    Judge Carter granted dismissal of the cases not redressable there, but not final judgment because Alan Keyes still has a redressable claim for tort fraud damages against Candidate pre-President Obama (consistent with the trial still being on the docket).

    It really would be nice to see ” OBAMA ” having to stand trial for all that he has done , from what I can see ” OBAMA ” seems to try to eliminate all his competitors by slander or other manipulative motives , but , OBAMA himself seems to be full of LIES and very questionable abilities , ( 1 ) His being able to hold the presidential office under the requirements stated in the U.S. Constitution seem to be in conflict with each other , I can not see how he is able to because even if he was born in HI he still had a parent who was not a U.S. citizen ( His Dad ) therefore he is not the Legal President !!
