   It’s worth a shot. The more times the State Of HI helps to obstruct justice by refusing to honor the discovery process, the more apparent it becomes that they are complicit in the cover up.

   Anything that forces discovery not only on the long form birth certificate in Hawaii but also on the fraudulent social security number, you should do your best and go for it.

   Sooner rather than later, with the facts that you and your colleagues presented at the Georgia court, the judges who decide to block the process of discovery will be afraid to be pointed out as the judges who were complicit on the frauds that Obama committed!!! Therefore, more judges will now want to avoid being part of a cover up!!!

   Again, any action that allows you to go for the discovery is an action INDISPENSABLE to take.

   But you are the legal expert, not me!

   How is it obstructing justice to follow the law. Hawaii law requires that they protect the records and keep them confidential from anyone who doesn’t have a tangible interest. Orly has yet to demonstrate a tangible interest according to the law. Until such time as she does, she’ll never get her hand on the original. And even with letters rogatory (though I think in reality she needs a commission, instead), she’ll probably only get a certified copy of the newer COLB.

   Since when can anyone submit a “copy” to the court as evidence. Obama should have two certified copies of his long form BC. Submit that to the court for examination.

   Can the GA Judge contact the HI Judge or DOH and ask to see original documents ? Hard to claim privacy when it has been submitted to the Court, and the Judge would have a valid interest in viewing everything on record in HI to make his decision.

   If there is nothing to hide Obama, open the records.

   copy?? could someone board a plane, buy cigarettes, enter a bar by showing a photo copy of their license ? you would be laughed at.

   At least in GA, and predominantly Republican state, it should not be difficult to find a sponsoring attorney for admission to the Superior Court.

   Hawaii’s unwillingness to cooperate in this matter violates the Full Faith and Credit Clause in Article 4. of The United States Constitution cooperate! They are obligated to provide another state with the data so needed in a court hearing and or case or investigation’s .
