REQUEST FOR INSPECTION OF THE LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF MR. BARACK OBAMA, WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO THE WHITE HOUSE ON 04.27.2011 BY MS. JUDITH CORLEY OF PERKINS COIE, PERSONAL ATTORNEY FOR MR. OBAMA
Dear Ms. Ruemmler,
I hate to burden you with the request for production of documents on the very first day of your tenure as the White House counsel, however the matter is of the outmost importance and urgency for the US National security and the rule of law and U.S. Constitution.
1. I am writing in regards to my legal action Taitz v Astrue. This is a FOIA legal action filed against the commissioner of the social Security administration Michael Astrue with demand to produce an original application for the CT social security number 042-68-4425.
2. Mr. Obama has been using this SSN since around 1980, and it is listed on his Selective service certificate (Exhibit1)
3. attached Social Security Verification Certificate(Exhibit 2 ) shows that this number was never assigned to Mr. Obama. Consequently, we have an individual occupying the White House, the position of the President and Commander in Chief, while using a social security number, which was never assigned to him, from a state, where he never resided.
3. Please, see the attached complaint, (Exhibit 3), which provides sworn affidavits of 3 licensed investigators, including recently retired deportation officer of the Department of Homeland Security, who unanimously conclude, that Mr. Obama could not get this number through legal means.
4. Two days ago, on June 1st, the presiding judge, Chief judge of the US district Court for the District of Columbia Royce Lamberth issued a scheduling order and gave the defense 30 days to file any dispositive motions, that they expect to file.
5. On June 2, 2011, the next day after the order was issued, Robert Bauer, the White House counsel, resigned and you became the new White House Counsel. As you are left “holding the bag”, or more appropriately holding President’s vital records, you ended up becoming the “go to ‘ person for the following request.
6. On April 27, 2011 Ms. Judith Corley of Perkins Coie, the personal attorney for Mr. Obama, supposedly hand delivered to the White House a true and correct copy of the 1961 type written long form birth certificate for Mr. Obama. Mr. Obama revealed this document with great fanfare, calling all the doubters “carnival barkers” and posting the document of the WhiteHouse.gov web page.
7. Unfortunately, the joke was on Mr. Obama, as Mr. Obama became the actual carnival barker, as expert after expert provided analysis, showing undeniable proof, that the image posted on WhiteHouse.gov is not a true and correct copy of the 1961 typewritten document, but a forgery. The consensus it, that it is not even a good forgery, but a cheap, third rate forgery. (Exhibit 4). This issue is integrally connected to my legal action, as individuals with a valid birth certificate do not need to resort to using someone else’s social security number or an invalid social security number. Individuals possessing a forged birth certificate, have to resort to using an invalid social security number or a number assigned to an individual, who might be deceased, but whose death was not reported to the Social Security administration. As such, I respectfully request an appointment for me and my forensic document expert to examine the document in question.
8. The issue of privacy cannot be used as a justification for refusal to grant such examination, as Mr. Obama posted the document for public review. There should not be any conflicting or different information in the original.
9. I wanted to remind you, that as a White House counsel, you do not represent Mr. Obama as an individual, but rather the institution of the US presidency and the position of the Commander in Chief from fraud and from usurpation by one, who is engaged in uttering of forged documents. The White House is the people’s house. It belongs to me, to you and to every one of us, “The People of the United States of America”. You are now the keeper of this house and just as you did a stellar job in protecting “We the people of the United states” against massive fraud committed by powerful and wealthy executives of Enron, you have an obligation and a duty to protect us, the people, and our most sacret institution from this massive fraud committed by a very wealthy and powerful man, who is now usurping the people’s house, while using a forged birth certificate and an invalid Social Security number. We, the people, hope that you will be true to your oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
As such I am trying to schedule an appointment to examine the certified copy of the long form birth certificate, posted on the web site of the WhiteHouse.gov. I will be happy to accommodate your schedule. My forensic document expert and I will be White House at any time convenient for you.

I wonder what Darrell Issa will do. Bounce it back to you? When he started his FB page, he asked to hear what we wanted him to investigate with his subpoena power. Nine out of 10 posts were regarding Obama’s eligibility, the fraudulent documents, his sealed documents. What we got in return was that he thought Obama was born in HI and eligible, and one by one, as we pursued the issue, we were blocked. I can no longer post or comment at his web site. I asked other friends to post for me, only to find they could no longer do so either. Maybe he will be more respectful to you. I sure hope so!!

It is a sad day in America when someone like Issa turns against the people. We already have enough incompetents in government without his adding insult to injury. Sorry for your experience Florence but a patriotic thank you for trying.

Dissapointed that there were only 3 responses to Orly Taitz’s letter to the White House counsel.
There should have been 30, or 300.
It has taken Orly a lot of money, time, and personal hardship to get to this point.
I’ve already compared Orly to the Joan of Arc in her quest to save this nation; and also to Thacher and Meier.

Copies of this letter should be sent to all the TV and big media outlets; doubt if they’ll post them.
Issa turned out to be the biggest Rhino coward of the whole bunch..You can forward this reply to him in your next post.
As counsel of the WH, Ruemmler will take this letter, and stonewall it.
She’s an obama hack. Even if she’s dragged into the Astrue lawsuit, the final outcome will depend on the consent and co-operation of the other 500 cowards know as our congress.
As we throw the bums out, others replace them as fast.
I applaud Orley again for her tenascity and leadership.
I look forward every day to read her achievements in the cause to save a nation.

There is very little occurring in America that is of more importance than determining Obama’s identity.
Far more likely is Obama’s election is America’s second 911 attack.
Americans couldn’t believe flying airliners into buildings.
Why is it hard to make the stretch Obama is using his election to overthrow America?
If Obama’s spending came to America like bullets ,bombs and bayonets we’d be happily at war! Instead, America is being bled and becoming unconscious.

There is no way she will answer Orly’s letter even if a court order is enclosed with this letter.This women does not work for we the people but for Obama.This country is now under the control of Obama.The press,the military,the politicians,the courts will do whatever Obama tells them to do.Even the 2012 election will be rigged so Obama remains in Office.The United states of America is now the United States of Obama.

I am soooo Happy, Pleased, Honored to have known and supported you all these years (3 plus) and you have just “hit it out of the park”… I was preparing to meet with Darrell Issa sometime this next week about Judge Royce Lamberth’s finding but now I will have to see what Mr Issa has to say about your letter. I will also check with Duncan Hunter on this – I never got any feed back from him about Judge Carter’s/Villamoor’s fiasco.. Bill Z

Orly, thank you so much for all that you do to remove Obama. Obviously, it is a deep rooted attack, with many operative, upon our USA. God often honors the stand of a few (or even ONE) good man. I thank you for being willing to stand up for the many who fought and died for the freedoms granted to us in the Constitution. You are truly a gift to our nation in this hour of need. Everyone please, do not confess hopelessness. We have great power. We just need to remain steadfast in our resolution and keep speaking. Light dispells darkness. It just takes a few good men or women. Do not get discouraged. That is what they want.

Firstoff:…Issa isn’t incompetent! Him and all the other treasonous “poison-ivy ‘PLANTS'” are there to keep us from succeeding!
Also, when I started to pin down Trump on questions…I got blocked, as well. These are the people that don’t really want to solve the Crisis…!
And…we have Boehner and how many others in the House playing us, like a “Stradivarius!”
And no obot:…you’re counting your votes before the tally is in! I don’t surrender to none of these psychos and no Patriot should!
But you post like a “defeatist!” Why? Can’t handle the “real world?” Did you read what Carville had to say…(paraphrasing): “Obama is going to have a “rough time” in the 2012 election…!”
If we can get the right (R) to “suck it up,” we can “D-E-M-O-L-I-S-H” “McGovern-II”!!!
And Carville also says that [“O-phoney-ballony!”–my comments], Obama is not liked on college campuses any more!
And I know who’s going to win the “cat-fight”…she’s the one who speaks (5) languages, has earned a living with (3) professions, and she is just getting warmed up!!!
Our “Annie Oakley” will out-joust “Calamity Jane” any day! And remember Patriots how well the “O-bs’ers” love to lie like a rug!
There’s only (3) things that we need to really correct (IMO):…and they (“ARE!”) correctable!

Issa is repulsively ridiculous that after the GOp won the 2010 midterm elections and before the new Congress was even in session, he was already on record saying “Impeachment is off the table!” The problem with the GOP that so many of the American People and fellow Constitutionalists like myself just can’t seem to understand is that the RINO’s are in their positions of power by virtue of having been in for sooooo long. They are the ones heading all of the committees that can keep conservative legislation and investigations from ever seeing the light of day. Until you destroy and target particularly the leadership positions of the GOP, the RINO’s will continue to just take the American People for granted.

You have an entirely overly simplistic and inadequate understanding of the social compact. In order for their to be a legitimate contract between the masses and the power brokers who would be, otherwise, bent to monarchical or oligarchical proclivities in their desires for order and control, there must first exist a free and voluntary exchange between rational actors with singularity of collective purpose: the protection of self-interest through republican governance. “We the People” perfectly encapsulates this ethos and further illustrates our binding commitment AS A SOVEREIGN PEOPLE, to self governance through the abrogation of certain inalienable rights, among them, our sovereign right to excercise a monopoly on violence. In our individulaistic and self-obsessed culture, that prerogative can only be manifested in a mob. We instead, have entrusted that very heavy burden to our ELECTED officials, whom have PROMISED US-“We the People”, that they will, in turn, “do fair and faithful justice, and bear true witness” to our very First Amendment to that Blessed social contract, in that, “We the People”, have the Right to “Petition our Government for Redress of Grievances” without fear of retribution and retaliation.
But when the ELECTIONS are not fair because of FRAUD, then the very fabric of our social order becomes frayed and torn, and in serious danger of an irreparable rip, but ONLY because there are those who have become so ideologically invested and emotionally dependant upon the lust for unbridled power-and its protections at all costs- that there is no metric of truth, nor consequence of ignorance, that will force the scales from their eyes.
But be of good cheer my troubled friend. “We the People” outnumber you…don’t you just love democracies?
