Here is the letter from the office of the Chief Counsel of the House of Representatives in response to my subpoena issued to Congressman Goodlatte, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee and Congressman Issa, chair of the Oversight Committee.
Obama’s operatives besieged me with letters and comments, stating that the congressmen will tell me FOAD (f…off and die). Obama’s “people” sent me dozens of comments with very graphic descriptions, how I should FO and Ad.
First, the General Counsel of the House of Representatives did not state FOAD, they did not refuse to testify, they simply asked for more information as to what information I am seeking.
Furthermore, in case I was not clear before, here is my response: it ain’t happening, I will not FOAD. I am staying and fighting. I posted a few pictures taken in Warsaw a few days ago to illustrate my point.
Today is the Yom a Shoa, the day of remembrance of the Holocaust, death of 6 million unarmed women and children and elderly, who were slaughtered. This year is also the 70th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto uprising.
The first picture was taken at the memorial of the fighters of the Warsaw uprising. Before the World War II Warsaw was a city of one and a half million people, one third of them were Jews. by the end of the war nearly all of them were slaughtered, 500,000 perished. On the picture I am holding the hand of the statue of one of the fighters, an exhausted young boy, who chose to die fighting. These young boys had courage, but they did not have any arms. They fought with kitchen knives and bricks against the assault weapons, the machine guns of the SS. How much can you achieve with a brick or a knife against thousands of rounds of ammunition? The uprising was led by Mordecai Anilevich. Coincidentally or by the hand of providence, his first name was the name of the uncle of Queen Esther.He died and did not see the liberation of the Buchenwald or Auschwitz, but his memory lives on: Never Again, Never Again!
The second picture shows the remnants of the brick wall, which surrounded the Warsaw Ghetto. Today we do not have walls of brick and mortar surrounding us, (at least not yet), but we are paralyzed and enclosed in the walls of corruption, greed, lawlessness and treason.
The last picture shows the memorial of Polish resistance. It took some time for Polish resistance to win the battle: first against the NAZIs and later against the Socialist dictatorship of the Soviet Union. Many Polish freedom fighters were slaughtered in the labor camps of Germany and later Siberia. In 1979 the first Polish Pope was chosen by the conclave of the Cardinals. John Paul the Second became a deciding force in the fight against the Socialist tyranny. Within nine months of being installed he travelled to Warsaw and spoke to a crowd of a million people. His words reignited the resistance and the Solidarity movement grew. (The same might happen today with Pope Francis in Latin and Central America). From the shipyards of Gdansk to the coal mines of Silesia people rose against the totalitarian regime. The Soviets decided to change their strategy somewhat. While in Hungary in the 50s and during the Prague Spring in the 60s, they used the Russian tanks to quash the uprising, in Poland they used the local stooge, the local puppet, General Voicek Yaruzelski, who flooded Warsaw with an army of tanks and armored vehicles, just as the ones that are being stockpiled today by the Obama regime in the hands of Frau Napolitano. Lech Valensa and other opposition leaders were arrested. However the Catholic church and the West fought back and Yaruzelski backed off and Poland became the first country to chip off the Eastern block and move towards Democracy and free economy.
Our fight is much tougher, as we do not have the “West” to help us.Wwe are the West and we are in distress, however we have to remember one thing: freedom is not cheap, people fought for it. we have to fight for our freedom.
So here is my message to Obama’s operatives, who send me messages FOAD (F… off and die). It is not going to happen. I am standing and I am fighting. I am not going anywhere.
Let us not forget: if in Germany in 19332-1942, before Hitler took oer the nation, some attorneys were to fight and be persistent, they could have found one honest judge, one honest court, some decent members of Reichstag. Lives of millions could have been spared, if people were to open their eyes early on and were to fight the concentration of power, the abuse of power, the lawlessness and corruption. We have to fight. We might lose a battle, we might lose a dozen battles, but we will win the war. Defeat is not an option.
I am staying and fighting for as long as it takes, no matter how many corrupt judges, corrupt AGs, US attorneys and bureaucrats I will have to go through. Defeat is not an option. I will not FOAD, as I know all too well what is the alternative!

If Obama WERE legit as they purport, they would not waste any effort in trying to attack Dr Orly or “birthers” but could just laugh at them or ignore them.

tell them that they are being used in a trial that requires their acknowledgement by a defendant who is using a lawyer, that the people of the USA are paying for, when in fact the defendant has no right to do so. Tell them that the defendant’s lawyer has said that they testified on his behalf without their knowledge and it is a matter of national security, truth, liberty and justice. Tell them if they don’t sign the paperwork that they are complicit with the greatest fraud of this democracy and that the people of the USA need to know the truth. Either they are with millions of Americans who want to KNOW THE TRUTH or they are with the illegal regime which millions of people believe is corrupt and manipulating the people with one lie after another after another. Tell them it is their duty as representatives of the people to uphold the constitution, which takes a higher level than their confusing rules. Tell them it is the right thing to do.

What clarification is needed?
The urgent demand for verification is simple to respond to.. Even a forth grader understands.
I.guess.they are scared they may be asked if congress knows if Obama soetera aka Barry is a naturalized us citizen.

In order to give a really good example to every other politician in Washington, Barack Obama should be the first to FOAD!
Chief Counsel Od should be second, then Biden and Holder.

This might be a good idea to add this letter as evidence of complicity-(?) to the judge on the 22nd…as they should know what you’ve been saying for over (4) years?!! This sounds like a stall tactic to me!
And I’d mention, too, all the “attacks” you’ve had to endure, for far too long, Orly, from people who support O!
And thanks for your very indepth history lesson and your very valiant bravery and courage. We should never forget what parallels we find in the past, to the scenarios we find in our present day life!

The President of the USA got elected twice without valid ID. In the people’s world, we need ID to buy wine at grocery store. My dog need ID to walk the street.
The policians, all of them have been caught in their world of deception, lies and corruption.
Dr Taitz, go get them. All you have been asking for just 5 years is valid ID for POTUS.

That was a very passionate article spoken from the heart, Orly!
The Obots are not understanding that it is not a fight against a particular political ideology of a single person ‘O’ that they worship; but a fight against a demonic ideology to enslave humans by design, as Nazis did just a decade before WW 2.
If after all the obvious signs these OBOTS can’t see reason, then I propose that a part of the 3 billion for Brain Research allocated by ‘O’, should go towards the investigation of defective brain ativity of brain-dead OBOTS!

When you consider how many Jews live in the US now – around 5.4 million, all of their collective vast incredible wealth, their domination of the banking profession, the medical profession, the media, the legal profession, the centers of finance, Wall Street, Hollywood, the jewelry business, and consequently even a highly respectable presence in many positions of political power, it is truly phenomenal how so many of them go to bat for their own destruction like flies to the flame by supporting and voting for the Manchurian President. I wonder how Dr. Taitz’ message and legal campaign has been received and/or supported by B’nai Brith and many other Jewish organizations around the country who should be on high alert to any behavior that smacks of Hitlerian insanity. Why haven’t these same Jewish organizations adamantly opposed the batshit crazy, control-freak, gun-grabbing, Hitlerian behavior of psychotic nutcases like Feinstein and Bloomberg who happen to also be even Jews themselves???
I’m a Gentile Christian myself, and I say the same for the boobs who have the unmitigated gall and audacity to call themselves pastors and priests, but dare not say a word about the evil in our government staring us in the face every time we turn on the tv or boot up our computer because they are more concerned about what man thinks of them than what God thinks of them and they are captives of fear of the IRS and the government instead of captors of faith. Almighty God says judgment comes first to the church and then to the nation. God will judge them harshly for their refusal to get out of the pews and confront evil.

I think that these lawyers are trying to avoid accountability. By asking you what you want they are hoping to find an opening that they can get out of. But a clever woman like yourself I believe will be very cautious in your response so as not to do that for them.
