Paul E. Vallely, Major General, US Army (ret) was born in DuBois, Pa. He retired in 1992 from the US Army as Deputy Commanding General, US Army, Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii. General Vallely graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned in the Army in 1961 serving a distinguishing career of 32 years in the Army. He served in many overseas theaters to include Europe and the Pacific Rim Countries as well as two combat tours in Vietnam. He has served on US security assistance missions on civilian-military relations to Europe, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and Central America with in-country experience in Indonesia, Columbia, El Salvador, Panama, Honduras and Guatemala.
General Vallely is a graduate of the Infantry School, Ranger and Airborne Schools, Jumpmaster School, the Command and General Staff School, The Industrial College of the Armed Forces and the Army War College. His combat service in Vietnam included positions as infantry company commander, intelligence officer, operations officer, military advisor and aide-de-camp. He has over fifteen (15) years experience in Special Operations, Psychological and Civil-Military Operations.
He has served as a consultant to the Commanding General of the Special Operations Command as well as the DOD Anti-Drug and Counter -Terrorist Task Forces. He also designed and developed the Host-Nation Support Program in the Pacific for DOD and the State Department. He has in-country security assistance – experience in Israel, Iraq, Kuwait, El Salvador, Columbia and Indonesia in the development of civil-military relations interfacing with senior level military and civilian leadership.
General Vallely has been a military analyst on television and radio for over nine years. He is a guest lecturer on National Security matters and the War against Global Jihad. He co-authored the book “Endgame – Blueprint for Victory for Winning the War on Terror”, “Warfooting” and “Baghdad Ablaze”. He is a member and founder of the Iran Policy Committee. He was the senior military analyst for the Fox News Channel from 2000 -2007. His new book, “ Operation Sucker Punch” was released in January 2009. He is Chairman of Stand Up America and Co-Chairman of Veteran Defenders of America.
He and his wife, Marian, are the co-trustees of the Scott Vallely Soldiers Memorial Fund and reside in Montana.

Military “judge” Denise Lind is the one who ruled in an earlier hearing that granting Lt Col Lakin discovery to Obama’s vital records might “EMBARRASS” our so-called commander-in-chief! Geez, we wouldn’t want to embarrass anyone for the sake of justice, would we! And, Lind also ruled that orders to troops (such as Lt Col Lakin’s orders to deploy) emanated from the Pentagon! This, of course, omits Barack Obama (or whatever his real name and identity is) from the top of the “chain-of-command” and essentially gets him “off the hook” from ever having to be accountable to anyone or prove to anyone in a court of law that he is a CONSTITUTIONALLY QUALIFIED “leader” of our armed forces. WHAT A CROCK! May God (not Allah!) help us all!

There is a new govenor of hawaii and all new people at the department of health now that the Obama loving govenor Lingle and Fukino are out it may be our chance to find out from the new health person that therre isnt a birth certificate for Obama.
I pray the new person is a honest partriot who will help us.

Lakin is a coward and a traitor, who refused a lawful order to deploy during wartime. He will be convicted, and he will be punished, and that’s a good thing. Any former officer who stands with Lakin brings dishonor on his or her own service.

The new 112th Congress must do everything in its power to dwarf AKA Barack H. Obama’s efforts tto destroy LT Col Lakin. But, I think justice will prevail in favor Lt. Col Lakin if we continue a prayer virgil for him. More people like Major Gen.Vallely (ret.) must come foward and speak out against this travesy of justice.
But, I believe that not just the military justice system is corrupt but the entire Federal Judiciary is as well, including the SCOTUS. The whole lot should be impeached, fired and/or tried for treason. Remember, George W. Bush fired 90% of the federal judges on his watch. This must be revisited and done periodically.
One could also say as much about the state and local judiciary. Ex: Lt.Commander, Walter Fizgerald ( ret ) is facing a corrupt judge in Monroe County, TN. The judge is walking all over Walter’s rights charging him with non-existing crimes. It is the judge that should be jail, not Walter. Needless to say, judiciary reform in this country is long overdue. They cannot be allowed to legislate from the bench. A strong message of judicial misconduct must be sent and will not be tolerated. These arrogant and not accountable attitudes of some of these judges must be dealt with.

The morning of the announcement, Mike Hayden was still in his post as CIA Director. He called White House Counsel Greg Craig and told him bluntly, “You didn’t ask, but this is the CIA officially non-concurring.” The president went ahead anyway, overruling the objections of the agency.
Three months later, on April 16, 2009, President Obama ordered the release of four Justice Department memos that described in detail the techniques used to interrogate KSM and other high-value terrorists. This time, not just Hayden (who was now retired), but five CIA directors—including Obama’s own director, Leon Panetta—objected. George Tenet called to urge against the memos’ release.
