   My gut feeling is that a stone wall will again appear at that time.
   This document has a habit of getting lost.
   Ambercrombie, the commie, could not find it.
   Hopefully, some people of the press, television and radio will be there to record the event.
   Would be nice to get Donald Trump or some sitting congressman or political figure to attend, and get this on some national network.
   Is law enforcement, the local sherrif, or police agency necessary at this confrontation??

    However, I wouldn’t be surprised if Obama/Abercrombie have organized SEIU type thugs to block your entry to the facility. That’s why you need some press present.

    Hawaii has ALWAYS been known as a “corrupt” state—just like Illinois! However, they are pushing the limits when they refuse to honor a subpeona signed by a Court Clerk. I know, there are some lawyers who say they don’t have to honor a subpeona “unless it’s signed by a judge”. However, in MANY states that is “false”. What would happen if you and I IGNORED a subpeona????? Exactly! SO MANY “complicit” Judges, lawyers, AG’s, Governors, Congressmen, etc. AND WHY EXACTLY???? That’s the biggest question in all of this cherade—WHY????

    Speaking of “the truth”,
    I find it quite interesting that Obama’s team of legal thugs didn’t quash this subpoena somehow. By not answering it, their game must be to try to get by on a technicality. Since there was no motion to compel from a judge, I fear they will stonewall as in the past.

    Although confronting congress aggressively needs to continue, I think that we may also need to go a different route if Orly is not successful in Hawaii. That route is Guerrilla Marketing. We need to spread the news to the world in any ways and means possible. Flyering newspaper boxes, rallies, and any kind of public get together; sticky notes on gas pumps, grocery stores, and windshields; and making sure all our friends and relatives are aware of the issue.

    But one thing in particular could push the real facts into the mainstream public arena and force the media to cover the story. We need a heavyweight to scream to the high heavens as Donald Trump did. Either a former well known politician, a famous athlete, a high profile actor, a religious leader, or someone of that ilk that could hold their own, and articulate the message often, clearly, and LOUDLY! Someone who could take a bat to the press and the corrupt politicians is who we need to recruit.

    For as much as The Donald did to help the issue, he is hurting it now by his silence, when it really counts. He is nothing more than a cowardly sellout and a lost cause.

    But, there is more than one who could do what Trump did. We just have to find and educate them quickly, because time is rapidly ticking towards the destruction of our country. And, unfortunately, every tick comes closer to the usurper running out the clock on the truth.

    Orly is RIGHT! MOST subpeonas are signed by the Clerk of the Court—NOT the Judge! Does anyone have any idea of what “explosive news release” “giveusliberty.com” is going to be releasing Monday morning? The Birther Summit site says they have a news release that will be “explosive”, and that will be hitting the internet and news outlets all across the nation??? Should be interesting. Orly, our prayers are for your success in Hawaii.

    Remember: if they produce a “microfiche” copy for you, it SHOULD BE “black background with white lettering” (as was used by Hawaii in 1961). If it’s from their vault, it SHOULD BE “white paper with black lettering”.

    I commend you on your tenacity.
    However, I have always maintained that it does not matter where Mr. Obama was born.
    For the first time in US history, a part of the US Congress(the Senate) has ventured a definition for the term natural born citizen for the purpose of presidential eligibility in non bindiing SR 511.
    This was a unanimous vote and the definition contained therein is born of citizen parents on American soil. This is consistent with the writings of our founders whose main concern was that an American president should never have divided loyalties. Once again, this was unanimously passed, by the Senate, before the election.
    Mr. Obama is not eligible because his father is not and never has been a US citizen.

    Dr. Taitz,

    I hope the HI Dept. of Health provides you their full cooperation. With a court order, they have no reason not to.

    I hope you take a lot of pictures – of the book, of the pages, of the people, of the office. If you plan to do so, I would suggest that you take multiple cameras and spare batteries. Perhaps video/audio recording of the whole event would be appropriate, especially for historical/documentary/evidence purposes.

    I also hope you have the opportunity to ask a lot of questions. Like the issue of adoption and the proper notations on the BC concerning modifications, name changes, etc.. Also, it would be good to understand why this BC is not “Accepted By State Registrar” like other BC’s and is instead just “On File With Registrar”. That, to me, is a key point. Also, it would be good to ask if this document and the short form BC are the only birth documentation the state has or are there other Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama birth documents.

    It would be nice to be able to tie any documents that the DOH has to documentation contained at Kapiolani hospital. Do you plan to visit anyone at Kapiolani while you are there? I suspect not, since they probably would not be cooperative. (Best to keep your itinerary secret to avoid the Obots).

He should be charged with treason for allowing the USA to be continuously invaded from the south. He should also be charged with GROSS NEGLECT OF SWORN DUTY to up hold and DEFEND the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA which he HAS NOT DONE! I believe his intent is to destroy OUR constitution. Is he a muslim? He sure didn’t fight very hard to stop the building of a muslim temple at Ground Zero did he. I could go on and on with the suspicous nature of this man who I believe has been groomed and backed by big foreign money to put him where he is today for the purpose of destroying America.     There’s a Facebook rumor you want a TRO before you visit the DOH Monday morning. Is this true? Isn’t this a Federal case, filed in Washington? Can you ask Judge Lamberth for a TRO? We don’t want a bunch of OBOTs getting in the way. The DOH clerk will say “too many people here, can’t help you”. Please, get the TRO first, the police can lock up the OBOTs and you can proceeed to get the crucial evidence the nation needs to see.

    Go to town hall meetings, etc. where you can ask public questions and hit State and Federal congresscritters with this:

    Barack Hussein Obama’s father was a Kenyan national and a British subject and NOT a U.S. citizen. Under the circumstances, where he was born is essentially irrelevant. Per Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution requiring candidates to be ‘natural born citizens’ and the stare decisis decision rendered in Minor v. Happersett , 88 U. S. 162 (1874) which defined that phrase as a person born on the soil of parent citizens, Mr. Obama is ineligible to be the President of the United States. We know this and we know that you know this. Many questions were and continue to be raised such as why he is using a false social security number issued in Connecticut and why did Nancy Pelosi, on behalf of the Democrat Party (DNC) send out two different Letters of Eligibility such that almost half of America wants to know who this man really is. You knew of the controversies in the spring and fall of ‘08 yet you did nothing. You failed us, sir. You failed in your duty to at least attempt to uphold the Constitution and you knew that you were doing so. My question is in two parts:

    Why did you do nothing at that time and what are you going to do now to prevent this travesty, this constitutional crisis from happening again?
