Is there a curve ball coming in 2012?
Posted on | January 22, 2011 | 27 Comments
There are a lot of straw polls done to ascertain who might be a front runner of the 2012 Republican primary. Recently Sean Hannity commented that it is good to have a crowded field, as the strongest candidate will win. There are pro-s and con-s to that, as crowded field means a lot of infighting, back stubbing, expensive primary and consequently bruised and penniless candidates going into the general election.
So how does the field look. There are a lot of speculations, but judging by the candidates who are scouting the early caucuses and early elections states, of IA, SC and NH, we have the following candidates: Michelle Bachmann, Newt Gingrich, Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney. There are other potential likely candidates: former Governor of MN Tim Pawlenty, Congressman Ron Paul, congressman Mike Pence and former Senator Rick Santorum.
While many observers are talking about better known and properly better financed candidates like Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich as more electable, I would like to remind those pundits that the historic 2010 gains of the Republican party came from the tea party movement and tea party energy. Many male candidates chose to keep a low profile during the darkest days of this nation, when Obama Acorn thugs roamed the country and intimidated the law abiding citizens, when Obama truth squads were harassing anyone who dared to speak up by calling them racists, by ridiculing them, slandering them. Republican women, specifically Bachmann and Palin, lead the tea party movement, were in the front lines, fought in the trenches, took the hits and absorbed the punches. It is easy to be non-controversial, when you sit in the bunker. It is much harder, when you are out there explaining to the Congress and the public at large that Obama’s takeovers of the industries are anti American and unconstitutional and taking the grunt of Pelos-o-raptor, who vowed to annihilate you for those statements.
While I am not making any predictions or endorsements,I have to say that I was particularly impressed by Michelle Bachmann. This woman was and is currently a tea party leader, she is one of a kind and combines amazing intelligence, accomplishments, beauty, grace and heart. Michelle is a highly educated woman, she is both a Juris Doctor and a holder of an additional degree in taxation. She and her husband raised 5 children and opened their home and their hearts to some 20 underprivileged foster children. Michelle was a very successful tax trial lawyer and together with her husband, who is a psychologist, she owns a mental health counseling company and employs over 40 psychologists and counselors. Michelle showed amazing strength and grace under fire.
Clearly all the other candidates have great achievements as well, but it was important for me to accentuate Michelle’s accomplishments.
With all that being said and done, I am greatly concerned that none of the Republican candidates tackled yet two most important issues:
a. need for tariffs on foreign products, coming from third world countries with de facto slave labor
b. need to remove Constitutionally illegitimate president
Only two people have been champions of the issue of tariffs and need for balanced trade: Donald Trump and Mike Savage.
Actually a person, who is a champion of both job creation through tariffs and eligibility is Mike Savage. Savage is a nationally syndicated talk show host, he is very eloquent and popular, however he does not have any experience in governing and he is not running for office either. Trump has vast business experience. He stated on Greta Van Sustern show that he considers running for presidency as he is deeply concerned about the economy and the fact that Chinese treat us as complete idiots. While on a personal level I might like other candidates more so than Trump, the issue of enormous National debt and totally unbalanced trade is so vital for the country, that if Trump were to run, I would vote for him and I would urge my supporters to vote for him, even if he were to run as an independent and not as a Republican. As a matter of fact, if he runs as an independent or a candidate from a minor party, like a Constitution party, he might escape a bruising primary and end up in the general election smelling like roses with a war chest full to the brim. I believe that in a 3 way race he might beat both Obama and who ever wins the Republican primary as moderates from both parties and independents, as well as tea party will flock to him, as intuitively people understand that closing the spigot of cheap junk from China will necessitate more job creation here and at the end of the day people will vote with their wallets.
But here is another hypothetical, which is totally outside the box. If you watched the TV and followed the press, Democrats started talking about Obama’s eligibility. You can see Chris Mathews from MSNBC, Jake Taper from ABC and even latest interview I gave to Russell Goldman from ABC, shows that this network, which was once totally in Obama’s pocket, is changing direction. I would not be surprised, if a moderate Democrat chooses to bring forward both eligibility and tariffs and he might run away with the election. Who will it be? I don’t know, but I would not be surprised if someone like Chuck Schumer shows up on 60 minutes or Barbara Walters special and tells the public: “I am not a birther, but for the sake of peace and tranquillity in the county, Obama needs to present his Birth Certificate and end the discourse.” Now Schumer and just about averybody else in DC and by now most of the population of the country know, that Obama has nothing to show, so it will signal to Obama a push in his own party to oust him.
I actually would not be surprised if Hillary does it or one of her surrogates does it. Who might be such a surrogate?
Let’s see, who came to Chelsea Clinton’s wedding, who is now close to Clintons? I remember seeing Maleine Allbright being a guest at the wedding and I remember that the daughter and son in law of George Soros hosted the wedding. I believe that if Soros comes to the conclusion that Obama served his purpose and that he is a liability now, he might use surrogates to remove Obama. This might be an interesting chess move. Soros knows that most Republicans and independents either don’t believe that BO is eligible or doubt his eligibility and are angry as hell that Republican candidates sit on the fence and not talk about this issue. He knows that most Tea party members want to see Obama’s papers and feel that they were used and defrauded by their leaders. Now Dems are getting angry and restless. He knows that Commissar Hussein Obama move played a role, but became obsolete and became a liability both politically and economically. So, what would be a better move for someone like Soros, but to back a new candidate: a moderate Democrat, who is a staunch Constitutionalists and demands to unseal Obama’s records and at the same time demands to slap China with economic sanctions. Not long ago I heard Schumer calling for giving China a status of currency manipulator, which will remove a most favorite nation status from China and will open the door to assessing tariffs on Chinese junk.
Now you may think that this is impossible, you probably think that Orly went too far in her analysis of odd ball scenarios.
Well, permit me to provide you with an example of one such scenario from recent California history.
In the early 70s Ca had the same governor as today, Jerry Brown. At that time I was still an elementary school kid back in the Soviet Union, juggling my Math -Sunday school, Moldovan folk dances and babysitting my baby brother, so I might be off on some details, but the story in general went like this: California was hit with enormous taxation, particularly in the area of real estate taxes. The taxes were so high that they made elderly, who completely paid off their mortgages, penniless and homeless, as they could not pay their real estate taxes. An attorney by name Howard Jarwis came along. He waged a campaign in capping taxation in real estate. Now Dems are usually a tax and spend party. Republican candidate for governor was a shoe in to champion this issue, but he sat on the fence. Jerry Brown, a Democrat, got wind of the fact that people wanted Howard Jarwis prop 13, so Brown quickly jumped on the band wagon and ended up winning the election on the coat tails of prop 13. He left the Republican challenger in the dust by embracing a naturally Republican issue.
So, in conclusion of my Saturday sermon, Republican candidates will lose their natural advantage if they don’t stand up in support of both eligibility and taxation of foreign imports to stimulate U.S. production. Whoever decides to run for the Republican nomination must keep in mind, there are some very experienced operators on the other side. They will leave you in the dust, if you don’t stand up for those issues.
Have a good weekend,
Orly

Dood, you wrote way too many words for me to read/care.
If you want to make a point, do it in a couple of sentences, anymore than that makes you look like a crank. Apply this to your court papers too and the Supreme Court might actually read your “dossiers” instead of throwing all 40 copies directly into the furnace when they see your name.
You can always tell the cranks from their 1000 – 5000 word posts trying to make a point that any reasonable person could in a paragraph or 2.
I don’t need to read some long screed to know that if it’s written by Orly, it’s likely wrong.

Ummm, why is Trump donating money to Rahm Emanual’s illegal candidacy for Chicago mayor?

Rahm does not even meet the residency requirements to be Mayor.

Orly, I would think that you of all people would be outraged that he is being illegally planted just like Damon Dunn was planted just to defeat you. Don’t be fooled by Trump’s charismatic speeches on the economy. It does not take a geneous to turn off a leaking faucet. Trump may sound like our savior when talking economics but if the above article is true then he is just another democratic plant.

Don’t buy into Trump’s charismatic speeches on economics. Despite common misconception, it does not take a real estate mogul genius to turn off the leaking faucet of chinese junk. There is simply nothing that Trump can do as president that any other candidate couldn’t do. Make Trump an economic advisor? Sure. But would you seriously vote for someone as President who is donating money to Obama’s Chief of Staff? Rahm Emanual is responsible for illegally planting obama in the White House, and you are telling your readers to vote for Trump, who is donating to his campaign? Am I missing something?

Orly:…Good post! Very interesting. When I saw Trump on David Letterman, he did impress me with his anger in how the muslims were trying to “force” the Mosque issue, near 9/11.
I know he probably doesn’t like the Chinese and the foreign junk! And he has tons of experience in “business,” so I think he has all the other candidates beat in the coming campaign, in these issues.
I’m wondering how he feels about the “eligibility issue?” I haven’t heard. Could he be an independent thinker…which is good? Can he be independent of Congress & the social structure of D.C. and remain independent from other “influences,” as well?
Would he have the courage to bring the troops home? I would find it hard to believe that anyone or anything could “control him”! Which also would be good. He is a (R)…and I think he’s got the “moxy” to beat all the other candidates! He’s a no-nonsense man!
And I don’t think anyone (anywhere) could “prank him off” with signing anything that would put America “At risk”! I wonder how he feels about the (2) “shots over the bow?”
He would probably “reverse” as much “garbage” that has been passed and/or waiting in the wings! If he would get elected, and the senate goes (R), too, then, this would have the makings of…”just what the DOCTOR ordered! And it always seems that when the prez election comes around, Newtly has to “come out of the woodwork” to “pretend” to be the (R) Party “savior”! I think alot of us are NOW “on to him”…so that we don’t commit the same “mistake” that the (R) did back in ’94!
And Trump would have no compunction for saying to whomever, that deserved it:…”You’re Fired!” As I don’t think this man can be “bought off,” since he’s probably got more than the (D) party, etc.?
And if he can obtain other “billionaire” supporters, as well as Americans everywhere, then, he won’t allow the muslims nor anyone else to “corrupt” America any longer! And boy would this be “music” to Americans all over the place!
There’s too much “fraternizing” going on with the others…with all of the social contacts that they would bring to the office in allowing others to “control” the candidate!
Trump would be the “Quintesential ‘OUTSIDER'” and not just another “one of the boys,” who would run America:…”with business as usual…!”
Maybe Mr Trump could stop by your site and post some comments sometime? And tell the American Public just what he thinks of running? how he stands on major issues? And so forth! This “State of the Union” coming up should get all of us to “read between the lines”?
And remember Patriots, Obama just lies…and will say whatever to make himself “stand out” and to keep the “ocean of B.S.” flowing like “milk and honey”! And remember, too, about all of the “executive orders” he has signed: “money here…money there…money all around the square”…but “no COLA” for seniors!!!!
Obama knows how to “disguise” his “horns” and “pitchfork!” Would Trump allow the American Flag to fly “along side the commie flag?” I don’t think so!
We need a “citizens prez!” And in many ways, Trump fills that bill…!

Orly,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work you have done on this subject. I am constantly amazed at your intelligence, determination, and incredible energy. Please keep an accurate record of everything that you have done because, besides being a great story, one day it will be one of the few records of this time in our history. When the liberals re-write our history, you know they will twist the facts of your work until they are unrecognizable.
Have you see this article? https://tdarkcabal.blogspot.com/2011/01/january-11-2011-white-hat-report-8-end.html#comments
I stumbled on this site only today so I cannot comment on its reliability. But according to this, the author has some inside information about the January 7th SC Conference and the decision reached by the court. One paragraph states:
“From extremely high and very credible sources within the Judicial system, it has been reported that Obama and his legal team lost their arguments to have this case dismissed. The Court heard the applicable arguments from each side and held, in short form; the Obama did not meet the residency requirements as set forth in the Constitutional of the United States of America. A preliminary vote in favor of the Plaintiff was taken, with Associate Justice Elena Kagan not voting due to her previous political relationship and involvement with Obama’s birth certification issues.”
And there is a lot more. Is this possibly the reason the SC has, for all practical purposes, snubbed you?
True? Or just a chapter from someone’s novel?
The other seven papers on the site are also very interesting.

My problem is, that no other candidate is willing to place tariffs on foreign junk and bring American jobs back to Americans. If there will be another candidate, who is willing to bring forward the issue of tariffs on foreign products and bringing Constitutionality in the White House, I will promote him, but no other candidate is doing this.
By the way, how much longer do you have to serve? Why don’t you consider running for office? Maybe, start with Congress. What state are you from? I thought you are from CA. Why not run for a congressional seat in the next election.
January 23rd, 2011 @ 8:40 am
do you have his voting record? Do you know how he voted before? Maybe you should write to him and advise him not to promote Emanuel
January 23rd, 2011 @ 8:40 am
how are you prevented? what is the problem?
January 23rd, 2011 @ 8:51 am
no, I did not overlook it. the point ids, that there are no ideal candidates. If there is one candidate, who is promoting tariffs on Chinese junk and removing an illegitimate usurper, he will bemy choice. If there is no such candidate, you pick among the ones that are left, even though you are not really happy with the choices

Orly:…over time, I know that you have posted how online “sources” like: politico, snopes, factcheck, politijab, etc., have just done nothing but “B.S.” you and they try to get all of us to “believe” them! And (as far as I know), they are ALL “liberal!”
I don’t trust any of them! So, now, I see that one source above discuses Trump…and they say that Trump donated “$$$” to Rahm???
What’s wrong with this “picture?”
Are they kidding me? Trump is a (R)! Rahm is a left-wing, treasonous con-man, who “bailed” out of the WH! Why? It’s not for the freakin’ mayor’s job!
He was starting to “feel the heat!” He was starting to see: “The hand-writing on the wall…!” As to where Obama and the “suicide presidency” was headed! And we all know that Obama is losing weight, due to his having to “keep track of his lies”…ad nausium, as infinitum!!!
Who the hell could believe that Trump would give $$$ to a “lefty” like Rahm! Give me a break! Israel, those online sources are nothing but “gar-baaaage!” And ask yourself why WND hasn’t (ever) reported this, to my knowledge, anyway! They are “more informed” about daily politics than any of these “fly-by-night” sources!
And I didn’t see anything in USAToday in that one site, that discusses Trump sending money to Rahm!!! What a group of “con-artists!!!” IMO, Orly, these posters that have said this, are just trying to knock him and trying to make you “doubt” your decision on showing support for Trump!
Unless Trump says something about this or that on “live” tv, I wouldn’t believe a “nan particle” of this B.S.! And I’m glad that one of them was having a hard time posting! Maybe he should realize that too much “B.S.” is a little too much!!!

Lt. Col. Allen West is the best bet we have in politics. There is no question about his character, his patriotism, or his understanding of what needs to be done to overthrow the socialist agenda currently dominating American politics. If you want some one to give a talk on patriotism or the issues confronting us today, you are not going to do any better than West. He is focused, tough, and has been through the crucible of war. He knows first hand what it takes to lead, fight, and win.
Michelle Bachmann says and does a lot of good things, but some how she seems to lack depth or force of character. Perhaps that is her mental health counseling background showing through.
Palin is tainted by her close ongoing relationship with McCain, her media personality forays, book deals, and the never ceasing PR blitz by her putative foes in the liberal media who constantly provide her with million of dollars in free advertising ensuring she is constantly in the spotlights. She has been bought and paid for by the powers that be and like O’Reilly, Beck, etc. serves to divert attention from the true issue of BO’s ineligibility. Trust her at your and the country’s peril.
Trump is interesting in that he most certainly knows how the economy functions in reality, and is megalomaniac enough that he admits to no master; however, it would be pretty foolish to trust that he would put the common good ahead of private and business interest. If he really is financing BO’s pet freak’s run for mayor of Chicago it would be best to stay far away from him; if he isn’t, then he most certainly would make a valuable advisor.

That ought to show the people how much involvement Hillary has with the EVIL Soros..
Does that matter to the fools? Heck no, they Still ask for the Lying old woman..

We Americans have the greatest system of Constitutional government ever devised, and we sure don’t need a boneheaded foreigner such as yourself encouraging sedition. Why don’t you pack up your sorry ass and go home?

Orly:…You hit the nail on the head! No candidate is going to be “perfect” in every way! They don’t make ’em! So we have to narrow this down, by examining each candidate and what we know to be the most important aspects of the candidate, the philosophy held, and the path he/she will lead America beyond this point!
Yephora:…Hey, Darlin’ wish I could get my machine to access that site…but it only works with html.
And West is a good man! But so is Dr Alan Keyes! But some I won’t vote for: Romney, Newtly, any establishment type! And RIGHT NOW…the biggest problem we got is: Massive Subversion! And that’s got to be the most defining reason to get someone elected, and hope that he/she has other Patriotic qualities to add to the mix!
But first…we must determine the “true” character of each candidate who must be “beyond reproach”!

I think the perfect ticket would be John Bolton and Donald Trump. Don knows business and John Bolton understands foreign policies. They would be great together.
Chantal: Donald’s concerns with the business praCTICES of today and will work to undo it. This benefits the private sector. He is a private sector business man remember. He believes in tariffs etc. So does John.
