just one player among hundreds of thousands. The simple fact that federal judges absolutely refuse en masse to touch this case demonstrates the extent to which this conspiracy has taken control of our major political parties and therefore our judiciary, congress, and the White House.

    As you know, in order to exercise control over disputes moles, dupes, and shills are put in place on both sides of the argument. For instance, in the so called Conservative media individuals such as Coulter, O’Riely, Limbaugh, Malkin, etc. are presented as defenders of our Constitutional Freedoms. Coulter and O’Riely are established wannabe media personalities who knowingly take their marching orders from the powers that be. They will give you the dirt on certain issues and individuals from any political party one hundred percent of the time, but in regards to other individuals and issues they will lie and cover-up as their fame and income depends on it. Limbaugh probably has a greater degree of freedom; however, as the case of his drug dependency demonstrates, he is vulnerable and again will not risk his position to go after certain individuals as the last presidential campaign demonstrated. Malkin, while arguably the best of these mentioned, demonstrated time and time again through her nearly hysterical use of the Bush-Derangement-Syndrome attack that she would not listen to any criticism of Bush II.

    Back in February of the election year all the liberal controlled news outlets launched a campaign to promote McCain as the only Republican worthy of note. And if that wasn’t bizarre enough, right on cue dozens of supposedly Conservative defenders of truth did the same. I deleted four out of a half dozen news bookmarks that week as it was pathetically obvious these were moles whose true purpose is to induce uncertainty and conflict.

    And that is what is happening to you. Of course there will be organizations and individuals who pose as your supporters and friends whose true purpose is simply to undermine your resolve and actions. You are just going to have to learn to deal with it if you are determined to carry on. It is helpful for those of us who support your activities to know what is happening, so please continue to make note of those who suddenly switch sides. But don’t ever fully believe someone is on your side just because they make sympathetic noises. The fact of the matter is that you really can not trust anyone, nor take anyone on faith. It’s hard, but that’s the way it is – civil war is hell and that is where you now find yourself, in your adopted country no less.

    “Phil” – you and Philip Berg, an Obot mole, bear an uncanny resemblance.

    Your website purports to be “right sided,” just as Phil Berg, a lifelong Demoncrap, er, excuse me, Democrat, purports to be anti Obama. What have you (Berg) done lately besides attempting to discredit Dr. Taitz?

    Phil,

    The credentials of Mr. Soetoro are in question, not Dr. Taitz’s. Her motives, qualifications, background, training? I DON’T CARE. I suspect much of it has to do with abhorrence of communism, something you cannot comprehend unless you have experienced it. So what if she’s a naturalized U.S. citizen who still holds an Israeli passport? She’s not running for POTUS.

    Bottom line: she loves her country and wants to rid it of the scourge of Obama. Admittedly, she is a dentist, not an experienced legal scholar. (BTW Berg & Donofrio, what have you done for US lately?) We must overlook her flaws and fight for the cause. Even if she is effective only in a symbolic or inspirational capacity, that’s fine with me.

    YES! You are right. Those who never lived in a Communist Country, can even comprehend the HELL you have to live in. The Government will take over all your existence inclusive your mind too. Sadly, those who lived in this ” paradise”, now better, it will take generations to change the way you think. It’s true, we had, all of us, Health insurance, place to work, but no competition. Soon, the people knew, in order to get your paycheck bi-weekly, all you needed was – your presence. I don’t think, any American would accept this life for themselfs or their children, staying hours and hours with hundreds of people in line , starting from food ending for soap, tooth paste, toilet papers. Unbelievable NO???? I don’t wish this kind of life for nobody.

Alas, we had no Natural Born Ciziten on the Republican side during the last election either; and the Natural Born Citizen candidates, such as Keyes, were censored in the press…But we do have a British usurper in the Whitehouse, so somethings are the same…
